They stole my car out of my garage and are trying to charge me a drop fee of 100 $ even though them and apartments both know it’s an illegal tow ??????????we were in assigned parking they’ll comment on this trying to justify their actions any way possible just own up to your mistakes even if they were honest don’t charge people money because you still need to get paid see you in court
This tow yard is a scam. They charged me $550 for the tow, including a bogus $150 “gate fee” just because it was Saturday and another $100 “4WD fee” even though my car was parked normally. When I asked for an itemized receipt (which is legally required in California), they refused and said “we already gave it to you, you must have lost it.”
They won’t answer calls, only voicemail, and the staff was flat-out racist, calling me “an oriental lady.” Completely unprofessional and disgusting.
This place preys on people, ignores California towing laws, and treats customers with zero respect. I’m filing complaints with Fresno PD and state regulators — and I’d suggest anyone else who’s been ripped off do the same.
These people suck I'm not sure why every tow company say that they have priority pickups when we're all paying the same price for our tow services.... this company took 3 hours and never called me to give me an ETA when they actually were going to show up. If you don't mind waiting hours for them to come and pick you up use their service most of us work and we have things to do
Excellent service, even way up in the forest. The tow truck driver was very friendly and professional. I didn’t mind the wait, being up in the mountains it’s to be expected. I was expecting this to be a hassle, Supreme Towing made it easy! Would recommend.
I am renting with Enterprise and the rental I have is terrible so they are switching it out. Supreme Towing was assigned my tow and they are based out of Clovis but happened to be in the area and were there in 25 minutes to take the car. The guys were nice and extremely helpful! I would recommend them to anyone.
Awesome job! My car broke down and I called later in the day, and they still were able to tow my car 45 minutes away in the same day! Process was super easy and smooth which was amazing because the situation was stressful. If you want fast and great service give them a call!
Service tech arrived and worked to get us out quickly and safely. Our ETA was atleast a 2 hour wait but the service tech was willing to back track to assist us first. I appreciated that so much because it was atleast 106° and my children and dog were stranded with me.
The most obnoxious, disrespectful, impatient, with a bad attitude person I have ever met. I had to call the police on him. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. This guy hates his life and wants to make everyone else’s miserable. I will be contacting AAA to complain about him as well. This guy should not be around people.
I awoke to discover my vehicle had been ticketed by Supreme Towing at precisely 12:00 noon, with a mere 24-hour notice to relocate my vehicle under threat of towing. It is worth noting that all signs on the apartment premises indicate the presence of "West Coast Towing," rather than Supreme Towing, which raises concerns about the authenticity of their operations.
Upon contacting them to inquire about the ticket, I was met with an accusation that my vehicle appeared abandoned, delivered in a discourteous manner. Despite my request for his name, the individual from Supreme Towing only identified himself by the company name and refused further disclosure. Furthermore, he alleged that my vehicle's tags were expired, when in reality they had been stolen. His demeanor was unprofessional, dismissive of my concerns, and failed to address any of my inquiries.
The individual asserted his authority based on a purported contract with the apartment complex, claiming impunity to conduct as he pleases. I reminded him that contractual obligations necessitate adherence to established guidelines. If a business fails to display its name correspondingly with its signage, the validity of any issued tickets on that property becomes questionable.
My rental car (a hybrid, shall I say more ) broke down on my way to catch my flight back home. I was so mad I was gonna be late and miss my flight because I was quoted over an hour wait. To my surprise Junior showed up in 30 mins to save the day. He also saved me from some creep that was bothering me in the parking lot. He got out his truck I whispered “please get this guy away from me” and Junior sprung into action like a true gentleman and kept me safe, sent the creep on his way in an instant. He even got me to the airport in time. The most epic drop off ever. I hope the management at Supreme towing will recognize this man for his professionalism above and beyond handling the tow. I’m truly greatful. Junior your amazing thanks for the rescue!!
Car broke down this morning, called the dealer and they sent Supreme Towing to pick it up. Tow truck driver was friendly, professional and handled my car with care. They also showed up at the time that I was quoted.
I wouldn't give one star if I didn't have to. after waiting almost 2 hours, I called checking status of a roadside assistance call and whoever answered the phone was rude from the beginning and apparently there was a mix up and they never had an order to come tow my car and after he told me that he hung up on me. And as I see from another review that they must enjoy hanging up on people . I even had an order # and he didn't even give me a chance to read it off to him before he just hung up. I'm going to contact my Insurance company and let them know what happened and suggest that they don't use this sad company for their customers!
You can call and they’ll give you attitude for asking a question then hanging up on you and then they will cancel your tow. SMH well at least he called me back just to tell me he canceled my tow for me then hung up on me again. Lol Hope you have a better day tho dude you need it. If you’re a women good luck better off calling someone else. SAD.
Charged me more even though insurance coveres it. His words were i didnt realize how far it was. I would think they would check or gps before they pick tow. Didnt want to call my insurance and gave us an ultimatum.
