  Tried to order bumpers for my car.. Tried, after several weeks of no call back, (was promised a call when my bumpers came in) called and got hung up on by a terrible employee, placed another order with a different person, call in the next day before I pick them up and was told the order was never placed and was quoted different prices each and every time these guys are a joke, no thanks

  The wait time on the phone sometimes is bad but that's just because every one buys from them if any one has been there they know the staff there is on the phone 24/7 trying to help as many people as they can. The parts are great never had a problem and my sales rep Neri is the best!! always goes out of her way to help me out what ever i need they can find it here

  I ordered replacement hubcaps. I received a call advising me that the hubcaps ordered were scratched so if it was OK with me they would order different ones. They then called me to let me know they arrived. It only took a few days. Good service!

  I ordered two items: mirror and gas door. Both were for the wrong car company. Ive been waiting 5 months for a replacement but they keep putting me on hold or hanging up. I don't care what their prices are like but if they keep sending me the wrong item and still wont replace it, then just give me my money back.
