They were scheduled the day before for a tow at 10:00 am then the day came and at 11:30 no tow then AAA Called them they said they were to busy they never called me or AAA !!
Tow truck showed up about 30 min after assigned by Allstate. (Estimate ETA given by Allstate was 1 hr or longer.) Driver - Edgar- was friendly, professional and helpful. He was instrumental in identifying issue that disabled car. Very pleased with service.

After an auto accident today, the tow truck driver arrived quickly after being notified by the California Highway Patrol Officer. He quickly loaded up car and us and took us to their business while we notified the insurance company about the accident. This took considerable time and as a result we were up against the end of their office hours. The driver, the shop foreman, stayed late and took us to a rental car office and then to a motel when a car could not be obtained. We offered a gratuity but it was declined and we parted with a hug from him. Great experience in a trying time.
I called to have my mom's car towed, and spoke with Edgar he was very nice and professional. Oscar the tow driver was very nice and did a great job.They worked quick and efficient.
