I can understand when an establishment is busy. However, just because I am not knowledgeable about how the process goes, doesn’t give anyone a right to belittle me. I felt so disrespected. I was wishing her a nice weekend and thanking her when she hung up before anything. If you don’t like your job, there are plenty of guppies willing to take a bite. Js.
Apparently, even though I've been going here for years, I'm still suspect of being a thief. Have them looking out the window writing down my license plate. Never mind they have my thumb print, a copy of my drivers license, my license plate number, my years of history of doing buisness there but because I haven't been there in a few months, I get to get treated like a thief. So, be prepared to be treated like a thief when you go here. Once I go back and get the money I'm owed, I won't be back here again and they can keep doing buisness with the actual thief's. The obvious tweakers who actually steal shit.
