Simonian Towing is the best towing company I've seen in a long time in the past month I have used a towing company through AAA four times and this family is down to earth friendly professional and helpful I have Toyota Prius and I have towed it three times and no one knew how to work on it the advice of this family was excellent I am forever grateful and if anyone out there is a reading this don't forget who these people are cuz they are in the top 10 best if not the best thank you again Karen j a n t z
Great experience with Simonian Towing! The driver happened to be about 2 miles from us so arrived in about 10 min, 50 min sooner than AAA’s expected ETA. The driver was great! Friendly and quick to charge up the car. Also, the officer manager was so nice and friendly as well! They make a great team! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend! Simonian Towing is a reseller of impounded vehicles that have not been claimed. For sale listings are used to attract buyers. I responded to one of their listings in which the item they offered for sale was described with driving mileage 85,000 miles lower than actual. It was advertised as a year newer than shown in DMV documentation. The condition of the vehicle was misrepresented - the company representative was explaining away engine issues and offering quick fixes, then when called on this he denied responsibility saying...I am just an employee here. Multiple listings for this vehicle were posted with conflicting details in each ad. Each ad included the same photo of the license plates verifying that these adds were for the same vehicle but mileage on the vehicle varied by as much as 40,000 miles while none gave the actual mileage. I purchased the vehicle in good faith before discovering the disreputable dealings authorized by Simonian Towing. I would like to alert others of the potential risk they could incur by dealing with this company for vehicle purchases
These guys are great! Today after church we get a flat tire and were stuck on the east end of Ashlan in Clovis and this tow truck company bailed us out and delivered our Tesla to a near by tire shop. Thank you! 5 stars all the way.

This is the most amazing tow service I've dealt with. My mom has had some car trouble this week and I have had to call AAA 3 times for service and each time Simonian towing has showed up quickly and so very friendly service.

They did a great job for me in a difficult situation. The dispatcher was helpful and called me back right away after we first talked. James was there very quickly and did a great job with two cars.
These guys/gals are Amazing. Courtney took my call and really made me feel like she cared, the driver James was very quick to arrive, very fast work, very professional and yeah friendly conversations. I loved everything about their towing service from the initial phone call, to the pick, the ride and the delivery of my vehicle.
AAA said there would be a significant wait. A Simonian dispatcher called soon after I requested service. She was very understanding of my situation. The driver arrived quickly, changed my tire and got me back on the road. He was phenomenal!
3/27/2023 Monday morning, ran over a rock on Willow. Busted tire. So called AAA, they sent the service call to Simonian Towing. James arrived about 30 minutes later. EXCELLENT service from James! Thank you, James! You were efficient and friendly! Could not ask for better service! Including the lady who answered the phone at their office! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I used this Company on Monday. Spoke with very nice lady for a tow through AAA. Not one problem! Had to use them again through AAA. PROBLEM: occurred. Guy on phone demanded ithat I call mechanic tell them I’m coming. Told me would not tow until I did. Advised him I would after he set it up. Told I have used the same mechanic for years. Guy still argued and more demanding? Told him forget it, LATER Post call. Talked to a Company Tow driver, he was extremely apologetic, and considerate. THE CAR WAS TOWED WITH NO FURTHER TROUBLE. He came quickly and was most COOPERATIVE. i was advised the first guy had been fired after this experience. I NOW HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIMONIAN TOW!!

The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I spoke with the dispatcher on the phone and explained to him that I need to get to the shop tomorrow. After 2.5 hours the guy with the battery shows up but says he can't replace the battery even though it's under warranty until after I go to the shop. Now I have to buy a new battery when the replacement is free. I called back and spoke with a lady in the office and she apologized and said that someone there goofed. I can understand companies having certain policies, but apparently not everyone there is aware of them. An apology is not going to reimburse me for a $200+ battery. If any company 'goofs' then they should be liable for it just like normal people are liable for their goofs. They're getting 2 stars instead of 1 because I've had positive dealings with this company in the past. Hopefully management can get all the employees together and have a short refresher meeting on their current policies so customers like me don't have to pay for their mistakes.

The driver arrived within 30 minutes as promised and had my car ready to go within 10 minutes. I was impressed with how quick and responsive they were. I hope not to have my car towed again but if I do I will definitely use them again.
I called Thursday 9/921 to schedule a tow for the following day at 915. He made the appointment and said he would call me around 9 the next day to confirm. 915 came around so I called them and come to find out je didn't make the appointment and called in today? I really needed the tow for that time as I had an appointment for my car at 11. His unprofessional ways really put me in a bind.
While calling all around and being told nobody could tow for another three to four hours, these guys were there in less than ten minutes!!! Amazing, plus the fee wasn't half of what was being quoted by all others that would answer their phone that is. Thank you.
I locked my keys in my car and I called for services and Scott was sent out. He was very kind and professional. He made the experience stress free. He did everything with no damage and was very helpful. Ask for Scott!
Couldn’t even get an estimate whom ever answered is RUDE I have the miles asked what the charge by mile is and nope the lady was like sounds like you already got it figured out smh I had called 3 other tow companies trying to get estimates on long hauling my vehicles and she refused to help me nor was I rude or anything sad sad!
This is definitely a quality establishment...had a dead battery in my car which AAA dispatched Juan with Simonian to jump start. Mike called me and gave me timely updates on the arrival of his collegue. After it was discovered that the battery was bad I purchased a new battery which was installed by Juan from Simonian in a quick and efficient manner. Mike even called back a second time to update me on his separate collegue coming to assist me...Great Job Simonian...a definite recommendation to friends and neighbors.
90 minutes after AAA dispatched them the call, they cancelled the request because they did not want to go out of there area! Now AAA needs to find another provider. Location did not change, why not cancel when it first came through! Not cool with a whole family stuck on the side of the road.
I called Simonian Towing with a request to tow my travel trailer today. They were so fast even beat me to the location of the travel trailer. Junior has excellent skills towing and I knew I could trust Simonian Towing with a trailer I just put money down a few days ago. I highly recommend them for future reference.

Not only did they leave me hanging for my tow for hours but when they did actually show up the driver appeared to be high on drugs. He was absolutely careless with my vehicle. He tried to secure my steering wheel with the seat belt even though I told him it was not necessary, and in that process he scratched my air bag. I immediately confronted him about it and he denied doing it even though my friend and I literally watched him do it. I called the dispatch immediately, and they gave me the run around. Then I called back the office and there guy their Mike basically said that he couldn't help me. It is not the money it is the principle, I will be aggressively pursing this!
Contacted with AAA but two different days they refused to tow my car the 44 miles to my house. Why AAA has a contract with them that requires them to call them first is beyond me. I am considering dropping AAA because of it and will NEVER give Simonian my business for any reason.
Had an issue with family members car, ended up with a baby stuck in a push to start vehicle with the keys locked inside. Young man named Eddie responded in about 5 minutes and had the door open right away so thankfully we didn't resort to breaking a window. Can't thank you guys enough for the excellent and speedy service!!
The staff is rude. I had my vehicle impounded and was treated poorly by the employees and owner the three times went into the office. They told me my vehicle was there for over 5 weeks which was inaccurate. It was there for 3 weeks. I was unable to get my vehicle back due to not being able to afford the fees which isn't their fault but I was told my vehicle was junk anyways which I didn't appreciate. I called and told them I was coming in one morning to get my possessions and when I arrived I was told they had threw away everything in my vehicle just minutes before got there even though I informed them I was on my way.
