Daniel was the driver who came to rescue me. Battery died in the middle of Herndon & Clovis. CPD's C.Alvarado stayed behind me so I wouldn't get hit. Daniel tested the battery, and got me to safety. I'm very to AAA for taking care of this with them.
Tow truck driver tried to force me off the road when I was driving in the right hand lane as I was driving my pregnant daughter to Clovis Community Hospital. He turned on his right blinker then proceeded to come into my lane getting closer and closer until I accelerated to get passed him. Who would trust this clown?

He showed professionalism and genuine concern, taking every precaution for towing my classic car. One of their drivers almost caused me to crash then proceeded to drive on the side of me and tell me stuff because I honked at him. I called to make a complaint I gave them the truck number and the description of the guy and they said they had no truck number or a driver with the description I have and told me to go in on Monday.

My experience with Blue Sky Towing was great! When I got ready to leave for work one morning, my car turned over strangely, and I thought it might be the first sign my battery was dying. When I got to work, I went on my AAA app and requested a tech check my battery. Within minutes, Bryan from Blue Sky Towing got in touch with me and was at my car in less than 20 minutes.
Bryan was thorough and helpful, answered all of my questions, and was exceptionally pleasant. I had a replacement battery in no time!

Richard was, without a doubt, the best tow truck driver I have ever dealt with! He was very friendly and polite, and he even called me to confirm that the location where he placed my truck at my house was what I wanted.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My car wouldn't start so I called AAA and apparently they contract with Blue Sky. The tow truck driver came out, knew the problem was the starter, and tried the trick of hitting the starter with a crow bar while he had me turn the key. While he was hammering away, he spliced the wire harness that was next to the starter. Obviously it wouldn't start after that, so he towed it to a shop I always take my car to. They showed me the spliced wire harness. It caused all sorts of electrical issues and I've put out over $2,000 (in addition to replacing the starter, which I'm not blaming Blue Sky for) to get this all fixed.
My 1 start review IS NOT because they spliced the wiring harness. Accidents happen. Nobody is perfect. The driver was very friendly. My 1 star review is because they REFUSE to do anything about it to make it right. If they decide to make it right, I will come back to this review and update it.

I had a very long and stressful night with a broken Honda Accord with 5,000 miles. My night sucked to say the least. Absolutely sucked, until Richard from Blue Sky came. He provided me laughs, a great tow with efficient communication, and a very down to Earth man. He was the highlight of my night and put a smile on my face, which is very hard to do when you’re stressed and your brand new car is sitting there broken down. On top of that, he is skilled like no other tow truck driver I’ve seen. Absolutely amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend just for the chance to get him.
I got into an accident and needed a tow. Brian showed up and was very impatient, and very rude. He was upset that he could not talk to me any type of way and left me in the middle of the road!! What an impression on an already horrible day.

After driving for almost 30 yrs, I've had a few tow experiences. This was by far one the best tow experiences I've had. The driver, Richard, was a pleasant individual who took extra special care of my vehicle. Not to people extra about it, but it's a special vehicle, that required someone with real experience not to damage it. Richard got it on, and off into my garage with ease of expertise. Pleasant conversation during the ride as well. Will use them for other tow service as needed in the future

He made sure we were all safe while on the highway. He went the extra mile for my lowered mustang as it is harder to get lowered cars on long beds without scraping the bumper or anything else. My Tesla's 12v battery died with zero prior notice and left the car completely dead, and I couldn't even open the door. Contacted Tesla roadside assistance and they dispatched Richard out to pick up the car. His response time was pretty quick, and he thread the needle and got the car successfully loaded through a pretty tight squeeze. Huge kudos to Richard!
I got help from Brett on this day of extreme heat. He was great and provided me with updates on his ETA. Was also friendly which helped ease my trauma in being stranded in the heat in one of Fresnos worst areas. Also checked to make sure I was on my way after service. Just what I needed! Thanks Brett!

My best friend lives in mobile homes in Fresno called mid state mobile that tows after eleven if you don’t have a pass I HAD a pass in my window and my heavily pregnant best friend had to run to stop the guy who had NO LIGHTS ON from taking my truck that HAD a pass in it. When asked what he doing and that we had a pass he said HE SAID HE WOULD Have CHECKED AFTER?! That’s completely unacceptable basically he admitted he would have towed my truck then what would he have done after seeing the pass not to mention being rude to my PREGNANT friend when it was absolutely HIS Fault because he didn’t want to take three seconds to check for the pass in the WINDOW. My friend is having her husband call the land lady who manages the property and file a report on her end and I’ll do so as well because that’s insane to not get out of your truck go check for a pass that’s hanging in the window it isn’t hard to miss either the driver also had NO lights on neither flashing or headlights that also has to be some type of hazard because what if someone was speeding or didn’t see him with my truck and caused damage like whoever is going there patrolling needs to take time to CHECK for the pass.
I had to get my car towed to Turlock tonight and had a great experience with this towing company. Richard was very professional and called while he was on the way to inform me he’d be there shortly. I love it when these guys show up when I call AAA two years ago, they showed up to tow my car when it was totaled in a five car accident. Six months ago they showed up to replace a battery. So Professional and got it done quickly, very sweet. This time the electrical system went down, and Teng came out to my house the Sunday after Thanksgiving. He was kind, courteous, respectful, (even though they were inundated with holiday travelers) and had realized the problem was somewhere in the electrical system. He did this all within a matter of 10 minutes. The Tuesday after Richard showed up to pull my car out of the garage onto his truck bed, took it to the dealership, and expertly maneuvered it into a parking stall. I’m still not even sure how he did that. He was kind approachable, and even told me some things about how to make sure no one steals my registration sticker. I will always call these guys for my towing needs. I have never had a bad experience with any of their drivers and they are all kind and respectful and QUICK
I was involved in car wreck, my car was unsafe to drive it. AAA dispatched blue sky towing, Richard arrived, he was concerned if I was ok and kept saying sorry this happened to me. AAA send them to give me a jump start , guy that came said he tested my battery and said it didn’t work and needed to buy new one. I told him I would go get my battery somewhere else. It results that I take my vehicle to the GMC to get a new battery and have my services done and they told me my battery is good . I told them what happens and they said that probably battery drains due to door being open all night or something. But please don’t scam us people only because they don’t know and provide wrong information if you guys find diagnosed battery issues don’t said that the battery don’t work just to sell a battery. Very bad experience with you guys.
Pregnant here, 101 ° outside and locked myself out of my truck. They responded really fast and got there in under 10 minutes. Maybe they were close by idk but the guy was really nice and opened really quick. The price wasn't what I thought it would be either! Highly recommend if you get locked out!
I have always had a good experience with them (thanks Daniel), and today was no exception. I needed a tow, and Daniel had told me it would be a couple of hours at least before they could get there. I really appreciated his honesty and could work with that, so he had the driver call me when he was on his way to my vehicle. Ian called me when he was on the way, so everything worked out great. Ian is very courteous and professional, and was actually my driver the last time I needed a tow. I recommend Blue Sky Towing very highly to everyone needing a tow or lock out services!!
