I am writing this review to share my positive experience at Zach's Auto Wholesale. I am absolutely amazed by the customer service and follow through I received at Zach's. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful and challenging, however my experience was personalized and focused on my needs( I am hard to deal with during a vehicle purchase). In today's times personalized service is rare. I have purchased many vehicles (New and used), and grew up with a father in auto sales/performance, and these people at Zach's are truly selling differently than most dealerships. They are absolutely about the customer, both before AND after the sale. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity to earn your business.
Zach’s auto, let me tell you something, for them to come out and assist me with a jeep Cherokee. ( on there day off) that’s a 5 star rating from the get go. Plus I’ll send them people who are looking for a car or a truck. Any day of the week. Such a blessing , thank you Christian and Zack. And it’s exactly wat I was looking for thanks again guys again.
Zachs autosales were great made the buying process extremely easy. From first looking at the tahoe I got from them all the way to the end. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from them.
Worst place to get a car! He didn’t disclose that the vehicle my daughter purchased was in a minor accident and that it was a rental, he claims he has proof that my daughter signed it acknowledging the fact but it’s untrue we have paperwork as well. Then they call him to verify if the information is true and he started yelling at her and her friend on the phone he is very unprofessional and all his cars have high mileage! Do NOT GO HERE! And he blocks peoples numbers and reviews! Beware!

The BEST dealership in town! The owner Zach and all the employees are awesome. Everyone there makes you feel welcome, I had a very pleasant experience. I traded in my Prius that had a blown head gasket and got a beautiful 2012 Chevy Cruz. Honestly I have never had such great customer service like I have with Zach auto sales! After buying my car there was a small oil leak. I contacted Zach and he immediately had me come down to fix it for FREE also he gave me a temporary car so I wasn’t walking on my cheverLEGS lol but the great customer service didn’t stop there! He even dropped my car off at my work and picked up the loaner he gave me so I didn’t have to go pick up my car late after work! Now that’s amazing service! If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy person to sell you a car, Zach is your guy!

My car buying experiences with Zach’s were By Far the easiest I’ve ever had. Hands down, No comparison. But my favorite experience was actually witnessing others make their purchase. As a repeat customer you think you’re getting special treatment, but seeing others roll through, made me realize that’s just how Zack and his team run this business. I've sent multiple referrals here to Zach's Auto, he has always taken care of everyone I've sent. He also bought my 2002 Tacoma for a really good price as well. He'll go out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of. What people don't understand is that it's a used car lot and you're buying a used car. Not new. He will still go out of his way and do his best to make the deal right, even if he loses money. Remember, used cars you're always taking a chance. He's by far been the best auto wholesaler I've came across and will continue to send people his way.
My brother recommended Zach's as he had been a work associate in the past. My brother made a lot of money for Zach. Imagine my surprise when Zach sold me a worthless car. I've had to replace the power steering, the transmission, and the turbo boost. There's also a busted radiator hose that I need to replace. All this after 6 months of owning the car. When I went back a month later after all these problems started happening, Zack threw me off the lot. Do not buy from here!
I was looking for a used car or suv and walked into Zach's Auto he has multiple cars and SUV's. He had one in the front for 3999 and Zach lowered the price for 2999 he gave me the keys for a test drive. When I went back I bought the SUV and am a happy customer. If you want a 2999 car or SUV go to Zach's Auto. I had previously given a 4 star rating but had to lower it because the transmission went out on it 182 miles later. I called Zach and he had me tow it to his transmission shop for repair at no cost to me other than the tow so he backs what he sells. I'm still satisfied on what I bought.
