Only auto parts store for a zillion miles. Politely ask what you want, ... & eventually you will get the NAPA franchise normal response.

Great staff, very helpful. It’s great there’re open on Sundays. Even if it’s only for a few hours. And later in the evenings when most places are closed. ??

Broke down near by, limped to the store. Shannon found the parts we needed and lent tools to get us back on the road in no time flat. Staff was friendly and very helpful, all parts in stock, no wait or ordering nonsense.

Helpful store the workers there are friendly. Something are a little steep in price but everything is these days

Honestly you can't find a smarter group of parts guys around. Long time dedicated employees. & I'm talking 30+ yrs. Imagine the years of deciphering Customers mechanical explanations. ? Like from those of us that are not mechanically inclined. Oh and the parts delivery lady is Cool. Orders received incredibly fast and she's always polite. My experiences here are always so hit or miss. I hate to say that it's because I'm a woman, but I get treated very, very differently depending on who is working and what I need. It's clear that some of the men working there are the type who don't believe I could possibly know what I need and want to talk to me like I'm a toddler. Also they don't know how to work their own systems. God forbid you ever need to order a part online and pick it up there. They will lose the order, give you the wrong part, struggle with the core return, and oh you better hope it wasn't a mistake on your end because they will belittle you and make you feel stupid when you come back to exchange something. They need someone from corporate to come teach them how to use their computers and some HR training on how to treat female customers would be really nice.

Adrian went above and beyond when helping us find an alternator! He even let us use his own personal tool! Wonderful experience, very knowledgeable staff!

Nice guys. They sold me two ice scrapers for the price of one! Judging by the layer of dust on them, they don't get much call for for ice scrapers in California.

I have had simple things like a sun shade to getting my battery charged. The staff is very awesome. I appreciate being treated like someone very important no matter the question or need. If they aren't able to find it they will order it with good timing.

It's a pretty good auto parts store, but I'm giving only 3 stars because they let people in without masks. They do have a barrier up at the checkout, but it's too high to be effective. They have the door propped open and a fan is running for air circulation, but it's only effective around the entrance.. not at the back of the store. They need to enforce the mask policy. I did not feel safe shopping there.

Most of the people here aren't very nice or very helpful. I guess they can be that way when it's the only auto parts store in town. And they get the parts wrong or can't even order them sometimes.

Out of towner, stopped in with issues with my alternator. Because of the age/model of my truck, they didn’t have the stock on hand but offered to get me it ASAP. I declined because I had something else lined up. This review is in regards to the staff and how helpful they were. They answered all my questions and when I brought my dead alternator in, they helped as much as they could, including taking it in back and helping get some things off it due to my lack of tools on hand in truck. I would absolutely recommend this Napa store to anyone.

I'm foreigner and I asked to the seller if he could call to another napa to check the stock I need but he just look at me and say no with his head. In other napa they really assit but not here. We need to be more kind in this time we are living.

These guys are awesome! I bought a replacement headlight from them and they installed it for free. And they were very friendly.

This place is awsome it has it all. The workers here are always nice and as helpful as can be. I bought a stearing wheel cover and I went to parking lot to put it on and the leather ripped so I took it back in and swapped it out for me free of cost. You wont find that kind of service in a big city. I would and will recommend this place to any and all.

5 STAR SERVICE, GREAT PRICES AND TRUSTWORTHY STAFF: If you have a mechanical issue with your car and break down on the hwy in that area, PRAY THAT YOU ARE NEAR NAPA IN GARBERVILLE!! THET ARE A LIFE SAVER! Last weekend I was driving to Crescent City northbound on Hwy 1 in a driving rainstorm when my alternator went out, leaving I was stranded in Garberville late Sunday night. Next morning I called Napa at 7:02 AM Richard the store manager answered the phone ever so politely, and to my surprise not only were they open bright and early on Martin Luther King Day holiday, but they had a battery and alternator for my truck. I asked if I could work on my truck in their parking lot and he said no problem (now, I am not a mechanic and have never changed an alternator in my life). I got my truck to the Napa store somehow...they provided me with enough tools to take out my alternator and battery. Their prices on the new alternator and battery were very good. I managed to put in the new alternator run less than an hour and I was back on the road before 9:00 A.M. Thank you Napa..Thank you Garberville. I got a good deal on aa batteries, anwered my car part question,but they didn't have what I needed in stock, it took almost 5 minutes to get a clerk even though I was the only customer and the soda machine inside the store took my dollar and they were uninterested in giving me a refund.

They had the part I needed. The price was good and they let me install in their parking lot no questions and no problems. I'm pleased.

As always I never had what you need with the Napa Know How I went here with an odd car just to try before I went to the internet I'm sure enough they sourced it found it ordered it guys with Napper wonderful as well as the time I was there I probably saw them help 5 people help fix their car right from the counter. Knowledgeable people

Service is slow but always helpful, usually lots of people in line. Don't expect any of the current employees to know anything outside of the Napa parts manuals about your vehicle, biggest gripe is about how Napa parts are all garbage nowadays.

I just wanted to say Thank You to the team at Napa here in Garberville. Everytime I go in there, they are so helpful with everything and everyone. Customer service is their priority. They helped me fix my cover underneath my vehicle which i really appreciated. Thank you guys again! I definetly love going to their.

Extremely overpriced, rarely give you the right part. If you call to check availability of a part you must!! Ask them to go lay eyes on it cause their extremely lazy an will just look in computer an when you go get it it won't be on shelf!! Do to their sloppy sails team The lack of automotive knowledge is sad I live 10 miles from them an will happy drive 45 miles to autozone or O'Reillys you'll save time money an a huge headache

Best auto parts store in the emerald triangle! These guys know their stuff. Most things are in stock and if not it'll be there the next day. Competitive prices.

Never have I ever been sold the wrong parts so many times. They never return the wrong part they sell, even if it has warranties Just another overpriced scummy store that only stays open cause it's the only one around. All the employees are rude. Rather ditch my truck then buy parts here ever again.

It's got a high rating because it's the only thing for forty miles. They are friendly at the counter with a good selection of parts. Knowledge is good. If it's something needs real knowledge look for the guys 50+ in age.
