Great customer service went in with my wife blonde woman Bianca was very polite very helpful Greeted us as soon as we walked in the store she was great nicest person ! me and my wife need an alternator she even went above beyond came outside and check my alternator I really recommend this store very clean great costumer service.
Went in looking for a new battery for my car. As soon as I walked into the store, I noticed how clean the store was and was immediately greeted by Jasmine (cashier) and Juan (manager) they were very helpful finding the correct battery and also giving me all the potential options. Overall, the store looks nice and also the employees are very nice and helpful. If you live in the nearby areas, I highly recommend this location.
These guys were literally my life savers!!! They were so kind to help me direct which car parts was best needed for my car! They were so respectful & quick to lend me a hand! They helped me with scanning my car, changing the needed part, & clearing the lights on my dashboard! Will definitely go again!:)
Rosa and Jose are genuinely some of the nicest and most helpful people. My family and I were on the road up to the Sequoias and had the check engine light come on. Upon arriving, they immediately offered to help replace an engine coil, from start to finish. We wouldn’t have been able to go on my wife’s birthday trip without them!
Juan went above and beyond in helping me with my headlight and a crack on my windshield. He was kind and professional in his approach. The little things that may not seem much, really matters the most. Thank you again Juan!
Had a really bad day and went to auto-zone located in McFarland to get my car fixed because the battery had died, had to push my vehicle there and the lady who was working there named Rosa was extremely helpful, she helped me bring my car in when I was exhausted from pushing, checked my cars battery, tried to find the best option for my vehicle, helped by getting me a new and solid battery and helped with the installation as well because I didn’t have the appropriate tools. By far one of the best if not the best employee I’ve ever ran into. She was extremely helpful in every way and I am so glad I ran into her, if anything I believe she deserves a raise and more for how amazing she was overall because she was truly a blessing to my stressful night
The manager at the mcfarland store is awesome very customer oriented and he's very helpful. There was a bigger gentleman didn't get his name he was very friendly and helpful. There was a young guy that was just sitting on step ladder on his phone that didn't even acknowledge customer at counter
I stopped by in town because I had to exchange my alternator for a new one, as well as get a new belt. I was outside in the parking lot with my buddy working on my car for hours and we were having so much trouble putting on the belt. So I went inside and just asked if anyone had any mechanic experience. That’s when Juan Mendoza approved me and said he could help me out. Let me tell you when I say this guy needs a raise, I mean it. This man went out of his way to get down and dirty to help put my belt on for my car. This man was very professional and super helpful. Appreciate that man.

My car overheated as I was passing through town and this happened to be the first automotive parts store. I had a coolant leak and Juan went above and beyond to help me even refilling my coolant for me and talking me through what was going on. Hands down the best employee and super knowledgeable and sweet. If you come in ask for Juan!
This Autozone has been a life saver, and Rosa is a blessing to this Autozone location. I have been trying to get home from LA to Sacramento and found out my engine cover (not sure what it's called) was broken and hanging. It must have been dragging while I was driving. Rosa helped me get this off so I could get home. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Rosa!!

Jesse the manager went out of his way to help my wife and me when we had motorhome issues. The staff was friendly, store was clean they were knowledgeable and very helpful.
As a women some may feel intimidated to go into a store about auto parts, but entering I was greeted by a team, was asked if I needed help, an employee I believe her name was Brenda approached me and she made the experience super helpful and at ease she also helped me with explaining the difference with regular oil and synthetic who would of known but she took the time to explain it. I live in another town but because I knw I can feel at ease, I return to this store. I again had to return for windshield wipers and was helped by another team member Jesse he was so helpful to show me how to put them on and explained why thy were important to change every year. After that was on my way thank you for making my experience great in a place I have no idea about and taking the time to help me.

I delt with many Auto parts places in the past, this one proves that the customer comes first, not just in the help of buying the right part but also helped me in finding a mechanic which was a great help specially after hours. Can not thank them enough.
Called first to have someone verify part was at store. I Drove about 25 minutes to go pickup part and had them order another. They said it SHOULD be here Saturday they weren’t certain. So I went on my way. In the past I ordered parts in Texas they still called to let me know part had arrived. So I’m going along working on project, time is passing about a week goes by I go through my receipts and find autozone. See I have a part that was ordered, I called and requested to talk with manager. I told him if my part arrived he said yes I replied why anyone hadn’t called me. He told me that it’s ASSUMED that part will arrive and that’s the day it be there. I told him that autozone guy said it SHOULD be here. So that to me is not CERTAIN and having to drive 25 minutes away. After this conversation ended I drove over to pickup part. I don’t see how people especially if your business generates income from me spending money at your store, how they don’t have the decency to call. I’m sure it’s in the business practice for the company to tell employees to call customer. I had it happen, I go into store and I’m at counter ready to pay and the autozone employee answers phone and starts looking up part for the person on phone. I’m sorry I drove here and getting ready to pay so you can have a pay check but yet you put me aside to check on part for the customer on the phone. What happen to the customer service where they would take your number, call you back showing you they care!!!
Phone service was a waste of time. Looking for replacement part and young man helping had no clue what he was looking for, even after I explained several times. AutoZone needs experienced employees, not local stoners to answer their phones.. Sorry, but 1st impressions count.
Update 3stars to 5 The place really done better now, greeted when I came in the door and had a fast conversation on items needed. Fast, simple and hassle free Rating 10/10
My tail light burned out. I bought a new bulb, figured it would be easy to change as I've replaced head lamps and tail lights in the past. I could not figure out how to do it. Didn't think about Google or YouTube. I went back into the store and a young man didn't tell me or show me how... he did it himself! And it wasn't that easy. Thank you for your time and awesome customer service! It's greatly appreciated.
Very good customer service and when a part is ordered it's the right part . They will show you where a item is located instead of pointing towards it and they always remind a customer about your rewards card store is always clean honestly think the employees enjoy their job Thank You for your service .
