3 Stars because they did have the parts that I needed but customer service isn't so great the guy behind the front desk isn't exactly the most welcoming individual but he does have the parts you need
So rude over the phone. Guy must not like his job. WOW how many bad reviews do you need to figure somethings wrong on the way you talk.?If he can’t give good customer service why work there? Can’t talk good with customers? Well guess what one of these days a customer is not gonna talk to you good lol. What goes around comes around x 10 lol I feel bad for you already
To start off with they are Rude! The prices are a little high for something I can get off ebay for around the same price. Not open to the public so you can't see what's left on the car and also prevents you from finding rare parts on cars. I get it's a hazard to have people go in the back due to how they have cars stacked but I've been to places just like this where they will forklift the car to a safe spot so you can check it out and at that point they could charge a entrance fee like other yards so they really would be at a loss but hey not my business.
My side mirror on my truck got busted by a hawk. Called this place and they had one for $58 out the door. Saved me from going to pick and pull. it would have been a couple hundred bucks at the dealership.
I don't know who I spoke with but my experience was A+ . Long story short I ordered a part from another dismantler that someone disappeared in transit. After a 2 week run around I ended up calling Fresno Tap and was able to pay for the part and shipping over the phone and 2 days later UPS delivered my part to my door. Ridiculously easy and they were super helpful. Would definitely do business with them again
Very helpful staff that make sure the parts you are getting will be a match for your vehicle. It is also very convenient that they pull the parts out of vehicle and you can just go and pick them up. Will definitely use them again if i ever need more parts
Horrible customer service, the people up front have a bad temper and were extremely rude when asked a simple question. They act like if they have better things to do than to let you see a car part. Ridiculous.
When you shop used you go in with a mindset to find genuine OEM parts, I understand some used parts may come aftermarket, i prefer to buy an aftermarket part brand new from an aftermarket supplier. I came in looking for parts off my 86 4runner. I understand over the years some parts may have been replaced before with aftermarket, but news flash not every car has had a complete roll over to wich every panel has been replaced with aftermarket parts, all I did was ask to check a part to confirm its factory before i commit to buying, but as the old dude up front told the other dude to not waste his time and to not look. The older guy up front is not a car guy at all and believes that every vehicle that is 30 years and older has had every single panel replaced with aftermarket parts. Funny how they believe I was wasting their time but in reality they wasted my time by being lazy and wanting to sit behind a computer and not get up to check a part lmfaooo what a joke, place wont last long just like Fresno auto and truck.
Bought a brake booster and 2 were bad from them, I bought a brand new one and problem solved, i spoke to Todd the "owner" witch was really rude and he would not give me credit towards something else in the store, he insisted that my problem was not my brake booster witch I had fixed the problem with a brand new one if I would be able to do anything less than 1 star I would unfortunately 1 star is the least, worst place to shop at and worst customer service I have experienced I do not recommend shopping here
They helped me find a glass for my car that was discontinued. Got it for a really good deal! They also pulled the window for me which was awesome! Thank you so much
Called in search of part and Cooper helped me out. Found part at a fair price and will use again. Much better than lkq with ridiculously unprofessional staff and bogus time frames.
Contacted the business about a engine with good mileage on their eBay store and asked if it was in working order. The gentleman told me they start them before dismantling them. Received mine and turns out it works beautifully. Put almost 1000 miles on it and does great on gas. Extremely grateful.
It was super, they had the part I need and for a fair price, the gentleman who waited on me very nice and knowledgeable. I go a rear view passenger side mirror for my 2007 Toyota Corolla CE.

Their staff is super helpful, patient, and always educates me on exactly what I need and often how to install it. Todd, the owner, is often at the front desk working and always available for those tough technical questions.

Todd got me a regulator for my 4 runner. I was so worried because all I had found at other yards was regulators all rusted to hell. The one he sent is practically in brand new shape and saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you!
