This is an Oasis in the desert for off roaders and dirt bikers. Such lovely people, amazing friendly environment, and cute historic town. Absolutely love it. Highly recommend.

Favorite spot to go for the coldest beer in the desert! Cheeseburger and fries are great! Hits the spot every time!

The Joint is the perfect place to give your bones a rest. Great atmosphere and good people. Pull off the highway or take your off road vehicle into town. You won’t be disappointed.

“This place is a gem — such a lovely town with wonderful people and an amazing vibe. The store owner, Neil, truly saved me (and my phone!) when I was completely lost and helpless. I’ll remember this forever and definitely come back. Thank you so much ❤️❤️??”

This is the coolest bar in the middle of nowhere, ever. They have a lot of choice of delicious local beer, the root beer was also very good. The bartender was a sweet lady. I recommend checking out their shop as well. I wish we could spend more time there, cya next time!

Great town, cool place. Met the owner of the bar, great guy. He gave my kids some stickers and a soda on the house! Towns folks are very welcoming. A little taste of stepping into the past!

Awesome neighborhood bar. The young man tending bar shared area history. Other patrons were friendly. We didnt order food but others ordered very large burritos. Highly recommend this as a refreshing stop on anyone's journey.

Nice place to hang out after some serious off-roading. Bar has the popular beers and hard liquor, also some pool tables. Only food offered was burritos which I assume were locally pre-made then need to be reheated. Great atmosphere, the bathroom signs were uniquely funny.

What a treasure trove of memories this place is! We dropped into The Joint while visiting Randsburg on Mon Nov 28th ‘22. Born & raised in S Africa, we were fascinated by this historic mining town which was, along with nearby Johannesburg, named by S African miners who had traveled from SA to CA for the new gold rush in 1895. We met Neil, the owner, as he was cleaning up after a crazy busy Thanksgiving weekend which drew 10,000 people to the town (!), but he assured us that it’s normally way quieter than that. He was officially closed that day but opened for us and a couple of thirsty off-road heavy-duty bikers, and over the next 20 mins and a cold one, he gave us all a fantastic verbal history tour of Randsburg and his bar. The Joint was built in the early 1900’s and has been in his family since 1955, when his feisty Italian Grandmother ruled the roost with a sharp tongue and strict rules about foul language! As you can see from the pics, this place is filled with 80+ years of fascinating historical photos and memorabilia that will transport you back to bygone mining years and the tons of stories created along the way. The Joint is THE place to visit, get a cold one, and hang out in Randsburg, CA. Highly recommended, cheers! ???

Fun small town bar with reasonable drink prices. Two pool tables. Inside and outside seating available.

Very friendly staff and patrons. My dad and I had root beer which was great and I love the quaint atmosphere. However, restrooms are not disability accessible since there are steps and the path is narrow. Other than that, I would come here more often if I lived nearby.

Exceptional, professional service, and I was directed there by a local who saw me in front of the "General Store" and walked over, asked if she could help me with anything. I'm very impressed with the friendliness of the Randsburg people, and had a wonderful conversation with an elderly gentleman who was in his 80's and lived there his entire life. I'm looking forward to returning soon.
