Worst customer service ever! They were rude and unprofessional. They made everything more difficult than it had to be. You're better off going somewhere else.
Steve’s Towing is the best! My car broke down in the freeway on my way home. It’s the 4th of July and everyone else was way over priced! The dispatcher was really nice and the driver got there quick and professional. I highly recommend them
So I receive free towing through my insurance I requested a tow and system pick a service company for me. They picked this one. And I called them because I needed a flatbed lady was extremely rude I hardly can understand her she just kept asking why I needed one? Then she hung up on me! I called back told her I wasn’t finish explaining the details about my location and if I could possibly contact the driver to let him know how to find me she told me she will contact him to cancel the services? Really! Professional so I did not get services from them who knows they might be really fast Driver might be very professional, but the dispatch lady was awful
The customer service is exceptionally rude and has no empathy for anyone’s personal property other than their own interest in profiting off of it! No effort was made to reach out to me to inform me that I needed to pick my car up after being involved in an accident which I was not at fault, It was only until the DMV sent me lien papers, and then I talked to the customer service agent or manager at
Steve’s towing and she told me she started the lein papers within two days of it being at their tow yard. The woman proceeded to tell me that my car was worthless and that
I needed to pay these fees and also surrender the car. I believe this company does have a contract with Fresno PD .
Please don’t ever use this company.
There’s other people that are in the industry use them instead of Steve’s towing
Also, be aware if you’re in an accident you really don’t decide who tows your vehicle if the Fresno Police Department is called towing will be there because they are contracted with Fresno PD. I’m seriously so sick of the corruption.
Very professional, prompt with estimate time of arrival. Plus drop off was on point. I would highly recommend Steve's towing over some other subpar companies. Will definitely use again and save them in my contacts.
He arrived on time and it was a smooth service. The price was reasonable. The driver was kind, courteous and very precise loading our vehicle into the garage. I would definitely recommend and share this with all my family and friends to call for a tow.

Steve's is the worse would not let me negotiate to get my car back. Tow plus 1 night of storage total $750!!! I waited till they bought it then approached him to ask if I could buy it back no way!!! They are all cops tow yard with no heart
They got there quickly the driver was friendly and understanding. The price was awesome deal, paid in cash didn't even need to call my insurance for roadside assistance. And was towed across town. Totally recommend this company- and I have several times and people I referred have referred others as well. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
I’m so glad Steve’s Towing got my vehicle after being involved in a collision I’ve had my Families vehicles towed with them before through Allstate and let me tell you the drivers are always careful with the vehicles! They gave me advice on what to tell my insurance so the process is faster and went and got my property out of my vehicle and even had left my Wallet in the dash board and that’s how trustworthy they’re! Steve's towing customer service is a joke. I went with my teenage daughter to go get my belongings from my car which was involved in an accident and from the start the female was rude. "Just to let you know" we understand that you don't like your job or are unhappy for your own reasons but please don't try and steal others joy. My daughter noticed her rudeness as well and we just laughed about it.
My insurance, Liberty Mutual, told me to get the license plates off the car and when I was going to do that she told me that anything affixed to the car must stay that way.
If my new car ever needed a tow or is involved in an accident, I will make sure that it is towed by a different company. I informed Liberty Mutual as well.
It sounds to me like Steve's Towing does a good job at towing but it is unfortunate he has someone with that demeanor in his office. He should seriously consider replacing this person. If you or car MUST go there be well prepared! You can't do anything else but laugh about it!
The receptionist was very rude! Before I could say anything she starts yelling "you need to wait!" If they were not used by my insurance I would never call them back again! Horrible Lady!
Worse customer service in history! I was referred to this company by Verizon roadside assistance. When I called the company to give more detailed information on my location. The lady was rude and unprofessional. She Barry spoke English so It was hard to understand her. She yelled on the phone and lie and said she had called me twice....I had not one miss call on my phone. Then when I tried to give her instructions on the streets where I was located she spoke above me and then hung up on me. I had to call Verizon back and let them know about the worse service I have ever received from a tow truck company in my life. And believe me....I've had alot of calls out in the pass. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy's!
Because the people there are unreasonable. I got into a accident my leg broke I had to get my property before insurance came for car and because the registration got lost in the accident they did not let me get the only thing I went for my prescription glasses
Great experience! After researching other companies and reading reviews I scheduled a tow for my vehicle that I had lost my keys and remote for from Madera to Fresno after 6pm this evening. Another company I called prior to calling Steve's Towing quoted me over $300 but if I waited until the next day it would be a little cheaper. Apparently, they don't want jobs after 6pm. Steve's towing quoted me $150 and that's exactly what I paid. Their driver, Mike, arrived promptly and was there waiting even before I had arrived. Just as they promised. They even contracted me to let me know he was on his way. Great communication! Mike was very professional and courteous. He even unlocked my vehicle and towed it back to Fresno and again arrived before I did. He also placed my vehicle exactly when I wanted in my driveway so it left space for my other vehicles. My experience definitely was 5 ! Job well done, Mike! Thank you! I will definitely use their service again and recommend this company to others.
NEVER let them put a motorcycle on a flatbed. The driver DROPPED my bike off the edge of the ramp. Nearly totaled it. Over $2K in damage. And their dispatcher was rude when I called her to report it. I had to file an insurance claim with my own insurance.
