Going on three days i keep calling to set up our account we never closed , all i get is bounce around between sales dept and the accounting dept neither one know what is going on and what needs done . We set up our account when we open our dealership and now they cant have make an order because we didnt order for sometime . Great!
LKQ SAVED me over $1,200 on a car part. The dealership was my worst nightmare, saying they couldn't fix my 9-year-old car. They said they stopped making the original car parts to my vehicle. Adriana Madrid was so helpful over the phone. Adriana was super knowledgeable about car parts, there were multiple options for my car model. She asked me all the right questions and sold me the correct one. Part was shipped quickly, when I went to go pick it up. The guys in the back warned me, the dealership will tell you they can't re-program it but they are the only people who can do it. I stood my ground at the dealership and they did it. The ECM from LKQ WORKED AND SAVED me money. I really appreciate their help, times are hard. I just need a car to get me to work and back home. Bless their hearts for genuinely helping their customers. I am finally driving my car again, 4 months later, special thanks to Adriana and LQK Auto Parts.
La verdad muy mal servicio tengo 3 semanas esperando ni reembolso de un compresor de aire acondicionado que cambie 2 veces por que me salió defectuoso y me dijeron que me iban a reembolsar el dinero y asta la fecha no me han reembolsado nada
Muy mal cervicio enel lqk de fresno el encargado es bien mamila no me quiso descargar un core porque no traia pick up si no tiene uno la posibilidad apoco afuezas tiene uno que traer pickup
I wouldn't give this people my money even if they were the only place with the part I need guy on the phone just hangs up the phone while im asking a simple question about a part terrible customer service
It was really easy to pickup my parts. after talking to the desk associate was real respectful and nice. Gave me more info on what they do as a business and is really great what they do. Good pricing, willing to work with what you have $. Looking forward to do business again.
