I went to Auto Zone on shaw & peach I got Exclent service from Aaron L she was kind & so helpful she took time to understand what I needed, she got the rite headlights I needed, She even asked me if I needed help to put them in my car I did not need help with that but I am very glad that she asked me that She was polite an so kind I will always come to this Auto Zone for what I need an hope to be helped By Aaron L, Thank you Aaron L for your kindness.

I got my battery replaced by a sweet girl named Aaron L. on Sunday evening for my Jeep Wrangler. I totally forgot to write a review for her great service! You can definitely she knows what she’s talking about. I will only come to this autozone now because of her! Keep up the great work Aaron! :)

I took in a battery to get charged and left it there for 4 hours. When I returned to pick it up, I was told that it was never charged. This is upsetting because I had to wait even longer and the delay made me have to work on the car in the dark of night.

Today I went to AutoZone at peach/Shaw since I got there costumer service was horrible and very disrespectful Aaron Lope give attitude since I got there, I took my battery to charge to see if it was good or buy a new, I wait 4 hours and 30 min. I went back and she said they didn't charge my battery like they said they would and she still gave me attitude. I feel discriminated by her the reason I say she was discriminating me was because every other person that walked in was white and was getting good treatment and I was the only Mexican person and she was being mean and rude towards me for no reason.

Ethan, the manager there, lacked customer service. I read the good reviews people left him, but it did not live to it’s expectation. His responses were very very veryyy short and NOT helpful at all. His body language looked like he didn’t want to be there!

I was trying to drop off some used oils and was denied twice. I was told that the tank is full, twice in one week. Very disappointed in the customer service and will no longer return as a customer.

Never had any issues with this place until today. The two guys who worked on Sunday January 5th, 2025 at 9 am are BUMS. Zero effort, or customer service skills. The one guy looked like he rolled out of bed. Both declined looking at something on my car to see if they had the part I needed. Unreal. Pay employees more so you can get people who actually do a good job and have respect for what they do.

It was the 1st hot day last week when my mom's battery died. Got a jump to get us to the store. I wish I knew the person's name. But he was so so nice. Popped the hood and confirmed the battery was under warranty. Changed it out, and we were back on the road. This was the best service I have ever gotten for her car. And friendly while doing. That was very appreciated.

I called to check to see if they had a part for my car, I was told they did have the part and how much it would cost and what the warranty was on the part. They even told me if there was a core return for the part. I was told they carried the part but did not have it in stock at this shop. I was told what shops did have it in stock, which was very helpful.

I think Autozone is great there has not been a single time I’ve been to any store and they did not have the part I needed either in stock or at another store in town. I spent around $600 dollars working on a used VW and some of my other cars recently. If I had gone to a shop I would have spent $1200 easy. Customer service is especially great from the morning crew at this location, Sean stands out and he my gratitude. I will always choose this location as my #1 go-to for parts & service.

I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me replace and install my new battery for my truck. After calling Napa, O’Reilly and PepBoys, AUTOZONE was the only one that can provide same day red carpet service. They got me out of there in under 25 minutes, other stores couldn’t do it because it was too “complicated of a job” or I was asked to leave my truck over night. Highly impressed with the quality of service provided by the Manager Jose and Employee Esteban. Definitely my favorite auto parts store and highly recommend to anyone looking for top tier service.

I cannot begin to explain how satisfied I am with this AutoZone store. Long story short, I was broken down out of gas and I was at least a mile away from a pump and I had only 20 dollars to my name. I walked the mile needed a tank so I stopped at this AutoZone which was coincidentally near the gas. The cheapest tank they had was 20. Fml. But the store manager Rob G was so kind and he grabbed some empty bottles out the back so I can put the full 20. Wow that's crazy selflessness. Juan, is good guy and great at his job. He helped me with a service that AutoZone doesn't even do. He took time out of his day to help me with my brake issue. If you go into AutoZone ask for Juan. The guys at the Fig Garden Loop AutoZone are also very knowledgeable. 5 out of 5 for Juan. 5 out of 5 for the entire staff at the Fig Garden Loop location. Good group of guys!

I went there this afternoon to ask for help with my dash light reading maintenance. A caucasian woman who looked like in her 30's signaled me over to her to see what I needed. She was rude, inconsiderate, cold in her "help". She just blatantly says with her loud, stern voice (ugh) that it will be a wait because a customer is using the gadget. She gave me instructions on using the gadget for dash light like she was reading the Miranda Rights. No smile, do you need any more help, not a thank you....I will NOT want her "help" again! I will go to one of the other courteous employees there for help.

By far the worst experience ever. I went in for a battery replacement and all of the employees including the manager seemed so unknowledgeable and had no eagerness to help me. After my battery was replaced my car was having trouble maintaining its charge and died. The manager refused to even take a look at it and said "why would I take a look at it?" Thanks for nothing.

Customer service representative was Very helpful!! My battery was giving me a problem and was still under warranty, he took time finding my info. On computer and got me a new battery, put it in!! Completed the warranty paper work in a very timely manner! No stress, I was Already on overload he helped to make this go very smooth. I'm very impressed, I wish I knew his name to thank him! Robert was awesome, quick and efficient. We were literally there for 10 minutes. I am thankful for his professional services. We looked at the big box store, the website said they had the battery we needed in stock. Drove all the way there to find out the website was wrong. Thank goodness this AutoZone is so close. We called, we talked to a real person, and we were there in two minutes. Done in less than 10 minutes. We highly recommend this AutoZone

I had to Return an item. It was something they only had one style and it didn't work for my car. I still had the package and receipt and there were no questions asked as they rang it back in and gave me my money back. There are usually at least two employees so they give very good service at this Clovis store.
