Our car wouldn’t start we called them they answered right away , they sent a link to us paid for our service and less than 15 min a tow truck showed up and got us to the mechanic. The tow truck operator was great and helpful. We appreciate them.
We were waiting for AAA and they never came. Precision towing to the rescue. Jr. Was an outstanding driver and super professional. Screw AAA they left us stranded and waiting forever in the middle of now where. Precision has our business from now on .
They are liars and very slow had a appointment with them to pick my car up they lied and said it was an accident coming to find out the driver said they had made a mistake and booked my appointment later on that day I will never give them business ever
I gave this establishment One star simply because I could not give it Zero.
Disgustingly unprofessional and horribly unorganized . They should change their name to Predatory Towing.
horrible service would not recommend at all . I had to pickup my vehicle from there coming from Lancaster I called one hour in advance and once i was there they made me wait for over an hour to come release my car "because every one had gone to lunch "and no one let me know 2 hours before when i called that they close for lunch and kept telling me that he would be there any minute now , give it zero stars and the dispatch is a disgusting person total b%@*!!!!
Friendly and Helpfulness are not descriptive terms used when associated with tow companies. However , in the most genuine of statements Preferred Towing is also Respectful and Honest.
I would give them more stars but theres a very rude employee there that would rather leave and be rude then make a car sale he treated my family very rudely no good for business i have bought a car here before and it went smooth but ever since chris left its gpne down hill customer service wise
Needed a simple jump start and this company wanted my credit card number before they would do any repairs. I do not know anyone that would give their credit card to a company like this..
The boss is even more rude and the employees are and they are obnoxious to begin with so the whole outfit is just terrible bad service bad attitude bad experience The only problem with this is they are the only one in Cal city so unfortunately you are stuck get yourself the AAA premier towing and have anybody else but these people help you
Very pleased. Someone off shift came and got me with a very specific kind truck for towing cars like mine. The driver was kind and more than helpful and helped me put my car in the garage. Definitely the preferred choice.
