I want to express my thanks for the quick and excellent service on my mustang. I was having trouble putting in a cabin filter because of the access and visibility is limited. It was late in the day and I called. Sergio told me to come right in. They immediately took care of the filter issue. There cost was more than reasonable. I have no problem recommending SC Auto Service.
On my way to Phoenix, my car’s radiator wouldn’t hold coolant anymore and started overheating. They waited for me after hours to drop it off. I spent the night in a hotel and by the next day they had me on the road with a new radiator. Excellent service provided to out of towners.
One of the worst places to take your car! I dropped off my car they took my information down I called to verify if they had checked it. They said that the person that works on the A/C was not there. Ok so I gave them couple of days. I called again to see if they had any updates he straight up said I think is the compressor. So I say ok how much would it be to fix it he then said idk let me ask I’ll give you a call. I NEVER got a call back. Two weeks later I go in they didn’t even know my car was there no one checked the car. So I just took my keys and left. Just stay away from this place.
Sergio,the owner, is very attentive to your needs. Excellent service always. Honest in finding any problem with your car. From oil change to major repair on your vehicle. Prices are very reasonable and fair. It's is hard to find a car shop with this kind of service and honesty.
Was driving from San Diego to Arizona when our car started making a weird rattling noise. They were the only autoshop around that answered the phone. Got us in immediately and made sure the car was good to go. And was very reasonable prices. Best auto shop experience I've had.
Sergio is the best! Ok so I may be a little bias, but he asks you directly what is wrong. Sometimes we get that engine light comes on and panic starts. Sergio knows how to cut to the chase, and get to the heart of the problem. His Mechanics are the best! They work steady and methodically which is what you want in a good mechanic.
Excellent mechanic I've been taking my car for struts replacement, motor mount replacement, upper control arm replacement as well. I've been very satisfied with his work and quality of work he does. I would recommend him to anyone who has a vehicle problem, he's the man..
Driving home to Phoenix from San Diego our A/C gave out! We were sweating and on the verge of dehydration, so we stopped at this small town of El Centro. We searched auto shops, and after 3 failed intents to find someone with an air conditioner tech we came across S C Auto Services. When I tell you he saved us, I mean it! He took our car right in and started under the hood. We grabbed breakfast at a local breakfast spot and 2 hours later, he had fixed it. Our savior! His customer service was excellent, I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
I've taken my truck there three times, everytime the work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and a good price. They do excellent work and stand behind their 100% guaranteeing the work they do. Would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone, my new #1 mechanic!!!
I wouldn't recommend took my car there now its missing some parts and sergio the mechanic says he doesn't know what happen to my parts so go at your own risk
The owner was honest with the cost estimate and did not charge for the estimate. Will be going back to order the parts to do the work. Need more service men like him.

We had an emergancy while traveling from AZ to CA and we gave them a call. They talked through some options with us as we headed their way. He was able to locate the issue upon our arrival, find the part locally and got us back on the road quickly and safely.

Sergio the mechanic/owner is very stubborn and inpatient. He is not very receptive to customer input. As a result of this, he always takes the long way to fixing things. He is understaffed, so he takes a very long time to fix minor repairs. He will also charge his customers more hours of labor, as he is very slow to work. In summary, he will eventually repair your car, but it will take him a long time and will charge you many hours of labor. I give him a bad rating because a good mechanic is judged not only by his skill, but by the speed in which he can make a repair. He should retire already, or charge less.
I have a 2004 Nissan Murano. SC AUTO is excellent. I have taken my vehicle there for several major repairs and received wonderful customer service each time. I highly recommend.
I have known Sergio every since he was on state and imperial Ave I have taken all my vehicles to him wherever he moves now he has a great shop. Always guaranteeing his work. We have become very good friends throughout these years. I recommend anyone who has car problems to get your car fixed there . He also has very reliable assistance that knows their jobs .he has the very best price for the quality of work he does
