(I bought a crf110 pre owned and found out the shift shaft was bent and rubbing on the case)Thank you for reaching out and helping me out Coyne, it’s my own fault for buying pre owned and not knowing what to look for before purchasing, they are trying to help me out but just it sucks and that it should been found before hand I would think. But cool dudes just make sure you do your research on pre owned stuff before you buy and don’t do what I did

Worst dealer I have ever bought from. Beware! I bought a new Beta 390rs from Coyne in El Centro. 1. To start when the met me at the AZ DMV they forgot the title so I had to pay for temp registration. After walking out they found the title then had to go back in to register it and eat the temp registration fees. Fast forward a day. 2. Got it home and one coolant line was not secured properly and the low fuel stitch was stuck on. All things that coyne is supposed to check prior to delivery. I had to bring it back with .6 hours on it. They had it for 2 months to put a hose clamp on and replace the sensor, a ten minute job. Best part was when I finally got to pick it up it was low on coolant and had to buy a gallon to top it off after maintenance. 3. Before warranty was up I brought it back due to mode switch not working and a valve cover gasket leak. Easy fixes but hell might as well use the warranty. I dropped it off May 27 and after calling many time finally picked it up 23 Aug. 3 months later. Best part is they did not fix the mode switch after telling me they had. Turns out they couldn’t duplicate it until I showed them…again. Even better they told me I needed a new $170 battery but hooked me up with cost, $110. I argued that if they hadn’t left it out in the el center sun for 3 months the battery would still be in the condition it was when I dropped it off. Also being in the sun the plastic is faded from red to orange. It looks like a 3 year old, not a ten month old one. I have owned this bike for ten months and they have had it for 5 of those ten, for a valve cover gasket, low fuel light switch and a hose clamp. I had to buy a battery for their incompetence which cost me more than if I had just bought the parts to begin with. The plus side is that they are going to send the switch to me as there is zero chance they touch it again. I love the bike but I wish I had a better place for warranty work. In the pictures one is before I dropped it off where the plastic matches the frame and the other is after I got it home, washed the layer of dirt off, and the frame no longer matches. Looks much worse in person. I wish they would make it better but best they could do is give me cost for a battery they messed up. They fixed a $60 part and I got stuck with a $500 bill to make the bike the same as when I dropped it off to them.

I purchased a dirtbike with Coyne. I was offered a small discount on a lowering kit for the dirtbike. I provided my weight and paid around $500 for the lowering kit to be delivered to my house. They sent me the wrong springs for my weight. We tried to contact the sales person multiple times about getting the correct springs sent. They never responded to our many attempts to resolve this issue, so we had to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I couldn’t use the springs and I live 5 hours away so going into the store is not an option. They now are telling Chase that I ordered the wrong parts (I never ordered anything, I only provided them with my weight so that they could order the correct lowering kit). On top of this all, the bike is leaking oil from the power valve cover within 1 hour of ride time on it. I now cannot ride my bike because I have to go have it fixed elsewhere. They are shady and I would absolutely not recommend purchasing from them. If anything goes wrong, they won’t try to fix their mistake.

Shout out to Rodrigo. Greatest sales guy I’ve dealt with. Coyne staff were welcoming and professional. Having the managers on an elevated platform can be alittle intimidating. Overall it was a good experience. We’ll see if they still love me in the morning.

