This is the worst towing company ever. The owner Jeff lacks communication skills and is very rude over the phone. Just call yourself and you will know exactly what I am talking about. His reviews speak loud on this business. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating customers with such disrespect and that’s how you feed your family.
Feb 1st 10:01am, over heard this older gentleman scream and verbal assault this younger gentleman; something with “cut finger” while working on the side of the building. No leadership in business should act this way

Bought a car from them, no engine light on. Asked for the smog papers, he says he does the have them "but i dont see why it wouldn't pass, there's no engine light on." Took that car to get smogged, needed new catalytic converters 🤦🏼♀️ Wish I would've read a few reviews first because we got ripped. Put more money into the car than we bought it for.
The owner sold me a broken truck. I took it on his word. He told me that it was a good strong running truck he said. It had a knocking sound no reverse ect. Didn't know there still people like him. Scamming. How is transmission problems electrical problems knocking in the engine a great running truck. I get that it runs but for how long I can't even turn it on its knocking so hard. It's really messed up took me a long time to save up that money. I really needed a decent work truck. I don't even care about all the body damage so long as it ran good. You know how sad I was bro. I was 6 months sober took my first drink yesterday because I couldn't take it. I make 500 a week have 6 kids. You looked like a truthful person man . You know how bad I feel.
I called this location for a tow service inquiry due to a flat tire on my dad's car. The interaction with the person who answered the phone was extremely unpleasant. Despite providing clear information about the location of car and our residence, the individual was unhelpful and dismissive. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, leading me to seek assistance from another towing company. It is important for a business to maintain professionalism and treat all customers with respect.
I recommend taking your money somewhere else. Don’t give this company your time when you’re going through a stressful event already.
Really nice people and were very courteous and helpful. My friend had gotten into a little Fender bender. They helped her through every process and they struck up a conversation with me while I was waiting for them.
Worst place ever. My wife's vehicle was towed here and their obese driver broke our seat. We told them about it immediately and they refused to take responsibility. They tried intimidating my wife with 3 large men
Great place I was expecting the usual BS like every other lot but instead I was greeted when I walked in, I said I was there to pick up my car he made a quick 2min call and 20min later I was off in my car. Staff is great, thanks!

My car was stolen a year ago. I was notified by TIP towing that my vehicle was in there possession. They worked with me negotiated a reasonable price and recovered my car.
Friendly guy, very blunt though. I can see how people can take it for rude, but honestly hes just doing his job and theres legal things he cant just do. Theres a reason your car is there and its not always a good one.
This business is run by sleazy scumbags that gouge prices and are completely uncooperative. If you ever have the misfortune of ever having your vehicle towed by them, just buy yourself a new car and save yourself a headache.
He charged me an extra open gate fee of 119$ for thinking we were on our way and having to wait for us even though we didn’t say we were coming. He was mean and rude over the phone. Anyway had a really bad experience.

I've baught 5 cars from this place. My most recent was sold to me with a stolen licence plate on it. As a result I was pulled over and arrested and spent the night in jail.there paperwork wasnt even filled out and never as

I had to have my car towed multiple times and used tips towing and I've never had a problem with these guys. They are very professional they get the job done they do it well never had one problem and they were always there when I needed them. For the ones that get their car towed by tips towing and are bashing them, if you don't have car insurance or pay your tags on your car, yeah it's going to be taken and the police do use them for that purpose get over it pay your damn bills.
This business IS NOT LICENSED OR INSURED!!! A strap broke while towing my tool box about 5 miles. It broke the wheels off of a 6k tool box. I asked for Jeff (the owner) to repair it. He required me to get the box to him. If I could have moved the box myself, I wouldn't have needed a tow in the first place.Jeff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to make an agreement, at my own expense, and he still would not approve. Now I have a broken 6k tool box because of old and unsuspected equipment. Never do business here.

My husband's truck got towed. He called they gave him 1 price I called and gave me a price at least least $75 more. When you ask for additional information the guy Jeff is rude. There was a "women" in the background just laughing. Rude and disrespectful all the way through the process.

I bought a Lien from Jeff and he was straight up honest about the cars to choose from. Really helped me out after I was stuck without a car when I needed one. Everyone I've dealt with there has been great. Love my new car. Drives great and much better than my previous car. Just needs a coat of purple paint😉

All the people that are bad talking tips automotive are ignorant jerks that have no drivers license,no insurance,and are not capable of maintaining a vehicle legally.These people have all had their car impounded due to a lack of responsibility. Tips complete automotive provides a great service and will be happy to do business with them again
Owner was very rude and a joke. They are money hungry and give every excuse to rip people off. There are so many other companies that treat people humane.
This place works for the police state. They can actually take what belongs to a person and sell it. Great to live in America, where the police state runs the show. If you think you have rights, think again. Tips, owned by local police, managed by local police, the owners work for the police, and are controlled by them.
