Our battery died along i5. Found the nearest auto parts store and took Uber there. Thankfully they had our battery. Unfortunately Uber nor Lyft were available to bring us back to our truck. The Buttonwillow Napa Auto Parts team were a life saver and took me back to my truck. True angels! Thank you so much. There are still kind hearted people in this world.
I happen to breakdown on I-5 during a trip pulling a trailer. I found a place off the freeway to safely park unhooked my trailer, googled autoparts stores and Napa came up, I had to drive back about 18 miles to this store with my fingers crossed that they may have what I needed, it turned out that they had basically everything I needed to repair my trailer and back on the road, thank God!
Napa in Buttonwillow they're totally awesome they not only help you inside the store they help you outside the store they have great people skills I rate them a 10
This auto parts store is off the beaten path. It is a god send to the people who live in Buttonwillow and area. The service is outstanding. Very knowledgeable staff. Well stocked store but if they don't have your part they will order it. I'm happy with the service.
Salvador was my savior, literally after they were closed, he helped me above and beyond. We made it happen and I can't believe I was able to fix my car with his help. He had to have been sent by god because Salvador in english means savior, I dont believe coincidences. My eternal gratitude to this man. He saved me my wife and my kids from being stuck in the middle of nowhere. Seriously una benedicion de dios!
WORST NAPA IN CALIFORNIA. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER HAS THE PART U NEED. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS, I WOULD. BUT MAKES YOU GIVE THEM AT LEAST 1 SMH NEVER GO THERE. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 30 MILES TO A DIFFERENT AUTO PARTS STORE
Lost a bolt on the road, of course being 4th of July we have been having an issue finding a place open. The manager just happened to be coming in to do paperwork as we sat in the parking lot looking up other stores nearby. He was nice enough to let us get a bolt. Amazing service and so, so helpful! Many thanks and definitely suggest going here if you need anything.
Beat experience ever , my belt broke and they were already closed , as im there one guy came over and asked me what i needed , he opened the store and sold me the belt , it was 7.30pm they closed at 6pm
He lives in the area and saw me as he was passing by . Amazing , greatly appreciated
