Was visiting a friend of mine and parked in their stall. not even there for 2 hours Go out to leave and find my truck missing! If it hadnt been for someone outside i would have never even known that it was towed. When I call them. After them hanging up on me, they tell me im not allowed to pick it up until the next day where they are going to charge a 77$ daily storage fee on top of 310$ tow fee, 30$ drop off fee and after hours saturday pickup fee because they wouldn't let me get it right then and there. Totaly rude and wouldnt do anything even after they were called by my friend who lives there that it was fine for my truck to be there.
Talked to a nice person on Friday who was helping me sort out my registration stickers and was told to call back on Monday to follow up. I called back on Monday at 9:45am and was met with the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Hung up on me multiple times, refused to look up any information on my vehicle or follow up with my case, refused to give me any information on who I was speaking to or let me speak to upper management, and threatened to tow my car just for making his “job difficult.” Disgusting customer service and if my car is illegally towed due to my inability to follow up with them I will be filing for reimbursement.
There not towing cars that there suppose to be towing that doesn't have a permit there only towing people that the manger tells them they need to tow people that dont have a permit not be favortism
Wish i could give them 0. They illegally took mine and some neighbors cars from our lot. Without managements permission. Then they was trying to charge $381 and it wasnt even towed for an hour.
Rude and disrespectful people!!! I was kicked out of their office just for walking in with my mom, whose car got towed for parking in reverse!!! We are not residents to where her car was towed so we did not know and worst part he waited for her to park and not give her a warning!!! They charged her 533 for not even being towed for 30 minutes! They kept hanging up on my mom and my aunt!!! They said she can pick it up the next day and she did early in the morning as they said and they said to wait until 2 pm! We waited as my mom depended on somebody to be able to pick her up so she can go get her car and they added an extra 150 because we were not here exactly at 2! My mom and my aunt went into the office and my aunt got kicked out and I tried to go in and I also got kicked out! Worst towing company ever!!!!!!!!
Very rude costumer service. Don’t let you speak when calling them. Hung up on me 3 times. Over pricing $100 of dollars for keeping the car when tried to call to take it out.
The most unprofessional human beings I ever dealt with today!!! I had to call Fresno Police Department not once but twice when dealing with this company!!! I will be making a formal BBB complaint!!! Do better!!! We are hard working individuals just like you guys!!! Respect goes a long way!
Literally the worst company ever!! Horrible management, very unprofessional employees. They illegally towed mine and my husband’s car, the employee a white boy named Cooper towing the car begged my husband for $150 in hand and he would drop it where it was and if not he was towing it, straight up treating us like animals. Cooper takes the car anyway and the whole time they are giving us the run around on why we have to pay even though it was towed illegally. My husband was being disrespected and cursed at by other employees at the company and given a hard time even after they were told by the landlord of the property where our car was parked that it was okay to park where we were. On top of that there was no tow-away sign. It was a MESS!! Do not ever go through this company they are scumbags and money hungry!!!
White dude on phone acts like a smart ass easy talk like that over a phone. This dude comes in trying to tow people car when people just trying to drop off old people.

Well , unfortunately I had a run with WCT from my apartment complex long story short they refunded me my money on a tow so I’m thankful for that. Today about 5 minutes ago 02/07/25 Daniel came by when my sister ignorantly parked in a NO PARK ZONE. Him and his colleague already have my sister car on the lift and thankfully brought it down and let us off with a warning. I appreciate them for allowing us off the hook with a warning. Thank you Daniel and Unknown driver !! My sister and I appreciate the warning!!
First thing first I wanted to thank the receptionist/cashier for helping me during the process of getting my car out. I believe her name was Melissa I’m not sure. Good Customer Service! No Issue, No Attitude, etc. Just there to do her job.
So this was what happened I was unloading groceries from Costco next to my stalls 10-15 minutes later my car was gone including my groceries inside. So I tracked the car and it was still inside APT Property then we caught it and ended up following to their tow yard, I offered the tow driver the Drop Off Fee ($150) and you can tell he wanted to tow my car for EXTRA FEE ($305) initial towing & ($74) Storage Fee. He came out and we had a conversation etc. I asked politely why my car was towed and he replied that I was parked on the fire lane and showed me a picture but theirs is no Fire Lane. We had a normal conversation then in front of the tow yard. All I wanted was my car since I have my wallet & groceries inside And I said very politely: Look man I just want my car back I don’t want any legal issues and get any lawyer involved and let’s work things up! POLITELY Next thing you know he got rattled and started running his mouth saying: CALL YOUR LAWYER! Blah Blah. I’m like cool no worries. I was very polite and calm.
