Zero Stars their inventory is trash and they require a person to give them our personal phone numbers to make an account half the time it's cheaper to get the parts off eBay anyways they overcharged for trash that's not worth the wait it's sold for
They payed me top dollar for my car ..I called around and they beat every quote I got..totally recommend them to purchase your car Jonathan and his team treated me with very good customer service and friendly aswell
Jonathan and the crew were very friendly and easy to deal with. They were honest with the price for the car I sold them and did not try to haggle with the fair price that I was given over the phone. Take all of your junk cars to I Pull U Pull in Fresno!

This Yard is Great! These guys are friendly and helpful and their prices are great. The yard is very organized and clean (for a junkyard). The cars and trucks in the yard have alot parts left and they rotate their inventory daily. I have been in the automotive business repairing cars and this IS the best self serve yard in the Fresno area! Please check them out, you will be glad you did!
Really helpful, at the entrance i was helped to see if what i was looking for was available, good selection of cars and very knowledgeable staff.once again I pull you pull has amazed me, I asked at the entrance where I could find my part,gave them the info and they printed out a list of trucks that were interchangeable with my truck. I'm disabled and I was able to access the entire yard unlike "around the corner" where I actually got stuck and when I asked their staff for help...strangers helped me. I pull you pull keeps having the best prices and no hassle return policy. Oh yeah A.B. seen in photo deserves a raise.
I personally don't have many problems with the establishment but I have seen 1st hand how poorly the daily customers are treated from one of the employees (always has a beanie and wears glasses and has tattoos) curses at the customers behind their backs and even out loud sometimes. I've seen people with the exact same part charged double. Not only that their so worried about theft they don't even notice the giant hole they have on their fence outside the establishment. Lastly prices vary on who your cashier is and the mood they are in I was charged $46 for a module by one of the polite ladies and a week later I went to get another one and dude was not having and I was charged $56.
I love this place. I’ve gone to others but in my experience this is one of the best ones. They tell you where the cars are at that you’re looking for. Also, these guys will actually give you a refund if there is a need to bring the part back that is defective or doesn’t fit. The majority of the other car dismantlers only give you store credit which is a big hassle because if you buy something that’s expensive you’re stuck with that credit that you may not use for a very long time.
The store credit is recorded on the receipt they gave you Well, what happens if you lose that receipt, they keep the money. The last thing that I bought here so far was an upgraded car stereo for my Dodge caravan. I did not know that it needed a security key for security. but the dealership helped me with that for free and now I got myself a really nice working radio. So keep in mind with this tip if you’re gonna get some kind of electronic that has maybe a security feature make sure you take a picture of the vehicle there and a picture of the vin number.
This company has zero integrity. I am sure it's great when customers have a great experience when they leave with parts they found but when customers like myself have an issue, exceptional customer service as this company proclaims on their website goes out the window. They are not transparent about returning back product or the process of doing so on their website. The guy that sold me the part did not give me a receipt and there was no markings which apparently it is what this company suppose to do. The manager made it a point that this process is always done and no one makes a mistake. The person that sold me the part lied and did not do his job corretly, but of course the manager is going to defend him and not even questioned his process. They are not worried about what is justified. The fact that the employee could lie to my face and his manager should tell you everything you need to know about who they hire and how they are trained.
This place is not even part of the Better Business Bureau which should tell you something. My advice buy your parts somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

I went in for a rim and tire and emergency doughnut. I have been a lifelong pick n pull shopper, when I went over there, they don’t have mounted rims. Headed over to this yard, they had what I needed. I will go here for my future junkyard needs. They have good inventory, good customer service, and it was just a good yard overall. Was surprised by their inventory or OBS trucks, and decent builders.

I buy my parts from here and never had a failure. I sell my cars when i need to get rid of old cars and recommend ipull u pull. I deal with jonnathan and get good service tow truck usually there within an hour but i have never waited that long
Bought a vehicle from them a month ago for $1500 had issues with car mechanically. Which is fine I guess since I took a risk and bought it "as is" they ended up buying the vehicle back for less than half what I spent. When coming to get the vehicle they gave me a check. I looked many places to cash the check and couldn't. I live an hour away from their business and they said if I go in they will cash check. I told guy why not just bring cash instead of check. He got a little disrespectful. Their customer service is horrible. Ill never do business there again nor refer anyone there.
These 5 stars are for the business and specially for Jonathan. He was always very helpful from the beginning to the end. Even after the end I still called and bugged him for other questions and he was still always so happy to help. He made this process very easy. This is what I call great customer service. Thank you

They have a Chevy going for $2,500. A little bondo, but a country boys dream truck right there! Builders are all pretty cool.
This place is European and American cars galore. So many Chevy's and Euros to choose from. Normally you have to travel the world to find Silverado parts . I want to say there were maybe 30+ OBS and 1999up body style Chevys. 6 VW bugs. Bunch of Benz's
I didn't look, but didn't see many Toyota's. But that's ok, I'm pretty sure it's impossible to kill a Toyota. Just buy one used
Coolant is on sale 50/50 mix for $6.99
World Oil brand (they're a huge distributor for places like Jiffy Lube, etc) so you know you're getting at least halfway decent stuff for the price.
The lot is clean. Dirt lot. No excessive gravel.
In relativity, it is a junkyard; however, no excessive bolts, spark plugs, lug nuts etc scattered about. Mint!
Hell, even the handwashing sinks are kept, again, relatively clean. This is a junkyard, not an operating room lol
