I got a low battery in the key fob for my Honda Accord so my tire shop guy told me to come here. They will replace the battery for you. When I got there I got service from a gentleman named Steve who very quickly replaced the battery and also helps me figure out why my trunk wouldn't open and why my glove compartment didn't close. Definitely wasn't his job but that just goes to show the advantage of going to a specialized battery store they have all kinds of knowledge.
Great people here, brought in a X2 battery ($540] for warranty and wasn't hassled as many stores would. No pro rayed either. They took it off my truck (75lbs) AND reloaded the new one. Employee was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I took my phone to this location for a T-Mobile insurance screen repair claim. The associates were so friendly. My phone was ready in 3 hours and they allowed me to pick up the following day. Phone looks brand new. All around good service!
I looked online and it said they had options of types of batteries and at different prices so I drove over an hour thinking I was going to save some money cause things are tight right now and they only had Duracell batteries (no different options like it says online) I could of drove back to my town and saved some money on a battery from AutoZone or O'Reilly's even Continental, but the two guys working gave me an expressions when I thought about going somewhere else so I bought the battery there. Won't be coming here for any of my battery needs.
I've gone to them a few times and customer service has always been good. My screen on my phone always gets repaired perfectly and in a good time frame. Scheduling an appointment has been within a day or two, which has been great.
What a very wonderful store and staff! Great products at wonderful prices and savings! They cannot be beat for motorhome, batteries, prices, and installation!!!!
Ordered 6 golf cart batteries online and they ended up being out of stock. The staff reached out and were very good at keeping me updated. They ended up getting the batteries back into the shop in 2 days. Very good customer service. Would highly recommend!
First time purchasing an auto battery from this store. They had several options available and all in stock. Priced competitively and included a full warranty, not prorated.
Stopped in to pick up a button battery #350 for my watch. The girl told me that they don't carry it. I asked why, because i bought this battery from them before. I got no explanation. What kind of battery store is this? This 350 is sold on Amazon and Ebay. An example of one of many retail establishments surrendering their business to online retailers. Disappointing.
The guy helping was extremely helpful and informative. He assisted me with my online order which we found out was the incorrect battery so he gave me options on batteries that would work with my vehicle.
I received excellent customer service when the truck battery I had purchased a year ago would not hold a charge. When I explained that it was over 2 1/2 hour round-trip from my house to the store, the representative was able to put a replacement battery on hold, and when I brought my battery in with a full charge (Per the recommendation from the representative), they were able to quickly determine that it was defective and eligible for warranty replacement. This saved me from having to make two trips to the store.
This store has pretty much every battery or bulb you might need & the staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My go to when I need batteries or bulbs.
Batteries Plus (Clovis, Ca.) earned more than a 5 Star Google Review. The online buying experience was easy. Pick up in the store was even better. Apparently, I had bought the wrong battery off the website, or there was a better option once I visited the store. The Store Manager took control of the situation, chose the correct battery off the shelf, then swapped the battery in my car for me; this is going ABCD……above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend these guys, no doubt about it.

Visited the Clovis store for replacement batteries for my UPS had exactly what was needed. The person who helped me knew the exact battery I needed without having to look it up. Very friendly and great service will be visiting this place again!
Ordered wrong Battery type, asked for a return next day. The store manager refused to accept a return. Manager got mu phone number and will verify with Vendor if possible to return??, but never call back as promised. At the end of the day, I call the store, they put me on hold for a 15 mins, manager refuse to talk to me, and let me talk with the staff and agreed to return 50% credit. This is a not good customer service, I am not recommend anyone to shop at this sore. Please stay away
Friendly staff, they knew what they were talking about and were very polite. I needed my battery replaced on my iPhone I use it for work everyday, they had it done in less than a hour like promised and for the cheapest price i could find. Definitely recommend this place

Earlier this week I dropped off my very old iPad Air 2 in for a battery replacement. The old one only lasted a couple hours. The service here was fast, only taking a total of a couple hours. Customer service was really good as well. I don’t know if it’s an ongoing deal, but making the appointment online got me a $10 discount. That was nice too.

I was surprised to learn that B&B could replace my iPhone battery which was in desperate need of replacing. I didn't want to send it to Apple so I gave them a shot. Great decision! Booked a same day appointment online which yielded a $10 off coupon. Entire process was about an hour and a half and I was out the door for only $54.... Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Phone and customer are very happy again. Highly recommend!
They were very quick in processing my order and calling me to notify when my online order was ready for pick up. Steven took the time to help me install my car battery while also teaching me how to do it myself. He also went above and beyond by checking my alternator, starter, and battery life. Very helpful. Not only batteries, cell and IPhone repair. And Also will cut automobile keys! They have great gift ideas too, out of the box ideas that when you see you want but not anything would just think of getting. Usually same day repair on phones. We have used them twice and always got them back in an hour or so.