The next day! I came in to pick up my car and I saw the tow driver who towed my car & his name was Cooper, Stinson approx “5’7, white, 26 years old with 1999 tattoos on his knuckles and upper eyebrow so I said what’s up he went DID YOU CALL YOUR LAWYER YET! like he “a big boy” in the towing yard and I said: Yeah! he gave me money to get my car back lol then he went inside because he needs to move a car because it was blocking my car. So when I was about to go inside the yard to get my car I just kept staring at Cooper Stinson like shaking my head. Overall I have no issue with the towing company (West Coast Towing) but the thing is Cooper thinks he’s the man & tough like he’s the CEO of the Towing Company. My guy! Please check yourself next time don’t be acting all tuff and learn how to respect others especially when they are respectful, very polite, and composed with you I was trying to talk to you the night you towed my car at the APT Complex, and the fact I just want to work things up! The Money is not an issue here! It’s your Lack of Respect from an individual like you! You act like a gangster or something and I know you ain’t one based on your Public Record.
How does a company manage to stay in business with such predatory practices. Towing from apartment complexes in authorized spots is a crime, how they have not been shut down or sued is insane.
Adding how rude and hanging up when confronted and trying to sort things out is absurd, how are YOU going to hang up on people when YOU HAVE THEIR PROPERTY.
Company should be held accountable for actions they know are wrong.
I don’t know how this company is still in business. They are incredibly rude and love to hang up on you. They illegally towed my partners car from our apartment. Property management tried to call them multiple times to tell them they did an unauthorized tow. They wouldn’t answer and had to inform PD about the illegal tow. Once they picked up the phone they answered me and I informed them that PD was in the know and they all the sudden, wanted to release the car. They’re just out here trying to make money off innocent people.
Never showed or communicated cause of delay. I called multiple times to be told delays due to holiday and I was 3rd on the call list. That was almost 10 hours ago. The least they could’ve done was kept me updated on the status
Scammers. My vehicle almost got towed for no reason just because I backed up my vehicle, are you serious, no expired tag or not in a line then I have to pay $152 just to get my vehicle. Very disappointed.
Tow company illegally towed my car with no warning. Said I was in the wrong area to park when I had the property owner’s permission to park there. Caused damage to my brakes and overall not very professional and should not be in business. They will ruin your car.
This is not the company you want to turn to when you need a tow. They came out to tow a car with 4 flats in a truck that was not able to accommodate this type of tow. They were sent out via AAA, they advised that the car was delivered when they had not actually taken it anywhere. AAA advised they were going to call back but after no driver called I called and let them know what was going on and that we had been waiting some time. The man in the phone rudely stated “we don’t have flat beds, call bull dog” and hung up the phone. This was by far the worst customer service and not at all acceptable way to treat a costumer. So if you need a tow and you need a flat bed and hope for good service call bull dog because clearly they are not the right company for anyone, even they pass their business off to a better company.
I agree with most of the others reviews. They illegally towed my car from my apartment complex at 4 am. When I called the person that answered hung up on me 5 times. I’m checking into filing a complaint against them. I had to pay them $575 for a tow. This is outrageous!!! I also would like to add I’ve only lived at this complex for 3 months and they haven’t had an office manager until last week. I was never assigned a parking stall and was told to just park in a handicap space (I have a handicap placard) when available. The tow company said the reason my car was towed is that I didn’t have a sticker from the apartment complex visible on my rear view window. I explained the situation to them and also took pictures of 4 other vehicles the same night my car was towed that also did not have stickers visible on their vehicles yet their cars weren’t towed. Doesn’t make any sense to me. I think they are crooks and need not be in business. Worse company I’ve ever had to deal with. And to add insult to injury, this is a low income complex and people just don’t have an extra $575 laying around for an illegal tow! Shame on them!!!
The “ Manager “ doesn’t even have the proper equipment to tow , not sure how he is even working as a towing business , because he doesn’t know how to do his job & is so unprofessional and rude .. absolutely do not recommend will be submitting a better business bureau claim as well. There have been claims they steal batteries and return vehicles with different parts than what the cars had to begin with , they will rip you off & steal your stuff !!
