As i searched online for auto part places All american came up on my search decided to call. when i placed the call the gentleman that answered the phone was so professional and very very helpful. i was explaining to him what i needed and he knew exactly what i needed and the exact name of the part. Update: WOW, super satisfied by quality of v6 camaro transmission i picked up back in july, power, smooth, low miles, tcm swap works guys dont go paying some shop for a tcm mapping, thank you!!! Got helped by Jovani, super helpful, had a transmission for my 2012 camaro ready to go within an hour of inquiring. Found them off the carparts app. Just got everything back together trans shifts smooth. Very impressed. Tcm was integrated to valvebody so I just swapped in my old one. Zero issues so far. Thanks guys.

I find myself ordering from eBay more and more as parts are being discontinued or just not available. I ordered a SRS module and received a body control module. All American Truck and Auto Parts were very quick to respond and rectify the situation, you don't see that too often in our world. They reached out no Iess than 3 times, over night, to fix this. I have saved them to my favorites and will reach out to them first for any other parts needs in the future, thanks guys!!

Great experience picking up our tailgate for my 2003 Chevy Avalanche. Should've grabbed the full set of lights while we were there. We'll worth the 4 1/2 hour drive from Nevada City California. Paradise.

I was helped by Jovani at the front desk. He was able to help me via phone call and was ready with parts on hand upon my arrival. While at the location, he also observed other items that could use attention on the vehicle I was operating and mentioned having them in stock which I am considering on my next visit. The other staff was very helpful and courteous as well.

Absolutely awful. They basically robbed me. I sent them $230 about a month ago for an inner door panel on my truck. I received a heavily damaged door panel in an otherwise undamaged box with an insufficient amount of packing material. I made numerous phone calls to them over a three to four week period, they asked for multiple photos of the box and panel, and told me that they were filing a claim with ups. They kept telling me they would call me back after every call and would never call me back. i kept getting different people every time i called, and they just kept leading me in circles i finally went and disputed their charge with my credit card today, and honestly i believe after everything i have been through with them that they basically committed fraud and intentionally sent me a damaged door panel so they could get my money and keep it. These people are terrible… what a nightmare.
