As I was driving into the yard one of the tow truck drivers almost drove right into my car. He was looking into his phone and then had the nerve to cuss me out.

I was just on the phone at Copart Fresno on the “6” option customer service. It was a female on the line from copart. She was NOT helpful. I asked her name at the end (intending to leave a review with her name ) she just hung up on me . Copart plz teach employees etiquette

Crazy time getting a vehicle here but the staff was SO NICE and really did whatever they could to help me out. I really appreciate everyone - Donna, Abel and the GM. They were enforcing policies set by corporate so I can’t blame them for that but always were very kind and great customer service.

Very long wait time just for one vehicle. It shouldn't take 3 to 4 hours will not do business here again.

They have a very good system there. A little rough to start and then it all falls into place. Happy to get all of my personal stuff out of the car. (They towed my car from my driveway 5:30a.m., if you go to this location you MUST HAVE CLOSED TOE SHOES OR NO ENTEREY FOR YOU.)

They stole my work back pack that had my iPad in it. After the accident weren’t able to get the trunk open. When we finally did all my stuff was gone. When reported to the manager she never followed up worst place ever

Staff was not overly friendly but did their job. There appointments mean absolutely nothing and you should plan on a very long wait time. Also there changes are highly inflated and there services don’t come close to make up for it so think long and hard before doing business with them. Hopefully someone will come up with a better solution for this market and give them real competition then maybe they will do a better job and think about there customers.

DO NOT BUY Cars from any Copart. DO NOT buy Cars from any Copart. Save your money and buy it from private party or dealer. Again Copart is not the place to buy. At the end you will pay the same if not more than a car from a dearler. Please Do Not buy at any Copart.I can not stress it out more. Save your money. You will pay about 20% on top of your purchase price. They add buyers fees, enviromental fees, internet fees, gate fees, storage fees, to pay cash or credit card fees, and other hidden fees. Plus transportation fees if you do not have a trailer. BE AWARE!!! Expect a few thousands extra.. not hundreds but THOUSANDS!!!

Bro they are so freaken rude if I could give them 0 stars I would they don’t even deserve 1 star. Called regarding an item left in my vehicle that was totaled the girl at customer service was so rude . I started being rude right back like don’t be rude I just asked you a simple question!

My car was tow to Copart Fresno by insurance Co. They deemed my car totaled. I hadn't even made up my mind yet wether to fix or not and someone decided to cut off my seat covers and steering wheel cover removed license plates lose the bolts and put numerous other scratches into it. Not to mention grease stains on now uncovered interior. I will be contacting the manager for reimbursement for these items. Totally unacceptable.

If I can I would give them zero stars, poor customer service make you wait and there talking having fun and giving people’s wrong titles make them come back they need to be careful specially that guy name Luis… I waited no big deal but at the end my paperwork was not handled correctly that girl literally threw my paperwork… they need to have better costumer service or get paid more so there happy to assist people like they get mad when people walk in, why because they have to work….

Great customer service. Make sure to scan the QR code at the door to get registered. I had forgotten to get something from my car before it was towed and they were really helpful. All of my items, even my license plate frame (which I had forgotten) was in a bag ready for me in the trunk. They made the process so easy.

I called like 9 times and was hung. Last call they answered and said " can I put you on hold?" I said no ( for my issue was little and fast) , they put me on hold and little after call got once again disconnected.

Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Nobody can give clear answers so you end up running in circles. I ended up giving up. Copart has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Stay away.

When you ONLY respond to the "good" reviews...it makes you look super shaddy and unreliable! Part of being a good business is giving the unhappy clients as much energy and dedication as you would a happy client. But if you can afford to lose clients... then carry on.

Went to pick up my belongings only to find out there was stuff missing from my car, they thought i wouldn’t notice but they’re a bunch of thieves if your car ends up here just know you’re gonna have missing stuff and they won’t do anything about it worst place ever

It was a bit of a wait to be able to get in and get the stuff out of my nephew's car. We fortunately only lost a couple of things. I've always disliked the fact that the tow people and employees take personal items out of vehicles they get in.

This is kinda a long story but here it goes... My vehicle was involved in an accident a few weeks ago which ended in it being deemed a total loss through my insurance. They picked my car up the day after the accident and towed it to copart which is a few hours away from me. With all the craziness of the accident, I didn't realize that I had left my very expensive, but more sentimental, glasses in the car until a few hours after it was gone. I called the tow truck driver which gave me the info for copart and that's where all my problems began. I went through all the proper insurance procedures to give them permission to go retrieve my glasses. They were folded up in the compartment made specifically for glasses. So it would have been minimal amount of messing with the glasses to get them to me. But I told EVERYONE MULTIPLE TIMES that these glasses were not only expensive but also sentimental to me. I told probably 3 people that. A few days later I recieved the glasses. Stretched out and broken. It looked like someone with a head bigger than mine tried them on and broke part of the arm off. These glasses were $375. And they were purchased for me by my fiance before he passed away in 2016. I'm never the manager calling type but for this instance I did. She did an "investigation" and told me that the employees who retrieved and packaged the glasses reported that they were intact when they handled them. But the part that broke off of the glasses was not in the shipping package. I'm not trying to say anyone is a liar. But it doesnt make sense to me that they were intact when leaving the facility, and then broke on the way, leaving the broken piece somewhere other than the package they came in. I've been in contact with the manager for weeks all for her to tell me that it wasn't their fault and they won't accept responsibility for them. I'm so heartbroken. I've had these glasses for 5 years and taken such great care of them because they mean so much to me. And now they're broken and these people don't care at all. This is one of the most terrible experiences I've ever had with a business and their blatant disregard for someone else's belongings in their possession.

My first thought was friendly and fast! Then I scheduled a pick up for my junk car they told me they would be there between the times of 8am-12pm mind you I work 8-5pm so I was taking breaks and waited my whole lunch 12-1 for them to pick up and they never contacted me. They said the driver would call when he was close and he never did. I tried contacting them to let them know I needed to cancel because I could only take off curtain time to be there for the pick up and they never responded. 4pm rolls around and I get a call saying they are at my house but there is no car for them to pick up. I let them know I called to cancel but never got a response from anyone and I had a different company come pick it up. Able who I was on the phone with was extremely rude and hung up mid conversation when I was explaining to him why I couldn’t leave work. I do NOT recommend this company at all!

These people here are so rude especially the manager believe her name is data and the general manager Ana I usually never have a problem at the Fresno location but it's upsetting when a car is listed run and drive and listed that it has keys to get there and it don't have either and there not willing to do anything but tell you you have to take the car (Ana offer to look for the key) like no compassion before that we decide to cancel our acct but gave in again and bought this one now we're really done they don't care about us at all even tho we're giving them our money they just don't have any care so now we're stuck with a car that might not run with no keys oh they offer no storage fee till they call around to find a key Since they falsely advertised it they should've offer my money back never again basically if your buying a car here you taking a risk don't ever believe what they post on there

The office crew is perfect but the crew outside is unfair. They don't take control of who's next and take out cars for friends ahead of the line. Management needs to stop them from hooking up friends and force them to bring out the cars in order.

Good staff, very nice. If your getting a car for the first time, do your research, car is sold as is, AS IS!! I got burned more then a few times but it was my fualt for not doing my due diligence.

Very bad experience. My radar was stolen before it got to the shop. Tow truck driver had something to do with this. Company will not reimburse me for the stolen item. Drivers are not trust-able.
