Didn’t have what I needed but still called ahead to another store to place a hold on the item that they had, friendly and helpful.

Loving the deals they had here. Was different from the San Diego locations but great customer service as well

Great prices. Most parts are instock if not you can get it at a near by Autozone. Or next day delivery. Friendly people. Weekends very busy so go early in the Am.

Did not have all the same parts and asked if I would accept 3 of 1type and 1 of a different brand ....hellno I don't want different spark plugs for my car ... I walked out I give 1 star because I can't give anything less or else it would have been a 1/4 star

Lazy, I called to find out if they had a part for me it took 5 minutes and the employee wouldn’t look up a part for me, O’Reilly took care of me though and it only took them 30 seconds with the information I gave them

Pretty nice store here in Sanger. Except they dont have very much variety of car seat covers for cars. Clean store nice employees. Got a bling plate cover for 24 bucks not bad.

AutoZone is a good great Kool place just have to no what you want. And they order also big orders too all kinds of parts different prices.

I love ordering what I need online and then driving to the store and using their Curb side Pickup, because the staff will bring your items out to your car.

I asked the cashier where do I put the oil and if I needed a funnel. He said yeah it's under the hood on the very top and didn't come out and help me next time I'll go to O'Reilly's

Sanger always friendly even during these covid times knowledgeable employees for sure come out of there more then with a smile also comfort of having the right part helps

Went in to get some oil for my car and Jesus helped me out and gave me great customer service. He even helped me out putting the oil in my car. Really great customer service from Jesus.

I was called a liar by Floyd I was told I can't have 2 cars same 2008 Mazda6 after I proved it I also proved they intentionally sold me the wrong battery twice then the manager was doing everything not to fix it after hours and telling patrons what was happening he refunded my money horrible manager that's were there employees get there attitude

Always helpful. Never had an issue returning items or getting what I need. Did have one instance with an employee that wasn't familiar with what I was asking for but she seemed new and was still friendly and helpful to the best of her ability.
