I was visiting family in town and my auxiliary battery died. Strolled into auto zone not expecting them to have the battery I needed but they did. Customer service was great. They were super helpful and chill. I changed out the battery right there in the parking lot with the tools they let me borrow. I feel like they went above and beyond with other things we came across. Had a car emergency Sunday morning which it opens at 8AM I was already waiting there, the worker shows up in pijamas turns on the interior lights probably even clocks in then about 10 minutes later locks and leaves. It’s 8:20 and still here waiting.

Vicente Salmeron is one of the best managers in the store, he always helps me find what I need. I can always count on him when I need the parts and he always has great customer service. If he didn’t work here I would honestly stop coming to this store.

I am headed to Arizona, coming from Oregon - 18 hours. For the first time since I have owned the vehicle, my 2016 Buick Encore dies. DEAD. 1 brand new starter box, 2 trucks, 3 different sets of cables, 6 men, 1 tow truck and 1 free watermelon later I end up at AutoZone in Firebough, Ca. About 7 minutes later I am back on the road with a brand new (professionally installed) battery. The staff here went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Edward and the entire staff at AutoZone for your help! You made my very bad day good again.
I was presented with the best customer service here today. Earlier today, I arrived to the store with a battery I thought was bad and was helped by Maria. She checked the battery and confirmed it was bad and with out issue she replaced the battery with a brand new one. After I got the battery, I asked the store Manager (Edward) if there was any way possible to get a courtesy ride back to my vehicle, approximately 1-2 miles away, temperatures reaching almost 90 degrees at 10am. They could have easily denied, but again without issue and hesitation, Edward was more than open to giving me a ride to my vehicle. He stood with me until I was able to get on the road. If ever in the area and in need of anything for an automobile, I will definitely be stopping here again.
