Anthony was very nice and professional. He kept me well informed of any updates regarding the repairs of my vehicle. They even finished the repairs sooner than the deadline they gave me.
I was referred to this location by my Insurance. From day 1 their customer service has been exceptional. They’re very patient with going over what needed to be done on my cars repairs. I was literally so embarrassed by this mess I caused on my vehicle but they never once made me feel ashamed of the damage of my vehicle. Their communication throughout the whole process up until the exact finish date was perfect. The repairs on my car are perfect and it looks way better than when I brought it in.
Anthony, Corina and your front desk reception are amazing. Anthony has been fantastic with regular updates on my vehicle when I voiced concerns and Corina brought me peace at mind on if any future issues occur that I am covered under their life time warranty. This location has a great staff that covers all bases. 100/10 service. I can’t rave enough how happy I am to have my car returned back in perfect condition as if nothing ever happened.

Recently had my car fixed at the w Sussex location and I absolutely loved the service. From the moment my car was towed in to getting my keys back and turning in the rental, the experience was easy and detailed. I was never left in the dark during the process of repairs. My service advisor Stacey was informative and friendly while remaining professional as she handled my claim. The whole crew was awesome and helpful with friendly welcomes and attentiveness. Everyone was helpful, friendly, & professional. Staff kept me informed of the status as a part had to be ordered & the repair was completed to fit my schedule. I have had no issues whatsoever with my vehicle and this will be my body shop of choice.
They even cleaned my very dirty windows!

Best experience I have ever had. Right down To the customer service to the work done on my Ford. Outstanding. Stacy made my whole experience awesome. I was shocked how easy it was. Service was excellent! We received text messages every couple of days letting us know the progress of the repairs. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful as was our service person Daisy. Car was even finished earlier than anticipated. Highly recommend them!
