After a 16-hour drive home from Colorado, we experienced a terrifying situation late at night — we heard a loud POP and suddenly one of our tires completely snapped off. This all happened around 11:30 PM, and we were stranded.
We first contacted AAA and were told we would be waiting over 1 hour and 45 minutes, on top of receiving a very expensive tow quote from El Centro to El Cajon. Thankfully, we decided to call El Centro Towing to compare rates — and I am so glad we did.

He showed genuine empathy for our situation, carefully explained what happened, made sure we were safe, and then drove us over 100 miles all the way home.

Got stuck in the mud in obsidian Butte so deep I couldn’t get out! Ground was wet. Buried myself up to the differential. Spoke To the owner, he said would be no problem for them to handle. I called another company that I won’t say the name just out of respect for the business and they told me they would not help so right off the bat. knowing this tow company would help put me at ease. Robert the driver called to say he would be on the way. Robert was the driver and kept me updated every step of the way. Excellent service! And worked quickly and super professional. We were stalled on HWY 8 on a Sunday and Roberto from El Centro towing came to the rescue not only v with a great price but with such a great attitude and stayed with us until we had transportation. Coming from Fresno (I live in Heber) my car broke down in San Diego, Guys were super friendly and came to tow my car even when tows in SD refused to come, treated my 2025 with care and used proper tools to not mess up my differential, hands down professionals.

My car overheated and was stuck on the highway for hours. When I called they were so polite and with a very fair rate. El Centro Tow is absolutely excellent!! they saved me at 3:00 in the morning, when other tow companies like "Premier Towing"do not do "night recoveries". Jack and Angel came out within 40 minutes, great couple of guys. They got me on my way home and for that I am very thankful. I highly recommend them for the El Centro area, do not call anyone else They will not scam you like the others. Honest work.....