Driver/ supposedly the owner had no idea how to hook a truck, was extremely rude and had no idea what he was doing, wasn’t even able to take the truck due to him not knowing how to properly tow. Definitely rate a -10 and we called him to tow someone else and he was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen. DO NOT CALL FOR TOW. Plenty of other respectable companies. This one’s not it .unbelievable service
Since my rating my car was towed again, the tow truck driver was watching my wife pull up to the side of our apartment, to load our newborn mind you. As soon as she went inside he pulled up and took it . We had our neighbors out parked next to us as well. But the difference is that they never left their cars. We've lived here for two years and use the fire lane to load or offload then go park our car. They are getting away with to much and need to be delt with. Mainly the driver .

Everything about this company is suspicious, from they're lack of professionalism to the shady business practices.
They target the palazzo parking lot on weekends only, just to charge students an additional $140 for “after hours” services. However, they're signage in office classifies “after hours” as any tow past 5pm with no defining of weekends falling into this category. They obviously work weekends preying on the lack of finances from struggling college students.
Worst customer service, employees told me and my wife two different things about cars being towed, I was told I can’t show proof of payment for my registration and that my car will be towed which is fine, but my wife was told that she could take in proof and she would be fine, once confronted about that incident the owner decided to change it back to the former and say she needs to have her car tagged and it doesn’t matter. This company can’t even follow their own rules and guidelines, what a pathetic excuse for and owner and business.
Overall the customer service was great. When I called made an appointment and simple just provide your license and registration. And of course the money.
No I don’t work for them or been paid off. It was actually my first time being towed. And I agree the price is crazy and hurt but it sure did make me learn my lesson to not reverse park in a complex. Never again.
The kind of towing this company does is very sketchy and looks a lot like predatory towing. I live at Avery apartments in Fresno and I have come home to them just sitting in the suicide lane in front of the apartment and when I came out 20mins later to walk my dog they were still sitting there and after about 10 mins of walking my dog out front they turned into the complex and individually searched each car in guest parking and eventually picked a car and It’s private property and the only time someone calls about guest parking being in someone else’s spot is if the spots are full to me based off the research I’ve done this looks like predatory towing. Also it wasn’t enough that he was towing them, but you could hear the front end of the car scraping on the asphalt causing serious damage to that persons car. The photo I provided was from that night. If you see something like this I recommend filing a police report because this is extremely illegal and they can be charged with grand theft auto of every car they ever tow the night you report them.
They're hiding their shady business practices, when they're closed they answer the phone but when you're ready to pay they make you wait for hours. Someone quoted me at 400, once I got there it was higher then what the price was promised. I had to call their security company just to get someone out there. I called their phone 20+ times. You can't get your car you give them the key to bring it to you. After I picked up my car I noticed that they kept my car unlocked the first time I went. I don't trust them and neither should you. 0 stars should be a option because of businesses like this one.
This is by far the worst towing company I have ever communicated with and heard about. They are asking for prices around $450 as if they are in a big city like San Francisco. I have been towed once in San Fran with more expensive prices, better customer service, and LEGAL and SAFE towing. These people have the worst customer service and tow illegally, they are just robbing people of their money because I bet they can't find any other way. I'm surprised this place isn't already shut down. I am going to communicate with the City of Fresno and with BBB to try and do anything to get them shut down. I would even go the extra mile to respond to these reviews and get a people to sue this company. I am outraged at how they run their business and to all of the people giving 5 star ratings, we know you're probably fake accounts from the owner or people who work there. You're not slick. There is no way a single person likes this towing company. They are ILLEGALLY doing business, stop giving them good ratings.
Also, towing CHILDREN while they're in the car?? If those were my kids I'd make a case of kidnapping. The reviews of people getting hit by the workers as well and them responding with laughter is baffling. Please spread the word about this horrible business.
This company has the worst costumer service i have ever encountered. Not only did they charge me after hour gate car fees DURING office hours, but i picked my car up the same day DURING office hours. The man on the phone wouldn't release information about what the fee was because it “wasn’t my car” when i said nothing about the car; i only brought up the fee. I called for information about what i had paid for because i was uninformed. The person working the phone treated me with absolute disrespect, in a horrible disgusting matter. Do not come here.
