I never really liked going to Orileys unless I had to until I went with my husband recently and we were attended by this new worker i believe her name is Shawna so kind and friendly and explained every question we had very helpful im definitely going back just for her customer service.!
I have no problems with oreillys but the manager at this store a young short chubby women started getting heated and threatned to fire her employees all because of a question I asked. Mind you these employees she threatened are extremely nice people. Last time I shop at oreillys. Props to you niko your such a kind person!!
By far the best experience I’ve received in an auto parts store. Thank you Jesus for going above and beyond in helping me replace my car battery. I came in clueless and he was very helpful. Shauna was also amazing with a friendly check out.
Worst place ever! Came in yesterday and all I wanted was to get a battery for my key fob and the dummy behind the counter said that they cannot open it because it will deprogram my key fob and that I would have to get it towed! Never heard of that. So I went to autozone where they Laughed at this guy and they installed my battery to the key fob! And guess what!!! My car didn’t need a tow!!! They need new employees… hard working ones at that… not these lazy ones
TODAY THIS MORNING I STOPPED BY AT THE O'REILLY AUTO STORE IN KERMAN, AND BEFORE I COULD EVEN GO INSIDE JESUS A WORKER OF THIS LOCATION WHO WAS GOING INSIDE THE STORE AT THE SAME TIME I WAS OPENED THE DOOR FOR ME AND GREETING ME WITH, "GOOD MORNING SIR" HOW CAN I HELP YOU TODAY.. I DID NOT KNOW THE SIZE OF MY RADIATOR OF MY VEHICLE, SO HE WENT OUTSIDE WITH ME AND CHECKED THE TYPE OF RADIATOR THAT I NEEDED AND GAVE ME A RECEIPT WITH THE PRICE AND INFO OF RADIATOR THAT I NEED. JESUS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THANK YOU JESUS
My lights went out so I pulled up to O'Reilly in kerman Jesus an Employee was very very polite and helpful he even helped install them very apriciated for his help ..will come back ...thankyou very much
Dirty parking lot dirty inside the store works don't help out lazy workers i just will go down the way to autozone instead not much better but better thin here
The "NAS AL" guy is just a wanna be Yelp reviewer that got offended that Maria, a senior, couldn't help a GROWN MAN install his poor little light bulb. Keep in mind, it was 113 degrees outside that day. Maria is a total sweetheart. Don't listen to a guy who spends his time reviewing McDonalds.
I see a lot of these reviews on this location and I’m very shocked to read some of these. These people work very hard not only to serve their community with the best customer service that they can people need to understand that they’re human. They make mistakes, but they still try to serve you the best they can I love shop here for auto parts and it’s very sad that some people don’t see that there is kind people at the store they might not know everything little research on what you’re working on as a customer also, educate yourself a little also that way they can help you better I seen one guy there go over and be on helping customers and then goes outside and changes a battery still comes back inside and then starts helping more customers.
My dad always comes here and gets great service. Today for some reason the service level he was used to was not there..no one wanted to help him figure out the part he needed as if no one there has any knowledge whatsoever . He won’t be coming back here, rather drive to Fresno. If you decide to come be prepared to stand around while everyone is clueless.
I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Kerman, hoping for some assistance. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff, particularly Maria, refused to help me. The prices were also exorbitant. Frustrated, I decided to go to Fresno, where I received excellent customer service and was helped in no time. Maria and the staff at the Kerman location lack basic customer service skills, making it an overall unpleasant experience..
Seems like nobody knows what they’re doing here. I came for a key fob battery and the lady asked me to open my key fob which I don’t know how that’s why I came here to begin with. She asked for help and then didn’t know how to put my battery in. She gave me back my key fob partially put together with the battery in and disconnected from the key. Went try and open my car and it doesn’t work so I came back and now she says I need a new key fob entirely.
A couple of weeks ago Chris helped me with a check engine light. Very friendly and helpful. Gave me advice on how to fix it. Update: problem was something else, had the transmission assembly replaced. Don't trust the scanners at O'Reilly or Auto Zone, inaccurate codes
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Shoutout to Jesus for helping me out and recommending me what’s best for my car. Would come back if I lived in this town.
First of all, my time going to Kerman to get a fuel pump is far but, having people like Jesus and Nathan made the trip well worth it! It's nice to have people that are helpful and intelligent when looking for the right parts the first time. Thanks again for helping me out!
They were such a great help! The guy who helped me was helpful and even changed out my battery and cleaned it all down for me. O’reilly’s is alway great!

Very happy customer right here. I walked in to O'Reilly in Kerman to buy my Audi brake lights and asked for help since I had no tools nor knew how I would replace the bulbs, luckily Jesus was willing to help me and did it quickly :) Thank you so much for the great customer service!
The best customer service I have ever had. Went in today and was helped by Roberto. He took the time to explain everything to me with detail and at no point expressed frustration. I thought I would try something new and made the mistake of going to Autozone for the first time, they had a long line and only one person at the register; walked right out and went to place I always go to, O’Reilley. Ended up buying everything I needed and Roberto even went the extra mile by printing out papers that showed me where everything could be located inside my car. Always, treated great when I walk in there, definitely always sticking with O’Reilley.
I'm really upset with this store in kerman very bad customer service and rude by an employee named Luis .. if he doesn't like he's job then I suggest for him to look for another one ..
