Stopped by to buy a new battery and asked if I was able to get some help to swap it out. Daniel J was very helpful in doing so and very informative as well. He didn't take long at all to change it out. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, and he genuinely seems like he enjoys helping people. I wish there were more people with his character in this world.

Just left and one employee tried to fight me. Two employees were in their personal vehicle and sped around a blind corner in the parking lot and tried to drift and made me and another vehicle stop. They got out and ran into Autozone, so I walked in and asked, "where are the two employees who just came in?" that's when I was greeted by a different employee who started yelling and cussing in front of all the customers in the store and tried fighting me as I was walking out of the store, pretending to be held back by his coworker.

Daniel was very helpful in installing my new third brake light bulb. The old bulb was really stuck in there and removing it was much harder then YouTube videos made it seem. Daniel had the old bulb out and the new one in in less then 5 minutes. Very happy with my service.

My break light bulb went out and since I have no idea how to replace it I decided to go into the nearest auto store and it happened to be this Auto Zone. I received excellent service from Andrew. He kindly took care of everything, even installing the new bulb for me at no extra cost. You don't know how much that helped me! I will definitely come back to this AZ in the future!

Akaash is very outgoing, friendly and helpful. He ordered very hard to find auto parts and then installed my granddaughters windshield wipers as a courtesy. Akaash is tops in my book, go see him, he will take care of you.

Andrew s at auto zone in clovis off Ashlan and Fowler is the absolute best guy ever! I came in with a check engine light on. He was super quick with getting the error code and found out that it was the mass air flow sensor in the old Nissan 2012. He got me a new part and even installed it for me. Someone give this Man, a raise! Best customer service I’ve had in years. Truly amazing. Thank you Andrew and I hope you see my review!

The manager Mike was amazing. I had issues with replacing my battery. Mike not only helped me diagnose my issue, he ensured I was 100% set before I left. He went way above and beyond the normal level of service. I will never buy auto parts from anywhere else. Customer for life thanks to Mike.

I would like to Thank Daniel J for his wonderful help this afternoon. He went above and beyond. He took out my car battery and replaced the new one. It was a difficult one, due that the battery was under the seat and my car was parked by the EECU ATM as well. Thank you so much Daniel I really appreciate it especially with this hot weather.

Worker was too lazy to charge my battery and made me get a new one. The new battery died the same day and they refused to accept a refund. Never going to an AutoZone again.

The short chubby lady with black hair was pretty rude. She didn't seem to care about our needs. She had some attitude and a negative tone and wanted to rush us out of the store. Unfortunately, this is why I don't shop here anymore. I have never had issues with the male workers. Customer service matters, especially when I am spending over $300 on parts. Go to another Autozone or even Oreillys.

I enjoyed this visit thanks to the help and kindnness of a young man named Hudson. The whole store of employees were friendly and very helpful. As i write this Hudson is kindly helping another customer. Its nice to have friendly employees that genuinely like their job and helping.

TEN OUT OF TEN. Left a different Autozone annoyed, frustrated, and without a solution. Nathan, Sean, and their Manager went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and that the items were correct. Excellent customer service.

Richie is literally the best! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by him and he asked if I needed any help, which I definitely did, I know nothing about car parts and all that but I did know I needed a new air filter for my Honda so I asked him for one. Richie also asked if I needed the air filter behind my glove box, which I was shocked by because I didn’t even know my car had a second air filter?? After telling him my lack of knowledge on the second one he didn’t even hesitate asking if I’d like for him to not only put it in for me but also show me where/how to install it myself so I know next time. Less than 5 minutes after taking up on Richie’s offer he did exactly that and I didn’t feel judged at all while he educated me about the process. Definitely coming back to only this Autozone from now on because of this experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tisha, the manager of this place, absolutely took care of me. She didn’t even have to change my battery that was out of warranty but did anyway! She also called other stores for me to get my exact product. She went above and beyond. I cannot remember the last time I’ve had a customer service interaction like this and I will never forget the solid she did for me!

This Autozone in Clovis on Ashlan/Fowler has the nicest staff I've come in contact with these days. If only customer service was like that everywhere. Very helpful and accommodating. They even helped me with my windshield wipers, and I had no idea how to replace them! I will always go to this Autozone no matter where I am at the time.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Fowler & Ashlan store today and I owe it all to CiCi. She was awesome. She went above and beyond and was happy to help. Seriously the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. I can’t say it enough how happy I am with my experience and will be going here for all of my auto parts needs.

Staff are always helpful. The female staff last Tuesday evening (15 minutes before closing) did a great job. She replaced our wiper in less than 2 minutes. Superb customer service.

I came in in a pretty rotten mood, since my battery had died earlier that morning and made me late for work. Martha immediately greeted me when I came in, and her cheerful attitude was so infectious, I couldn't stay grumpy if I tried. She got to work right away testing my battery, finding the best replacement and the best price, and then she and Jose even changed it out for me. They were so fast, that I was even able to make a meeting I was sure I was going to have to miss. The OUTSTANDING customer service here, as usual, keeps me coming back! Thank you!

Such a great store and nice to have so close to home. Has the essentials for diy car care. We were at a bit of a loss on what to buy to start self cleaning our recently acquired 2012 Corvette. Richie X was a huge help in getting us set up with everything we needed and provided good product recommendations based on his own experience. We will be back

Jeez. Stood in line 15 minutes. Staff never looked up, never addressed anybody in line stating that they were working to try to get to us or anything. Staff look young and had ZERO personality. Very meek talking to the customers. It's a shame how young people are terrified to talk to strangers when you have five grown men waiting in line for over 15 minutes. Customer service needs an upgrade here.
