Tried returning an item which I purchased at another location. The clerk told me the item was not returnable which seemed odd. I told them I had bought it not even an hr prior and had specifically asked if it could be returned (I hoped to find it cheaper elsewhere which I did). When I explained as much the clerk told me to go back to the store where I bought it - so I had to drive 20 mins to make the return and feel that I was lied to. The original store told me any NAPA store should take that return. So I think I was lied to - not sure why.

They said they had the part for my truck which they did not. They try to send me out of there with the wrong brake rotors. I had to argue and be like no look. Here is the rotor that came off of the truck and it does not match what you're giving me then they gave me another set of rotors that match the bolt pattern but did not fit the calipers. Very disappointed. Spent $200 and it took 3 days to refund

Came in for a oil filter and they had the exact one I needed. Parts people were very knowledgeable and helped me with all my needs. Thank you

Large mark up, plus they still had to order it top it off it was actually 150 dollars less if you order it directly from the manufacturer.

Checked online and called the store for a tool to finish my truck. Online said it was available and in-stock but I called to make sure. When I got there the person behind the counter said "nope we ain't got that." I explained I checked and it was in stock showed him online and said I called as well. He looked in his paper catalog and said "nope, I can order it but not till tomorrow." So I just ordered it from Orielys.

iam sorry but this napa had it all on top. This year has been a total let down for my business. I had to find some other way of getting simple parts. It has gotten so bad sometimes i just dont even get parts i have ordered at all. In some cases receiving half of the order with the full amount. I hope it improves but i will take my 35k a year somewhere else.

Great place for DIYers and pros. Plenty of parking, and located conveniently near downtown Clovis. Quality parts and experienced personnel. Decent selection of tools, just in case you don't have that special metric socket for your Audi. Cleaning supplies for your car, paint, filters, oil, batteries and antifreeze. Much more.

It's definitely a go to for me. Especially when I'm looking for a hard to find part or tool. Napa always has what I need and if not they will order it. They may charge more but it's worth it if needed. They have so many stores there's always one near by. Thanks Napa.

I usually stop by in the mornings right before I go into work whenever I need something. Jacob is who I usually ask for. He is always super helpful and is such a nice gentleman. I went in last week and apparently he doesn't work early mornings anymore? I got helped by an older man who obviously did not want to help me and he ended up getting me the wrong part... so disappointed.

I waited at the front counter for several minutes with staff members seeing me and ignoring me. I even said Hello hoping a visible staff member would come to the counter, but no luck. Finally, when a staff member came to the front area I asked if I could get assistance. He mumbled something and I said I'm happy to go elsewhere if y'all want to ignore me. Finally someone came to the counter and offered assistance. He was quite nice and we had pleasant conversation during the transaction where I spent over $200. The owner may want to conduct a refresher on customer service and watching the front counter for customers. Also, anyone could have easily walked in and stolen stuff without being noticed.

Needed a cabin air filter and Napa was half the price of the chain parts store. So I was able to get a bottle of evaporator cleaner too.

We bought an ECM here that didn't work with our vehicle. The guys were very good about the return and we really appreciated that. It took us 7 ECMs until we found the right that would work with the truck. Imagine if we had to pay for everyone of them! Thank you for your great customer service!

Customer service was horrible at the store. I One clerk started complaining because I was asking questions. Very unsupportive. The clerk said Yelp doesn't make a difference in their business they don't really care about satisfying customer needs. Apparently with what I found out independent NAPA stores cannot give you a refund if you buy things at other NAPA stores. So this was a waste of time drove out of my way 10 miles to come to this store will not do it again do not recommend it. Again rudeness and lack of explaining policy satisfactorily. I received a call from the owner. He was polite and considerate as we talked through the incident. I was very impressed how he handled the whole incident. KC the owner has earned by respect and patonage. Thanks KC, you restored my confidence in your store!

2 stars for the one employee with courtesy, but I will not be returning. I knew I needed a battery. Had to get a jump to get to your store. Came in and explained to the older gentleman my situation and he said he could test it if he could get the machine out there. He managed to get the tester out to my car, which was in their lot, and hooked it up. It read bad battery. He also said the leads were bad and that they would need to be replaced but no one at the store would be able to install or help with said task. He closes up my truck and took his machine back inside as he watched me get into my car to attempt to start it. It wouldn't. I went back into the store to find anyone who would be able to jump my car so I could go elsewhere to find the help I sought. Apparently this was asking too much of the older "gentleman". Fortunately, there was a man working there with the grace to go get his own truck to use jump my car. Had it not been for him, I would have needed to ask the only other customer in the store who had already exchanged words with the older gentleman about parking in their lot but visiting another establishment before shopping at NAPA. After the threat to have his vehicle towed, he did his shopping anyway. Maybe he would have helped me jump my car? Or I could have called roadside assistance and explained to the tow truck driver why I needed a jump outside an open establishment that sells car batteries. The resolution was that the battery was bad and was replaced at Autozone. The battery leads were not a problem! They need a little cleaning, not replacing. This was also done as the battery was installed. There is no good reason other than this encounter that I couldn't have purchased a battery from Napa in Clovis and been on my merry way, and they would have had my business, and possibly return business in the future. I will not be returning in the foreseeable future. 2 stars are given specifically for the employee who used his own truck to jump my car. Thanks to you, I was able to make it to Autozone!
