On 09/09/2025, my truck wouldn’t start after stop for over 10 days. I went to this shop looking for jumpstart cables, but they didn’t have any. A kind lady at the billing desk asked where my truck was, and I told her it was 2 miles away in a yard. She spoke with the mechanic, and even though they didn’t have cables for sale, they offered to help. They followed me to the yard in their own car, and the mechanic jumpstarted my truck. They didn’t charge me anything at all! Very helpful and kind people. I truly appreciate their support. I will definitely come back here if I have any truck issues in the future. Thank you again for your help!
I got my trucks alignment done by these guys last week This is the condition of trucks tire after driving my truck for 1,000 miles. If you guys decide to get your truck work done from here be careful.
Needed ubolts for my F350. This place was great they made my ubolts while I waited, took about 15min. Been here 3 times since and each time they people are personable and treat you like your the only customer that they have. Very helpful and prices are great as well.
My husband had an appointment on his semi truck for aliment. They canceled my husband appointment 40 minutes prior to his actual appointment. They gave him reason that they are still working on other trucks from yesterday appointment. My husband wasted his whole day. Lady was very rude on the phone with my husband. My husband will never go there again for any truck service.
This location is very dirty, they have fake reviews, they can cancel your appointment whenever they want, like today, they canceled my appointment I have 1 o’clock appointment with them. The lady called me at 12:20 and cancel my appointment. lady is calling me saying we can't do
I left my work and was ready to go to their location. I made a morning time appointment with them on June 24 and on June 25 she cancel appointment 40 minutes before the appointment time.
I have commercial truck. I stop my truck because I have appointment. I cancel my load she waste my two days , and she have no answer so ridiculous.
If I could give them half a star I would. I paid $4000 to have front and rear bushings changed and an alignment. Worst thing I ever did. My mechanic sent me to them. I cannot express how unhappy I was with the work. There’s no way that they drove my truck after they did the work. I found out once I was on the road. I literally have to hold my steering wheel 24 seven. I need to go back and get it realigned with East Bay tires shout out. Shout out to Nathan at East Bay tire. They do the best work in town as far as the bushings I have no idea what I do know is they ruined the alignment and the ride of my truck? I’ll never take my truck here again.
Impressed with the speed and quality of work, I had a alignment done, and a few air hoses replaced on my motorhome, It drove perfect on the way home. The techs were respectful of my interior even though its a older motorhome, Very happy with the office staff and the techs that worked on it, Thank you
Without the led on were to go ,on are qwest to find lug nuts we would have not have gotten the four mobile trailer units back in the road,thanks Betts.
I represent a Kenworth dealer in Wichita Kansas. Rodger Lopez flew out and was at our location bright and early. This company is extremely punctual and proffesional. Rodger installed 2 Bendix Wingman systems in less than 6 hours. Our technicians couldn’t believe Rodgers expertise. Thank you from Wichita Kenworth and I highly recommend these guys.

I’m writing this review to thank Steve and his team for installing Bendix Wingman FCAM system on two of my trucks, Volvo 2011 and Volvo 2012. Steve and his team were very easy to talk to and make an appointment for the install. Steve and his partner Rodger were right on time, ready and prepared for the installation. It took about 3 hours and the trucks very equipped with the new system. After the installation Steve took the time to explain and go over every detail that needed to be covered for me and my drivers to be at ease operating the trucks with the Bendix Wingman breaking system. Thank you Steve and Rodger for exceptional servis.
Our business is 25 years old and we run fleet of 43 trucks all across US. WE ARE OWERWHELMED. We have never before experienced such a level of professionalism, expertness and flexibility. This is how it started: We had 10 trucks for FCAM retrofit. Our first appointment was set by Bendix for 4/3/2020 with others yet to follow. Meanwhile Betts Truck Parts got appointed to do the installations. On our big surprise all 10 trucks were retrofitted by 4/2/2020. Unbelievable! Steve and Rodger worked around our schedules, always ready to do extra if necessary and left no question unanswered. They have installed Bendix Wingman Advanced on all 10 of our trucks. Steve came and his partner came and installed a Bendix wingman fcam system on my 2013 Volvo vnl system a week ago, they were very knowledgeable and professional, did the work fast and had my truck ready when they said they would. Very friendly guys. Thank you again.
