Best company in Fresno by far, the only one that picked up at 2 AM when I needed a tow to Hanford. Price was very reasonable especially for 2 an. I was stuck on the highway and he got to me very quickly. My car tire rod broke so I was stranded on the side of the road panicking. Thank God, I called these guys. Very professional, and they updated me every step of the way.

He came out and jump started my tesla battery in downtown around 1am. He was efficient and a super cool guy. He also wrote up additional work so my insurance could help cover the cost. Great guy who helped me out in a tough situation.

I was in dire need of roadside assistance since my car suddenly stopped. I called U.S Towing Fresno CA and immediately they answered their phone and within 25 - 30 minutes Yasmin came. He was VERY patient, kind, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is that they need to get their mechanic shop.
My car had a flat tire and I unfortunately didn’t have a spare! I called U.S. towing and within 15 minutes I had a tow truck! They towed my car to the shop then gave me a free ride after! Amazing and professional service!
Bad customer service NOT reliable. I put in a claim at 10am with my insurance within 15 mins this company was assigned. We received a message saying they were going to be at my location at 11:45 never showed up. I kept calling and my car insurance kept calling no answer. Finally we get a text at 12:45 saying they’re going to be there at 1:30. We ended canceling them! WONT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
We got stuck on i5 called AAA they took over 3 hours and the driver never showed. Called these guys and they showed up in 1hr and got our tire changed for us. Great service highly highly recommend.
My passenger right front tire blew out , I was on the 99 south, when I pulled over there wasn't enough room, there was a brick wall and the park wasn't big enough, I was close to the highway. Yaseen was the tow truck driver, it didn't take him long to get there, I am as scared with all the traffic going by so fast and it was loud. Yaseen was professional, kind and very experienced. He got my car up to pull to safety to change my tire. I was afraid for him being so close to the street with on coming traffic. He was quick and thorough on what he was doing in no time. We were at 7-Eleven in an area where he could change the tire. Yaseen was friendly and very kind, He did an awesome job, he even gave me pointers on driving on a spare, and how fast to go and be safe. I would recommend this company to everyone, and hopefully you get Yaseen if you are in a panic situation like I was. Thank you Yaseen. God bless you
U.S. Towing did a great job towing my classic car with care. They fit me in quickly and Yaseen was an amazingly skilled driver when trying to get her back in her rightful spot. He was so friendly too. Their price beat out the competition and I am so happy I chose them. I highly recommend U.S. Towing.
The guy who helped me open my Camry trunk was the most professional and knowledgeable person ever. Besides friendly and timely. Very reasonable prices..best in town..in fact he even gave me a little discount. Ofcourse I recommend everyone use them.

Our driver, Yaseen, was extremely helpful. He gave us advice on where we should go when he saw the place insurance recommended would’ve been a bad spot, helped us talk to our insurance, and even went out of his way to give us a ride to a car rental place. Would recommend.
A very belated and huge shoutout to Omar, who towed my car all the way from just outside Los Banos back to the Bay Area. One hell of an adventure but he got the job done with a smile. Definitely recommended.
