Don’t let their fancy shiny cars fool you! I went as an average guy who “doesn’t know” mechanics and I asked for a brake service. I ensured that I had been thoroughly clear of the work I wanted done. They then proceeded and thought I wouldn’t notice that they did not replace the rotors as I originally asked, which is a must when they are worn. Once I caught them in their mistake, they tried to correct themselves and change them, but they didn’t have rotors in stock, so they said I had to wait till the next day and they wanted to charge me for the rotors SEPARATELY when it was a bad diagnosis on their part and It’s usually an all in one job. But again, attempting to overcharge me and it being their mistake is just wrong. When I confronted them, they started making excuses and turned defensive, attempting to blame me for “not being clear” of what I wanted done, even though I was surgically precise of what I needed done. All in all I almost spent near $800 for front brakes and they weren’t even original! They charge BMW prices for OEM parts! I know the stamp may be the only difference, but it should still cost less than original and to go over it’s just bad and I felt that I was taken advantage of. Luckily I declined the service but safe to say that never again will I do business with them and I would highly encourage that you do the same if you value your hard earned money. They don’t inform you properly and take advantage of your lack of knowledge to get away with as much as they can. I highly recommend you take your BMW or any other car to Carlos over at BMW and MINI Auto Repair over in Main St. He helped me fix all this mess and was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and went over all the options available in original, OEM and aftermarket parts before repairs. Safe enough to say I will count on him for all future repairs and he has gained a customer for life! You’ve been warned.
I give this place zero stars! Horrible customer service. I was left without a car for 5 days and charged for 3 hours of service when the service took only 15 min. I ended up paying $1330.00. Then i was told i needed to come back for more repairs that were going to total another $1400.00! I thank God i found an honest mechanic on Main St in El Centro that repairs BMW’s that charged me half the price and left my car running like new. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!
They would charge me about $500 for an oil change and didn't even use good quality oil like they would say to me. I also would always ask pls put the oil you are using on the recipe and they would always leave it blank. Another reputable shop is the ones who told me cheap oil was being used on my car. This shop is very shady I do not recommend
Part they replaced on my car failed after only 4 months. Took it to shop in my home state they needed they invoice for the part from the dealership. I was told they world send it to the shop they never did. Called numerous times. Finally just had to pay to get the same repair done again. Brought the bad part back to them to get my money back but they refused because I needed to bring the undriveable car back to them for repair. Ridiculous! Avoid this shop at all costs. They are completely dishonest.

They went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of and even detailed it for me. I highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch service and expertise on BMW. Frank and his amazing team were awesome! They were very friendly and prompt to respond to any of my questions. Dropped my car off on Friday and it was ready Saturday morning! They are reasonably priced and they offer warranty on their parts. Not only did they fix my car but washed my car in and out but also under the hood! I was ready for the weekend! Highly recommend!!!!
