Okay, so not every time they have the part in looking for but they try to find it. They ALWAYS let me know if they have it or not. They will test electric fans before they sell them to you upon request. Just let them know! Thank you!
Ok. We go there Jan. 8, 2025 looking for the housing for left tail light. They were going to charge Larry $35 dollars. Found out auto zone has it for $7 they are rude . Overpricing . Never go there

Don't even know his car parts no wonder there slow can't go no where with that type of attitude ask him for a ignition coil for a car and he told me he don't know and go get me a different one from a different car
Omg, just reading how the owner responded to the customer, just show how rude the owner is. I was going to come here, but after reading the reviews and seeing how the owner responds, had made me decided not to go here. I will not deal with rude people when it needs my service. Thanks to those that post your experience on this shop!!!
Found What I needed Fast, If you are ever looking for parts for your vehicle and have tried other yards, you should of Started here in the first place. They have what others might not have.
The taco truck in front, is good to and reasonable priced.
I just made a call and the guy at the counter just hung up on me and all I did was ask if they had what I needed and they said no so I asked if they know somewhere that might and I got hung up on
This place is ran by criminals plain and simple my supra got towed there (not my choice) when i went to get my stuff out of the car They had ripped everything out of it they still might 3000 or stereo they stole a bunch of personal belongings and they had already started ripping the parts out of the car before one day had passed If you have a choice never ever go to this criminally ran business
The owner was straightforward and hospitable for a junkyard lol. I went to about 8 junkyards in search for a matching hybrid. They shocked me with having two. All i needed was a pigtail connector. I thought the price they charged was overly priced but I get it...there's covid. Business may be slow or things might be tight. Nevertheless they saved me tons of money in the long run. They were welcoming. Retrieved, removed, and let me select the part directly. For this I'm grateful and recommend them on the aforementioned fact they may be a little pricey.
One of the guys I talked to was helpful, but I did notice some things missing from my truck. They did take my raybans and a few miscellaneous valuables. If wasn’t a big deal to me but I felt like I should leave a review so others can know what to expect .

These people are criminals. After my accident I did not have a choice where my car was towed. The CHP handled everything. When I was allowed to retrieve my belongings from the car, there were MANY items missing. It's obvious they stole my belongings out of my car. They stole a FasTrak toll tag from my glove box and used it in the bay area 3 times after the accident. Luckily, I was able to get a new one and report the old one stolen, but I'll never get that money back. There was County issued equipment in the car, and of course that was all gone. A large bag of dog food was also taken, which I'm sure was used to feed the dog that they have on the property (which I actually don't mind because I suspect that dog is neglected/abused). The stuff wasn't worth a huge amount of money, but the fact that they see vehicles that come to them as their personal treasure troves instead of someone else's property makes them straight up criminals. I didn't have a choice using them, but if you do, DON'T.
This company is extremely unprofessional, I do not recommend letting your vehicle sit in this tow yard for too long especially if you have valuable items in your car. Over $1500.00 of property was missing from my vehicle, including clothes, shoes, electronics, etc. Their professionalism is garbage, especially if they'll allow their employees to steal other people's property. Even after confronting them they continued to lie and blamed the police officers for all the missing property. Unprofessionalism at its best.
Called this business inquiring about a couple issues on towed vehicles and the person answering the phone was so rude extremely angry seems agitated to be bothered with doing his job the man's name was Gonzo and if I had an employee working for me that was so rude to my potential customers he would be fired immediately not to mention the embezzling type way of business they are doing
I called and asked for a part, they said yeah we have it. Went down to pick up the part l, when I got there they mysteriously don’t have the part. I’m pretty sure they know what they are doing. I don’t know how their other services are but the lazy customer service they gave me will ensure I never come back here or recommend this place to anyone else.
Don't know who works on their phone lines but called and person was rude. With that attitude I hope they don't do well in their business until their attitude changes
Small place but they usually have the used parts Im looking for at resonable prices. Not as cheap as the junk yard but the parts are already pulled for you.
This is unfortunately a very hard wrecking yard to find. I have to say I was very disappointed with Google Maps on this ride. I was taken down not only an out of the way route but to a dead end street that had at one point went through to the wrecking yard. This dead end looked like it had been up for years. Backtracking to this place showed a whole different place and actually much complicated... Due to location. Once we reached Bauer's I have to say it was fast and friendly to dispose of an engine in the back of the truck. Hopefully this map gets updated because Bauer's isn't only a good place to drop off but they also offer a towing service.
Truck broke down. They Took our truck to there shop and we asked them to take it to our workplace. Then they made us pay a storage fee. Had no intention to understand the situation. Very poor customer service.
Warning! Dont purchase from this business unless you want to take them to court. This place issued me a warranty for the part I purchased, and when it comes to me claiming my warranty they will not honor it...quote " because they dont wanna deal with it." So why the hell give warranty!? Its no more easy on them in small claims court... And thats whats gonna happen. Hope noone supports this business and I get whats owed to me after this dispute is over with.
