This has been the only place that I have taken my vehicle for oil changes and other services. The team there are very professional, on point, and places the customer needs on high priority. I have been bringing my car here for a few years now. Staff is kind and even tho I always get just oil changes I can tell they are knowledgeable when I eavesdrop listening to them on the phone with other customers. Highly recommend this location to anyone.

Perry at Firestone in Clovis was able to help me locate the tire I needed after a flat on Saturday morning. He called my insurance and was able to communicate payment with them for a reimbursement method. Tire was affordable compared to others in the area. Highly recommend calling or stopping by!

They changed the lower control arms on my car. Afterwards I took my car elsewhere for alignment b/c they could not accommodate the lowered height. It was discovered that there was a loose tie rod, and bent subframe. Don't know if Firestone did not put back the tie rod or if it was loose beforehand. But giving them the benefit of the doubt, they did not tell me about the loose tie rod or bent subframe. Thank goodness for the second shop that put the tie rod back in place without charge, and warned me of the subframe. That is the kind of shop I would recommend. Not Firestone that would ignore the problems b/c I didn't pay them an inspection fee!
Took in my car to get an oil change, oil, filter, and my brakes checked, and also an alignment as well on my personal vehicle. Ryan the morning sales associate was very Nice and friendly. He took care of me with what was needed to do the work on my car. And in the afternoon when I went to pick up my car, Miguel another sell associate that was very friendly, took care of me when releasing my car back to me. Both of them employees took good care of me when I came back to Firestone to receive my vehicle. They were both very professional, and I will be definitely coming back in the future to Firestone. Thank you very much to the both of you on helping me out.
I went in for an oil change (with appt.) and they finished in about 40 minutes. Everyone there was super nice and the waiting area was clean and kept at a cool temperature.

We visited your fire stone station on May 25, Stephen, I believe he was the manager, was just so wonderful! And his crew out our vehicle and stayed in constant communication with us. We were from Florida, so we sure appreciated all of his immediate help to us. He’s really a true asset to your company, I would hire him in a minute if he were a nurse. Lol. He’s a definite keeper, and you should be proud of him as he represents your company so well! We always get our work completed at Firestone.
Very kind and helpful people at Firestone Clovis. We had a missing lug nut at our rental car and Alamo told us to go there. They fixed it in a minute and we were good to go again. Didn’t even had to pay for it.

The only place I will bring my cars to get tires! They are always quick, Super friendly and professional. The hours are super convenient being open days a week, so making an appointment isn’t necessary. I have never felt pressured on having to get something I didn’t want/need. I will definitely keep taking my vehicles here.
Absolutely fantastic customer service! I went in and need information and education on tires for my car and I needed it done asap. I was walked through the entire process, given great options and they got it taken care of right then and there. Ryan helped me at the front counter and was absolutely fantastic!! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this shop really deserves it. We’ve been coming here for years and they’ve always taken such good care of us. Jack is the best! – I don’t know much about cars, and he actually takes his time to explain what’s going on. Everyone else has been great too! It’s such a relief to have a place we can trust, especially when many shops feel shady. I always feel confident bringing our car here and I recommend them to all my friends.

Miguel was absolutely amazing!!!!! He was so patient and kind through the whole process. He walked us through what needed to be done, and was helpful with what needs to be done now, and then work on the rest one at a time to maintain the life of the vehicle. I had appointment and I've been sitting here for 4 hours. I was told there's no guarantee how long it'll take. What's the point of having an appointment if I am not reassured when my car will be done. I've seen people walked in after me and has left the shop. I've seen new customers walk in and being attended to before me. The sales reps name is RYAN. Take your money elsewhere and run. This place is racist. If your skin isn't light as a cotton ball you're going behind the line.
To make things worse, my 2022 car is not vibrating more than it did when I brought it in. Thanks a lot, Firestone! For wasting my time and my money
UPDATE:
I took my car to American Tires Depot the very next day and found that the balance performed by Firestone was very bad. It was at 100/ 200. No wonder my tires we’re vibrating very bad that I couldn’t go over 50mph.
This was my first time coming to Firestone and I just needed an alignment. I was very happy with the quality of service and the friendliness of staff. I was able to get in and out quick. I like that Firestone offers a “lifetime” alignment option. It’s pretty much unlimited alignments for as long as you own the vehicle. I have a truck that I take off road from time to time so I am sure this will pay for it’s self.
