I got a flat tire on the way to work. Visited Clovis Firestone, greeted with a smile. Angel was helpful and had my car ready in approximately 2 hours. This was even with having to pick up the fire at a different Firestone. I was very appreciative of the service I received! Thank you, Angel!

Polite, respectful, and solid employees and owner. Never pushy but always willing to explain what may be beneficial based on the evidence and what to look out for between appointments. Also transparent about what may be more affordable through other companies or the dealer. My husband and I have been bringing our cars to them for years and will never go anywhere else. We trust them.
Had to have two vehicles worked on and made appointments for both. One was a quick fix, but the other required all day service. They are so good about explaining everything, especially when it comes to how long we can go until something needs to be taken care of. I went into Firestone in Clovis to have my car checked out since my check engine light came on. The front desk sales person named Steven greeted me when I walked into the building and also was the person who helped me throughout the time I was there. He was very nice man and easy to talk to which made me feel comfortable. They did a diagnostic scan of my car to see why my check engine light was turned on. After they did their scan, it was showing that my car‘s battery was the cause so they told me they needed to check to see if my battery was bad. So they did a check on the battery to verify if it was having issues. If it turned out from the scan that my car’s was fine and it could possibly have been a minor case to where something was making my battery register it being faulty but it really fine I wouldn’t have to just randomly buy a whole new battery. It did turn out that I did need a new battery so I did replaced it. I would definitely come back again to the Clovis shop since it was such a great environment and the employees at that Firestone seemed super knowledgeable on what they were doing.
Brought my vehicle in on 10/11/2025 for seven tires, balance, and alignment. When I picked up my vehicle that evening I was told the passenger side mirror had been smashed because the technician did not know how to drive a manual transmission. Perry, the manager, ordered me a new mirror right then and there. The next day I was cleaning my wheels which are aluminum powder coated and noticed uniformed scratches and indentations on all four wheels. I called Firestone Complete Auto Care on 10/15/2025 and the manager, Perry, told me to come in so we could sort it out. I went to Firestone later that day and Perry, myself, and the technician looked at the wheels. I was a Level 1 Chrysler technician and I have an associated degree in automotive technology so I know what it looks like when someone scratches wheels by improperly using a table-top style tire machine. I told this to Perry and he looked at the rear wheels and agreed and we started talking about fixing the situation. I told him that because the wheels are powder coated gloss black and the damager is not just scratches but actual indentations the wheel will have to be stripped, buffed and polished where they are damaged and then re-powder coated and since the wheels only cost $1,500 it would likely be cheaper to just replace the wheels. Perry said if we scratched your door we wouldn't buy you a new car and said we should try to re powder coat them. The next day I noticed scuffs on the front wheels where it looked like someone had dropped something on them and I called Perry and offered to come in and show him but he said just to have Eagle Dynamics powder coat them and charge it to Firestone Complete Auto Care, so I did. On 11/5/2025, I was notified that the wheels were ready and they looked worse than they did before they were re powder coated. The gloss finish was gone and they were matte. Where the scratches and indentations used to be there are now deep valleys and pits from the attempt at repairing them. I didn't pick them up because they weren't fixed in my eyes. I called Perry at Firestone on 11/6/2025 and told him that I checked out the wheels and the work was unacceptable and that they looked worse than they did after Firestone had damaged them. Perry said he was aware because Eagle Dynamics had already contacted him that I was unhappy with the repair. Perry told me, "If I had known that the powder coating finish would look this bad, I would have entertained the idea of buying you new wheels." I replied, "But Perry, I told you that buying new wheels would be cheaper when we first talked about fixing the damage." Perry said, "I do not recall that conversation." He also said something about the price of the powder coating being more than he thought, but I wasn't focused on the price because Perry said Firestone would be handling the cost. I told Perry that Firestone needs to make this right and the only way to do that is to buy new wheels. Perry said that that is not the case because even though the finish is as bad as it is "it's okay because they still function as wheels". I told him that was unacceptable and wrong and that this happened because one of his technicians messed up and I did not spend $2100 to then have $1500 worth of damage done to my vehicle. Perry said, "I will call someone at Firestone that is smarter than me in situations like this." As of 11/7/2025 I have not heard back from either Perry or Firestone. Amazing service! Came to the store with a flat tire 30 min before they closed. Angel at the front desk took care of me and had the crew repair my tire in time before closing. Great customer care and service. I will always buy my tires here!
