I would like to give credit for the removal and installation of my windshield wipers from Morgan (autozone employee) at this location. She conducted herself very professionally and gave me a beneficial teaching moment with my new purchase.
Linta was AMAZING I dont normally write reviews but her customer service over the phone and the customer service in store was outstanding. She helped us replace a battery that AAA misdiagnosed and had us up and running with a new one in less than 20 minutes. Some people were hesitant to help based on the battery placement but she hopped right in to help. Her skill set is a asset to your company and I hope you keep her around. You need more service reps like her!
Cecelia went above and beyond to help me. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. She came out and helped me with my car for about 15 minutes and found my power steering fluid cap which fell into my engine compartment. She got a tool and fished it out for me! Couldn't be happier with the service I received here.
Needed to replace my windshield wipers and the rear one making that god-awful sound dada screeekk and it’s raining My mini van is an older ride but it’s our doggy ride! Dog Nat was awesome. He knew what I needed and showed me how to do it and put them on for me~super chill dude very cool. He was like how am I going to have the wipers up? I said I’m gonna turn on the wipers and when they come up quickly turn van off and they stopped off the car he was like good one. I said yeah that’s how we do it the old-school way.
I went there on Tuesday the 2nd., was having issues, thought it might be my battery. Morgan check it out, cleaned the cables, and the bat too, said my battery was excellent might be something else. I was so hythat she went up and beyond. It was nice to deal with a female and to she gave me confidence in her knowledge. Thank you Morgan !! You're fantastic, job well done.
Clean and very friendly service. Convenient location in good area of town. 4 stars because I was looking for a headlight bulb and the office wasn't just high, it was insanely out of touch. 1 bulb cost OVER 5X where I got a pair of bulbs from elsewhere. I like to shop local and support local when possible but your pricing has to at lest be in the same galaxy!
I took my car in a few weeks ago: mid July, because the battery was corroded. The gal at the desk asked me to park up in the shade so she could go to work. She was very pleasant, so polite. When I told her the battery had some corrosion, I initially asked her just to clean the connections, as it sometimes had trouble starting. Instead, she reported that my battery was still under warranty, (I got it there), and she quickly replaced it! The cleaning kit was all I had to pay for. I did not have to pay for the labor - cost me a total of 3 bucks. The car is running great now. I wish I could post her name here, but I lost the receipt. I've been trying to find it in case it has her name on it. That slip probably had her name on it. She has long jet black hair. She was a true professional. This AutoZone will be my first choice for all future car repairs.
I needed a new wiper blade for tomorrow’s rain forecast. Esteban was amazing! He helped me find my part and helped out with installing. This Autozone is always super helpful. It was my luck day in and out in minutes.
Be weary if you’re coming here to recycle oil. Was just told my diesel oil had water in it and it was rejected. ( it didn’t have water in it ) Oriellys right down the street took it no problem! If you’re not going to recycle clean oil, then don’t advertise for it to waste my time thanks!
This location is so amazing that when I went into a dealership for four lift supports (I think that’s what it’s called) they were gonna charge me $300 for JUST the maintenance and parts until I went to this location and Estevan sold me the same part and went ahead and installed it for me! it saved me $270! Thanks auto zone! Love this location

This Auto Zone is constantly on their game. Today we had a battery replacement under warranty. No hassles with the exchange and even received money back! Battery installed and on the road in 15 minutes.
I’ve been living near this store since they opened and the employees here are always helpful. I’ve had multiple projects like rebuilding my F150 front end, repairing my daughters Mini, to as small as just needing a battery, this store continues to have parts in stock to get me back on the road. Stopped by and they were quick to check my battery and let me know I had a bad battery. Sure enough the battery was bad, but the service I received was absolutely atrocious. Apparently I had an O'Reilly battery in my car. Rather than taking the opportunity to help me or sell me a battery they just kept telling me that the battery I had was not their brand. I had to argue with him to look up my purchase history. So I drove over to O'Reillys and bought a new battery and they were very helpful. If good customer service is important to you go to O'Reilly's for your auto care needs.
I took my car in today to have the check engine light checked. I had the pleasure of meeting Morgan & Taylor, they were so knowledgeable & helpful. They really went above & beyond helping me out, I would highly recommend this location.
5 employees talking to each other joking around, 0 customers in the store besides myself, no one had the professional courtesy to ask if I needed any help while I was looking at batteries. I took my business elsewhere,( I needed 2 marine batteries) Good job!!!
I needed windshield wipers. I was given the choice of three different brands, and each one was explained to me. Amanda installed them after I paid. She was quick and efficient and personable. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great experience.
I just wanted to let you know how terrific Mgr Jose was and his staff in assisting me with my multiple Acura parts I needed. My son and I came in to replace his car battery and Taylor gave us the best customer service! He was very knowledgeable and it wasn’t easy to replace the battery in my sons car. He was cheerful the whole time and Morgan even came out to see if we needed help. It was a very hot day and I am surprised you don’t have a covering so employees aren’t in the hot sun. After my great experience today I will only go to AutoZone and I will tell others to come here.
Store Manager Jose M is amazing. He helped my teenage driver with diagnostics and taught my son some basic skills having to do with our visit. He helped us get a simple solution to a car that needed some basic knowledge to keep it running without the engine light coming on. We had a wonderful experience and will come here again in the future! Thank you Jose!
Employee's were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. It was a busy day there, so with a little patience and wait; they tested my battery and installed my new battery. The employee that changed my battery, walked me through how to remove all three battery holders and reinstall them!! Just remember they can not replace all batteries because of location of battery, so always verify with them first before assuming they will!!!
