Took my car to their Clovis Ca.business. Everyone was really friendly and helpful Mike really took to heart that my car would be repaired up to their standards or he would send it back to be corrected. I highly recommend them.
Two chances including 7 days at their shop & repairs are still not right. They want a 3rd try at repairs and I do not believe they are capable of professional body work & paint. After they were paid nearly $3,000.00 for repairs it looks like a novice tried to repair the vehicle.
They did a great job on my repair, they were quick, responsive and provided great customer service. Justin was my service advisor and he kept me well informed the entire way. Definitely recommend these guys.
This is the 2nd car I’ve had fixed at this location and have pleasant experiences with both. Communication was great as updates were given throughout the process and the vehicle was completed before the date I was initially given.

I recently visited Caliber Collision and had an exceptional experience, thanks to my technician, Mike. From the moment we interacted, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, which helped put me at ease during what was a stressful situation.
What truly stood out to me was Mike’s tone and approach. As a Regional Manager myself, I’m very aware of the impact that tone and customer service have on a client’s experience. Mike demonstrated one of the best examples of genuine, thoughtful customer care that I’ve seen in a long time. Not once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions, and he consistently treated me with respect and empathy.

When I noticed damage to my front fender, the availability of small parts for a 2004 Model was a main concern, along with scheduling a car appointment. These days, is there still a standard in washers, bolts, grommets, and even clips? Caliber Collision on Barstow came up in an online search, and it looked good for a first try at estimate and repair. I drove there, and found that the waiting room and kind reception are exceptional. After my comfortable wait, the tech came out to look at the damage, said they have the small parts there, and he fixed it right then. This shop lives up to a standard for knowing your schedule is a priority, as well as efficiency in repairs.
My Car had a major dent in the back, and Caliber Collision repaired the damages within a matter of days! The Staff and the Office members were very Friendly and Patiently explained the Paperwork. The Car looks like New! Thank You Calliber Collision!
The Caliber Collision team was excellent! The front ladies were always very friendly and genuinely seem to care about the people that walk through their doors, as well as Mike. Mike was beyond helpful and carries himself very well. He relays messages that are needed to be shared and always stays in touch/ up to date with whatever is going on with your service. Not only that, he is highly educated on his work and explains everything he does/will do in an easy to understand way while still being informative. I wanted to also highlight that he does a good job at making it feel okay to ask questions where sometimes it doesn’t always feel that way at other car shops. He seems to treat everyone with the same respect and that is very much appreciated and I’m sure all their other customers will agree! I had just picked this place because it was first to pop up on my insurance. Later did I find out pretty much everyone I know has taken a vehicle to Caliber Collision. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional, yet down to earth and friendly. I get nervous when it comes to talking to new people. Everyone made me very comfortable.
I was updated with texts on my car whenever it was going into the next phase or if they had to keep my car longer than expected. I got phone call updates when there was any information that I needed to be informed about. Rene was my estimator and I appreciate all the time he spent calling and looking for my correct headlights. Excellent communication through the process. Renee talked me through the whole thing, he’s very helpful . Excellent work and stand by their repairs. They ensure you are completely satisfied before you take your car. They have a drop off for your rental through enterprise to make things convenient. If need be, I would take my car there for repairs again.
And my repairs were done ahead of schedule.
