Special shout out to Katheleen she changed my engine & cabin air filters for me . I was trying to take my glove box apart. Turns out this cabin air filter is located under the hood. Their employees went above and beyond for me on Easter Sunday. Even while short staffed, they made time for my battery and electrical issues. Their kindness and helpful spirit is contagious. While being helped by them, another stranded customer came into the store. Their vehicle was dead 2 parking lots over. And while company policy would not let them tend to the car that far away, I happily helped the customer get his vehicle to O’Reilly’s to get the assistance needed. I will be a loyal customer going forward.
Store doesn't close until 9pm, came to the store roughly between 7:50pm - 8:00pm on 02/23/25 and doors are locked with lights on. Called, and there is no answer. Witnessed a few other people who tried to walk in, but due to doors being locked and seeing that no worker was inside, they left. All this happened around 8:20pm.
We went in bc our key fob was not locking our car doors. Lewis the mgr came out to the car to check our car battery, realized it was an easy, inexpensive fix. Put new batteries in the key fob.
Lewis was extremely, professional, friendly and very accommodating.

The staff was very nice to me and my Mom and sister the cashier guy let us stay inside during the heat while we where waiting for my dad to pick us up the guy also gave us cold water with ice cubes in it God bless that person

A good friend of mine pulled a big mistake and put his wallet on the hood of his truck and pulled out of the driveway.. , we had no idea where the wallet fell off, we figured it was scattered along Barstow. But the next day, in his mailbox there were most of his missing items. He was asleep and no one saw who dropped the items off. We were still missing his wallet itself, that had a 5.00 bill in it and his driver's licence and a credit card missing. The following day after, lo and behold, it was in his mailbox, including the 5.00! But this time a neighbor spotted the honest person ( business) that dropped it off, our deepest gratitude O"Reilly's, I hope you know that the time you took to deliver was so much appreciated, you saved him so much time, money and stress of replacing everything. Even more applause for the honesty! You've shown there are still decent people on this earth, especially in Clovis! Thank you!
So I’m a new driver and just got my first car, I came in one day to get coolant for my vehicle and I was under the impression I needed a certain brand but the man at the counter gave me a ton of great information and I Learned a lot and he was very nice. I liked the customer service so much I came back 3 days later because I needed brake fluid and once again the customer service was amazing.
I highly recommend coming here if you need anything for your vehicle whether it be for parts or knowledge this is the place to go. They have my business for years to come
Went in there to get a code read, The Manager helped me, He was very friendly and he knew what he was doing, he explained the VeriScan in detail for me. Store looked nice and clean.
Super helpful and nice! My car stalled in the middle of the street so I brought it to them they tested my battery and it was bad. My ford focus battery is difficult to get to but Chor helped to change it anyway! I really appreciated the help since I have work! lifesaver!

The people that work here are RUDE. They treated us like we were stupid. My son is a diesel technician! The way we were talked to was uncalled for and they have forever lost our business.

Needed a new battery for my car. Husband and I stopped by O'Reilly's on Shaw & Clovis one day after work this week. It was a little busy as every rep was already helping a customer when we arrived, but they helped everyone in a timely manner and it wasn't long before it was our turn. A nice rep named Chor helped us. He quickly found the battery we needed and even though my husband said he was going to change it out himself, Chor pointed out that they can switch out your car battery free of charge and that it would save us from taking another trip to discard our old battery. We thought it'd be a great help to us and in 100+ degree heat, Chor changed out our battery and the car started with no problems. The rep we worked with was knowledgable, friendly, and worked quickly. This is not our first time having a good experience at this O'Reilly's. Thanks to the Shaw & Clovis team for another great visit.
Employees seemed helpful and friendly. Store is well laid out and they have a large variety of assorted products. Best to compare prices with other retailers. It’s crazy how much things cost these days at any auto parts chain. I got some Lucas fuel additive on sale and saved $3 each.
Great place to have your windshield wipers replaced. Multiple brands and prices available, all installed for FREE. Service was quick and professional. Will definitely make this my "go to" shop for blade replacements.
Went here to get my battery charged. It was free and included a check on the health of the battery. The staff was super nice and helpful. I do recommend this location and will be going back here in the future.
Went to 2 different hardware stores for screws, and purchased what was supposed to fix my detached front spoiler and wheelwell with no success. Then went to O'Reilly Auto Parts where I was so proud as a woman who does her own repairs to be assisted by a young woman that knew exactly what I needed.
I would give 6 stars if google would allow it. Gino was the most helpful when I came in the other day. He not only helped me find the issue I was having, but also offered to install a few of the parts that I had purchased at no additional cost. Although they were a little busy, I never felt rushed or that my issues were not important to Gino. Thank you so much for your help!
I took a shot and went in there today to see if someone could help me change my rearview mirror, since I could not get the original one off if my life depended on it. I REALLY wish I remembered the name of the man who helped me because he was awesome! He went to my car with me and changed my mirror pretty fast. (I offered to pay him and he declined.)
I will ALWAYS go to that store when I need ANYTHING for my car. That kind of customer service is worth loyalty. I hope he sees this review and remembers his good deed, today, because I am SO grateful for his help! Something that simple made such a huge impression. You won't regret giving them your business. Very friendly & extremely helpful staff at this location! I had a bulb on my blinker go out. Had no idea what was wrong, just knew that it wasnt working anymore. Brought my car in & Gino, their car specialist helped me. He came out and looked at my car to see what was wrong, got me the right bulb after assessing that it was my bulb burnt out, and even helped me install it into my car all free of charge! He went above and beyond to help me when he simply didnt have to. Very kind and helpful staff here, i HIGHLY reccommend it!
Ordered me the wrong parts. Didnt listen to a word i said that would've made it obvious she was ordering the wrong parts. Didnt tell me they dont sell the parts i actually needed to complete the repairs. Next guy was rude on the phone and in store. Seemed SOOOOOOO excited to have a job.
The older gentleman tried to be helpful while i was there but they didnt have exactly what i was looking for which is ok. He was nice. Never had a problem with oreillys but will never go to this one again.
