After having waited for just over two and a half hours for a AAA tow, in 95 degree heat, I looked up towing companies and called Pat’s. They were there for me within 15 minutes. So friendly and efficient! My annoyance quickly turned to happy gratitude. I’m putting the number in my contacts list just in case I need them again.

Quick service, took great care of our car which was low to the ground and needed special wheel lifters not to be damaged, including when it was fully seized and unable to roll. Darrell is the best!

We never leave reviews but I must say that tonight was so stressful until I called Pats towing and instantly felt better when Brian came and towed our truck. This is a Friday night and every other tow place tried to charge us $195.00 from First & Shaw to First & Bullard straight shot. Pat was under $80! We will be using Pats towing from now on AND we will refer our friends and family to this company!!!!
The person answering phone was kind and courteous. Jarrod the tow driver was very nice, helpful and professional. The tow time was minimal. The price was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend!

First time ever getting a tow today and PATS made the whole process so easy going. From the dispatch to the tow truck drivers themselves, the customer service was the best! J-Rod was able to place my car in the perfect spot on my driveway which I was questioning if that would even be possible but he did it so effortlessly! I got quotes from other places and PATS was by far the most affordable given I had to get a tow from Clovis to Tulare. Definitely recommend calling PATS for your towing needs! Thank you all again!

I’ve had the lovely pleasure of being towed by this company three times twice by Jarrod great driver communication, with ETAS which is a great thing when you’re stranded and you’re not sure what’s going on I work for a dispatching company so I know how it can be with ETA and road service contacting you and keeping you updated. I can’t explain how much I appreciate Pat’s! When times get tough and your cars turning belt decides to explode, you really want a towing company who’s fast and empathizes with you. I took a nail in the rear tire of my Harley. I called my Roadside Assistance and they sent Pat's out. They got there in less time than predicted and Derrill did a great job. Thanks!
I was riding down the 41 and got off on the Herdon exit. Got a flat tire and called my insurance company. Got my request denied by several road assistance companies. The only one that responded was Darrell & his wife from P.A.T.S. They took care of me and were very welcoming. My bike was secured safely, and they were thoughtful as well, putting rags wherever my tires met the straps. Was loaded up, secured, and we were on our way in no time flat. They even loaded my bike back into my garage. If I or a loved one was ever on the side of the road again, I know only two things: P.A.T.S got my back and call Darrell if you are in peril.

I hit a pothole with my car and needed a tow home and then later to a tire shop. PATS was friendly on the phone and arrived in less than 30 minutes for each trip. From start to finish, hands down best towing company I’ve ever encountered. Dispatch was personable, efficient and customer service was excellent. Jarrod was who helped with my tow, he was quick and efficient , his customer service was exceptional not to mention he drives that truck like nobody’s business . I had 2 tows from PATS recently. Both Chris and Nick were very kind and professional. Nick even gave me some great tips, and was familiar with my rural area. They were also faster and less expensive than the other quotes I got. I will definitely call PATS again if I'm ever in need of a tow.
Had my 73in Snap-On toolbox and portable cooler moved by Darrel. He did an amazing job making sure it was secure and was cool to talk to the whole time. Highly recommended for anyone who needs anything towed!
Our 87 Ford Bronco needed towing. Nick showed up very quickly and did an amazing job. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and saved us a lot of money on a simple issue. Definitely worth it y’all! Tow company was referred by our insurance company. If we ever need it again, we are definitely going to go with these guys…with or without the insurance. They got our business for sure! Great towing service. Will call them for when I need their services again. Jarrod is very fast and knows how to drive his tow around, he was very quick.
They also have very fast dispatchers who can find you a tow depending on your vehicle type.
My car battery died, and my husband called our insurance company to send a tow truck. P.A.T.S got sent out, and the arrival was 45 minutes, but I got a call from the tow truck driver that he was only 5 minutes away, which was awesome!
Darrel was the driver's name, and he went above and beyond in customer service! He made sure I was taken care of and even called around to auto places to see about prices for a new battery. He was very professional and passionate about his trade.
Afterward, I called the towing company and gave him a good review and also called my insurance to give the company a good review.
Definitely call PATS if you ever need a tow.
I would like to share my experience as well as thank James for a very helpful experience with PATS affordable towing. I was in need of tow service and James showed up within 20 minutes of my phone call. This was by far the fastest response I have ever received with any tow service in town. My car arrived safely and with care to its destination. Thank you PATS and James for the quality service, I will definitely be using you guys again for any future service needs.