I went into Firestone today to get some new tires since mine were on the point of going bald. I worked with the front desk service representative named Steven. He was very knowledgeable and got me a great price on all 4 tires for my car. I would gladly go back to that shop to get maintenance or repairs done to my car when needed.
Went to get an oil change which I have done there for many years. They said they could not do it because the cap was stripped and would need a new pan on a 2012 civic Honda . They gave me a price of 800 plus 90 for the oil. I told them if it was stripped it was them the last time they did the oil change but they would not take responsibility. Last time I do business with them. Nobody else had touch the pan but them.
Best customer service that I have ever had with any auto repair/service location. Miguel was really helpful and cares about his customers. This team goes the extra mile, there boss Jake has been here for a while and keeps customers coming back. Thanks Miguel for the great service and care!
This has been the only place that I have taken my vehicle for oil changes and other services. The team there are very professional, on point, and places the customer needs on high priority. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m barely making a review. It’s been a long time coming but Clovis Firestone is a great place to service your vehicle!
I have been bringing my car here for a few years now. Staff is kind and even tho I always get just oil changes I can tell they are knowledgeable when I eavesdrop listening to them on the phone with other customers. Highly recommend this location to anyone.
Perry at Firestone in Clovis was able to help me locate the tire I needed after a flat on Saturday morning. He called my insurance and was able to communicate payment with them for a reimbursement method. Tire was affordable compared to others in the area. Highly recommend calling or stopping by!
Took in my car to get an oil change, oil, filter, and my brakes checked, and also an alignment as well on my personal vehicle. Ryan the morning sales associate was very Nice and friendly. He took care of me with what was needed to do the work on my car. And in the afternoon when I went to pick up my car, Miguel another sell associate that was very friendly, took care of me when releasing my car back to me. Both of them employees took good care of me when I came back to Firestone to receive my vehicle. They were both very professional, and I will be definitely coming back in the future to Firestone. Absolutely fantastic customer service! I went in and need information and education on tires for my car and I needed it done asap. I was walked through the entire process, given great options and they got it taken care of right then and there. Ryan helped me at the front counter and was absolutely fantastic!! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this shop really deserves it. We’ve been coming here for years and they’ve always taken such good care of us. Jack is the best! – I don’t know much about cars, and he actually takes his time to explain what’s going on. Everyone else has been great too! It’s such a relief to have a place we can trust, especially when many shops feel shady. I always feel confident bringing our car here and I recommend them to all my friends.

I had appointment and I've been sitting here for 4 hours. I was told there's no guarantee how long it'll take. What's the point of having an appointment if I am not reassured when my car will be done. I've seen people walked in after me and has left the shop. I've seen new customers walk in and being attended to before me. The sales reps name is RYAN. Take your money elsewhere and run. This place is racist. If your skin isn't light as a cotton ball you're going behind the line.
To make things worse, my 2022 car is not vibrating more than it did when I brought it in. Thanks a lot, Firestone! For wasting my time and my money
UPDATE:
I took my car to American Tires Depot the very next day and found that the balance performed by Firestone was very bad. It was at 100/ 200. No wonder my tires we’re vibrating very bad that I couldn’t go over 50mph.
Purchased some tires/rims online as I had some credit and Firestone came up as the supporting Dropship installer to mount and balance them. Once they showed delivered called in and confirmed they were received and in great shape. Was surprised I didn't get any grief from them over product coming from somewhere else. Service adviser Ryan gave me all the info I needed and got me on the schedule for the next day to install. Showed up with no wait and got checked in and a few hours later came back to a job well done and completed by Tech Michael. Impressed with the smoothness of the process from start to finish and looking forward to coming back for some more work in the next few weeks!
This was my first time coming to Firestone and I just needed an alignment. I was very happy with the quality of service and the friendliness of staff. I was able to get in and out quick. I like that Firestone offers a “lifetime” alignment option. It’s pretty much unlimited alignments for as long as you own the vehicle. I have a truck that I take off road from time to time so I am sure this will pay for it’s self.
