Ivan the employee from this store helped me with my wipers even when it was pouring rain out, went a few days later and he helped me again but this time with my car battery was super professional and careful while working on my vehicle thank you ivan and the delano store for the wonderful customer service

Terrible service. They are slow, lack basic knowledge, and have little enthusiasm for the job the preform. Ask them for items that should be common knowledge and they look at you like a deer in the head lights. And this is after having gone here numerous times over the last several years. Take your money elsewhere if you need assistance.

Jeremy was very helpful in helping me find me windshield wipers and put them in for me as well.

AutoZone Delano needs to do better customer service here non existence there were at least five maybe six employees not one said can I help you out as I looked for car seat covers I even walked towards a guy said excuse me and he didn't hear me or just ignored me. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this AutoZone.

The employees are always willing to help with anything. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.

This is a great place in town to get your parts. Friendly staff, clean store and great parts. Leo is a wonderful manager. He will listen and get you the right part and give you the best advice. This is my place to shop when I need auto parts. Thank you.

Went to Auto zone in Delano and it’s by far the best customer service. I was greeted by Art M. Upon arrival, he was very professional and very efficient to help me with all my questions and concerns. This was a pleasant trip to auto zone.

The male customer service agent was a great help to my husband and I. Unfortunately couldn't say the same for there female coworker. She couldn't complete any tasks herself and which was not due to a disability. Which is disappointing because they should hire men and women who are capable completing tasks and are better trained. So other people are not pulled away from there own tasks or customers.

Well I never take the time to give any feedback in this case I will Ismael from Delano Autozone took the time to help me out incondicional great Attitude in all my time I have never been help as I did today this what he helped me no engine light on so happy ??

Very friendly staff and helpful too. They detected the issue in my car and gave me the right parts to fix it. They have a bit of everything even paint pens if you have some minor scratches on your car.

Kind of a mixed bag. They help detect that the battery was no good. But did not help install it. Which is weird because they stated on their website they install batteries for free. Unless their policy changed which I can understand. They did provide tools but they they didn't even bother checking which actual tools were needed to install the battery which made it very frustrating. The tools were wrong or incomplete.

Well i called for a price check and availability on a part i did request to hold and be ready for pick up so i don't take to long cause they are always busy at that location so when i get there to my surprise was n ok t busy at all happy o see that but disappointed to find out the person who supposedly had my items on hold did not do it at all very disappointed but other than that my experience was over all good would of gave full stars but some one didn't full fill my request

They have no clue what they are doing I had to spell out the name of the part I was needing and then when they had to call another store to order the parts to transfer over the damb manager started flirting with the other store person on the phone I feel that they need to step up there customer service

Ehhh like any other nothing special....theyve given me a wrong part that didnt fit and couldnt get the rite part and because i threw away the receipt they couldnt refund the cash so i can go somewhere else to get it and ive gotten a water pump wiithin the same month it went bad and i had to change it and now that 1 is starting to go out that will be the second 1 in less than a month and a half