Well in 2018 I bought my rzr xp turbo 1000 from coyne ..and had some up grades added when I bought it from them b4 they delivered to me. ..so I've been thinking about trading it for 2025 rzr or the 4 door expedition and put some cash down for a low payment .so today I went to coyne to do so . I was greeted by the young lady at desk .was there 4 about a hr looking at a rzr and expedition not once was I greeted by a sales person after being there for a hr .. I was looking at prices opening doors jus waiting to see who was going to greet me and tell me the specs of the vehicles I was looking at . I even called my girl so she can see and let her see which one she liked on video call. Not once did any one come to sale me one. And I told her the service succs and she said maybe cuhz ur blacc and they dont think u have the money or the credit..and we both laughed .so I waited around a little longer to see if any one would help and still no service... but the salesman were jus chilling at front podems talking not even worried about me . So I finally got mad at walked out.nothing like the salesman when I bought my 2018 rzr . I've had issues with coyne b4 but in banning .were I wrecced my street bike and needed new fairings and plastics .and they tried to sale me stuff I didnt need. Like brakes and service while paying a arm and legs for service .and once they told me about how much they charge to do so . I declined and got brakes myself .and was about to do the job and looked and my pads were brand new still ..so I took brakes to Kyle at service department and said u guys tried to rip me off and say I needed brakes and here's the brakes that I pulled off front and bacc and there new .so he appoligized and said it was a tech they been having issues with ..i was pissed after spending almost 3 k on plantings and fairings and there service charge ...so after today not helping me ..I will no longer do bussiness with coyne or get my rzr serviced with them .. felt I was treated unfair because I was a young blacc guy.didnt get any help or even talked to about any of the stuff I was looking at to purchase. I've bought all my quads at chapparal and thats were i will be going from now on in..

Coyne was great went in there with only curiosity and came out with a beautiful little 2025 Honda grom both Nolan and Jonathan helped me out threw out the whole process and where able to give me an awesome deal...In all honesty I was only half serious when I first walked in to coyne but these dudes were really chill and not at all pushy about making a sale that really just made me feel comfortable thru it all thnx again for the bike absolutely having a blast with it

Great customer service. I called to ask a question and there was some confusion by one of the staff members as to the answer, but they were nice during the conversation. I received a call 15 minutes later from Chip because he overheard the conversation and wanted to make sure I had the correct information. I never left my name or phone number so I was impressed he took the time to figure out how to reach me. I definitely recommend them for any future needs.

I purchased a Speed UTV in December 2023 And many of the included accessories were not with the vehicle. I had to look up All of the package options that were included on the machine, referencing the Speed website, so they could go upstairs to find my parts. Received attitude from the Accessories employee (not named, but I know who it is), because I was asking for what was rightfully included in the parts list purchase. Now forward 4 months as I am purchasing PCI headsets for my machine and realize the coax cable and antenna is not installed for the PCI radio. I called the same person in accessories and was told, “We Do not have any antennas or cables upstairs, I can tell you that.” Also called Speed, but don’t think they will cover the parts that are missing. They tell me it would’ve been installed and included if they did it. $66,000+ spent and Coyne can’t step up to give me what was paid for. Small, but it’s the principle.

This markup (*** A.D.M.) on a child's toy is unacceptable. 34% ??!!? We will wait and buy one local to home. We've already called and got the price out the door. They sell for MSRP and local taxes/fees only. No additional stink. Even if they did, I'd rather them get any sort of mark-up than you guys.

From start to finish our salesman angel was great . Helped us to get the exact model we were looking for and made the transaction seamless and extremely easy. From there Coyne helped assist us with transporting and delivering from California to Arizona . From there our delivery driver Austin was awesome super knowledgeable help give us tips for future upgrades and explained the break in procedures . All in all driving the extra miles to go with Coyne was worth it thanks to all who assisted in our purchase !!

Purchased a 2021 raptor 700r SE and from JOSEPH Z told him i would be keeping this atv in mexico it why my first time financing a ATV this guy kept telling me to buy the warranty for the bike as well as the GAP when i specifically told him the bike would stay in mexico, being new to this he was able to convince me and i did purchase the warranty and gap come to find out insurance does not cover in mexico neither the gap or warranty what a joke now i have to drive back there and request a refund for something that was sold to me that was useless now they get to make more money from interest, i have been working customer service all my life and this was awful customer service also when the atv was financed they used my old address from the state of wisconsin which i never even provided so a lot of the paperwork was sent out to an address that is 3 years old, honestly i would drive to san diego or LA for any future purchases
