Daniel was the driver who came to rescue me. Battery died in the middle of Herndon & Clovis. CPD's C.Alvarado stayed behind me so I wouldn't get hit. Daniel tested the battery, and got me to safety. I'm very to AAA for taking care of this with them.

My Tesla's 12v battery died with zero prior notice and left the car completely dead, and I couldn't even open the door. Contacted Tesla roadside assistance and they dispatched Richard out to pick up the car. His response time was pretty quick, and he thread the needle and got the car successfully loaded through a pretty tight squeeze. Huge kudos to Richard!
