We were stuck near the Imperial Sand Dunes lookout and Camel Towing was a literally life saver!
Nowhere near any place we could walk to, and in the 100 degree heat with a car we couldn’t drive was awful and stressful. We called multiple towing companies nearby and none would or were able to help tow an electric car.
We called Camel Towing and they immediately were willing to help and said they’d be there in an hour and 15 minutes. They came quite literally in that time window and Mando was so friendly and great and put us at ease.
He took us back into town 40 minutes away to a charging station and told us a lot of interesting facts about the area and the sand dunes and made the process and enjoyable as it can be. Even made sure we could stop at a gas station to get water or snacks if we needed since we were stranded for the better part of a day.
So thankful for these guys! If you have any trouble in the Sand Dunes area they are for sure one of the best options!

Pleasant personality! Hopefully, i won't need another tow anytime soon, but if I do it'll be Camel Towing.
All I really have to say is that This is what customer service should be. Our Tow Technician JOE was AWESOME!! He was patient ,friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure safety was a top priority and was able to make this experience great. We need more people like Joe!
Omg! This place is utterly ridiculous! I need a jumpstart on my truck and they want to charge $150.!!!!!!!! I also needed 2 gallons of diesel (at a charge of $12. or so which is fine) but they tried to justify the sky high pure unadulterated ridiculous price of an extra $138. for the jumpstart because of the cost of the fuel. No thanks, I'd rather walk! Not to mention how tacky their name is! We all know what a "camel toe" is, as a woman I find that quite vulgar!
I'D GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!!!! I broke down in the middle of nowhere!! AAAs ALLISON SAID THAT THE SOUTHERN AAA DOES NOT COVER YOU NORTHERN PEOPLE!!! CAMEL TOWING CAME OUT THERE MECHANIC HELPED FOR 6 HOURS THE FIRST DAY STILL HAD AN ISSUE SO THEY TOWED ME TO FRONT OF THEIR SHOP HOOKED ME UP TO ELECTRICITY AND OFFERED WATER. I WAS IN 28 FT MOTORHOME. BEING A WOMAN HE TOLD ME DON'T WORRY ARMANDO LIFTS ON THE PROPERTY AND THERE WERE LIKE 18 CAMERAS. THEY WERE THE BEST!! NEXT MORNING HIS MECHANIC WORKED ANOTHER 2 HOURS AND SENT ME ON MY WAY . HE TOLD ME TAKE RECEIPT TO AAA AND THEY WILL IMBURSE ME!!!! THANKS ARMANDO, JOE AND YOUR OTHER GUY.
Went to the hardware store came out F**K! Dropped my car keys in the car, Locked Out!! Called Mando from Camel Tow, always great customer service, he said don't trip I'll be there in 25 min, 24 min later he showed up opened the car door in 3 minutes, saved me again , not the first time I use his services, always on point with service and price.
Out here at Gorden's Well and got my RV stuck like chuck. Have them a call and they was out here fast and got my RV out without a problem. Both guys was professional and did an amazing job. Will be my go to for any issues I have when in the Dunes.
Lance Berry towed our vehicle from Jacumba to El Centro. He even dropped us off at a hotel. Lance saved us from a "nightmare". He is very friendly and very helpful. Great person!!!!
Got stranded in the middle of the dessert & Camel Tow came to the rescue! No other towing company would come as fast as them & very reasonable too. Alternator went out, he picked us up as fast he could, dropped us off at hotel, took our car to his shop & had us back on the road in no time to get back to our destination the next morning! Amazing services!
My experience with camel toe was absolutely wonderful the gentleman there took care of my problem they were courteous they were friendly I'll use them again if I ever have a auto or truck problem and I'm in El Centro and whoever reads this just know that those are good people over there at camel toe that's from Duwan Williams at jlk Enterprise.
I had a jammed and stripped lug on a tire I was trying to change. I gave these guys a call and Bebo got to me in about 15 minutes and solved my problems. Fast, inexpensive, friendly, and professional. I seriously can not recommend them highly enough. So glad I called!
Was stuck in winter haven over 4 hours. Once we called camel toe they responded quickly and was on our way. Bebo was really cool and helpful. I recommend this tow service than anyone. Best in the valley
Bebo did amazing and was very professional. Safety was his top priority (I was on a bridge on the freeway where cars and semi trucks didn't pull over to the left lane) so he took my car to a safer location just to change my tire. His work ethic put me at ease and I'm very grateful for his services.
I would 100% recommend this company! Very professional, fast & friendly service. I called the company at 11pm , they were here by 11:30, I was home around midnight. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them, I am super thankful!!
Big blow out, side of road, high heat in my RV. They called to keep us updated the entire time. Super fast tire change and than helped us to get to a tire store for replacement since we were from out of town. Great job. Thanks a million!
AMAZING! THE GENTLEMEN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO HELPFUL. NOT ONLY DID HE TOW MY CAR HOME HE PARKED IT IN MY GARAGE AND DID AN AMAZING JOB ESPECIALLY HAVING A SMALL PLACE TO WORK WITH. I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING CAMEL TOW IN THE FUTURE !!!

Thankful for Camel Tow. But seriously... We broke down outside El Centro about an hour from home. The driver, Armando, took us all the way home at 12:00 AM, dirt roads and everything. He was professional and careful with our vehicle and drove very safe. It cost a pretty penny but was worth it.
Honestly saved me didn't over charge, quick and pain less. They had the option to charge me for a tow witch would cost almost 400 or fix my alternator, they not only found the problem, charged me half of what it cost and had me on my way head ache free.
