Asked for a new battery. Guy tells me my alternator is bad and to start with that. Got the $700 alternator but decided to get a battery from another shop and put it in myself. Alternator is fine so I returned it but caused me a bunch of hassle for no reason. Just trying to sell me a $700 part I guess. Dishonest lazy untrustworthy auto store.

Steve was quick & Knowledgeable. He even helped me install my windshield wipers without even asking, he saw me having some difficulty doing it.

First major rain of the season and I needed new wipes. Jared easily found which size I needed, recommended which ones, and then offered to help if needed. Well, I needed help lol. Jared came out and installed my new wipers in less than three minutes.

Steve the assistant manager should be FIRED. I tried to exchange a simple car battery under warranty and the run around with this guy was absurd. Be very wary of him.

I've lived in 6 states, from east to west and and seen my fair share of DIY auto repair stores (chain and local).
This is the cleanest and most organized one I've come across. Even better, the staff are welcoming, courteous and helpful.

Today, my wife and I came to this location needing a new battery for our hybrid vehicle and were unsure of what type of battery we needed. A gentleman by the name of Jordan was very helpful and provided exceptionable customer service. Other locations did not treat us like this. He answered all questions we had and even empathize with our situation, testing our vehicle battery without us having to ask, He also had no problem installing the new one while wearing a warm smile the entire time. The agent at the store was very knowledgeable and provided me with the best motorcycle battery for a dead replacement. I had no idea on which one would be a better replacement. The battery needed to be perfect for the size too as bikes have limited space and this one worked really well. Highly recommend this store for auto parts.

Was is last week when a Young Kid with and Orielly auto Uniform was at the front counter. I walked up to him for help, He looked at me and walked away. Another employee came to help me. I asked why that kid walked away from me, they said its Charles son. Don't hire family unless they want to work, just saying. Makes you guys look bad when a employee walks away from Customers regardless if he is bosses kid

Most of the guuyd in there are duper helpful. I've never had any problems with them and able to make conversations with them. However, there is an older Asian male that gave me the wrong item. I asked if they sell any grease (gray grease high temperature paste). He told me no and gave me a liquid lubrication for crankshafts and crankshafts. I told him it has to be the grey grease paste and asked if he could help me look for it. He simply told me they don't carry it. I told him "fine. I'll go look somewhere else." I called the oriley on Herndon/Clovis and they said they do carry it with different brands. This just tells me the old Asian guy just didn't want to help me out. He looked annoyed too.

I’m giving two stars because they did help me BUT were so rude about it. A couple weeks ago I called in at 7:30 AM to ask a simple question and instantly got an attitude dry response. I figured whatever and drove over, both men gave dry irritated answers when I asked about a product. Looked very unhappy to be there, or help out. I get it’s a job but come on.

They were very helpful. My car was overheating and one of the employees came out and showed me where the coolant reservoir was. It was empty so he showed me what I needed to buy. Very helpful and friendly.

FYI, their return policy sucks!!! Oreilly's and Autozone is like comparing Lowe's to Home Depot. One instance they gave the customer the wrong rotor. I drove down there to get the right rear rotor (not front) and it was $3 more. They wanted to charge me that extra $3 until I told the manager that was your guy's mistake. Another time I bought an oil filter wrench with credit card. I didn't have the original package so they wouldn't allow me to return it. Many, many other times they were just so cheap and stingy that i just avoid them when possible. I hate when certain companies become the monopoly but O'Reilly's and Napa need to go out of business.

Just needed some new lights for my daughter's car. I had her go in and ask the salesperson for a specific light. He provided helpful information by describing how the different lights work and allowed my daughter to decide what was best for her.
It was nice that he recognized that I was a dad just making sure my daughter knew how to navigate a parts store. It was a good experience for her.Feb 15, 2024 -
I was immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member who asked me what I needed. I explained that I needed to replace my headlight bulb, and he immediately took me to the right section of the store. He helped me find the right bulb for my car and even installed it for me. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Jared was a pro in installing my headlight bulb and Mathew helped me find the right one..Thank you so much for all your help

I needed a part the young lady on the phone was courteous and kind she actually listened to what I had to say told me the price set it on the counter so it would be waiting for me when I got there this is the way it used to be when we had customer service maybe this is a glimmer of hope that it may be returning she was an excellent customer service representative I don't remember her name she was a Latina female not real common to work the parts counter so I'm sure you know who she is Mr manager O'Reilly has taken over Kragen stores and I am kind of mixed on that some of the brands and things that had lifetime warranties I'm not even sure if they honor I guess it's irrelevant now but the service here was excellent and I would go back thanks to one young lady who actually seems to care.8

oh my gosh, everyone here was so nice, especially the store manager George! I needed my battery replaced and he really helped me out. and one of the girls (i didn't get her name) was so helpful and tested my alternator and found that was the problem with my vehicle. :))

I called to check if wipers for my car were in stock as they were out at the other places. So three stars for being stocked.
The price for two wipers would have been over $55. Now this was for a little domestic car not some fancy import! But okay I'll pay ...however when I asked about installation the person on the phone says "we'll try".
Now I don't know about you but if an employee of an auto part store can't get wipers on I'm not sure I could get them on myself. So I said this to him and his reply was "well sometimes they're hard to install"
Now why I would pay over $50 for two wipers that can't be installed is beyond me... So I did not purchase from this establishment. I'll continue to try to find somewhere that has stock but most importantly that can install them for meJan 07, 2021 -
I go to O'Reilly's for all my auto parts. They have always treated me right. Today I went in for a battery and Jason helped me out. Great help and personality. The best customer service I have received in a long time. Thanks again bud!

Well stocked, friendly employees, quick service. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Only had a $100 bill and was in a hurry and Steve, the manager, was super friendly and helpful with me even though I was discombobullated and in a rush. Definitely will return!

Michael was great at replacing my battery. He was professional, courteous, helpful and genuinely kind. I originally arrived to the other Clovis location on Herndon. They were rude. Even though it was only 6pm and no one was in the store, other than another employee, he said he wouldn’t have time to change my battery tonight even though they closed at 9. This was after I explained my battery left me stranded.

I have run over to this place several times in need of parts. They are always helpful and well stocked. I have never had to wander around the store trying to figure something out. I have gotten some good deals on supplies for oil changes.
