Customer service rep communicated with me what to expect and followed up with updates. My vehicle was picked up, payment was made and the transaction was easy.
Don't know too much about this company. I'm in Central Coast, California, found them on Google, gave them a call. They didn't give me a whole lot of money for my car but I'm giving them five stats because they kept my tow truck driver accountable to arrive on time with cash on hand. Usually companies perform well when they're first starting out & tend to decline once they become a fixture in peoples' radar, I hope this does not become the case with this company, because they did well for me today.
Had no issues everything was done professionally and on time. Also was able to negotiate price before pickup. A+ service just be honest about your vehicle's issues.
They called me back fast, did everything over the phone, and the tow truck was on time and handled everything. The amount was lower than I wanted, but the speed made it worth it
He wouldn't give me any info on what they would pay for my car. I asked for some kind of pricing just to see the worth and he said I can call back later.. If this isn't a scam idk what is.. Horrible customer service!
They were awesome. Came on time, paid me right away, and took care of everything quickly even though the battery was dead and the tires were rotting. Would definitely call them again!
We called Friday to get a old car towed. They made arrangements for Tuesday & said from 8am-12pm. At 11am my husband called to see if they were coming soon & they said they supposedly contacted my husband & didn’t get a response. This was a lie because my husband was literally glued to his phone & never received a call.
They said they could schedule it another day & we said no, my husband took the day off work to literally be here when they come. They then said they could come from 12pm-5pm. At 3:30pm they said they were 20mins away & then called & said their town truck broke down so they have to come another day. We canceled it completely. Such a waste of our day.
Really great service. Was quick, easy, and professional. We had an old car we needed to sell. Super easy to get the offer, accept it, and schedule the pickup. The pickup guys came same day and gave us cash for the agreed upon amount. Surprisingly easy.
Very easy process and received almost 3x the amount than that of another company. Everything was completed quickly and painlessly. There was no cost for me to have the vehicle towed and they made accommodations for me so I did not have to be present for the tow truck.
Asked for information from local junk car buyers and received no response. One place I was able to call said they would not buy my car but take it only as a donation when I had called a week before and they had offered me $150 for it. This place I found online, put in my info they called back within an hour and picked up my car with a check for me the next day. I even got more than what the other place offered.
So nice to experience customer service this day and age, that rarely exists anymore! A+++++++++++++!

Had a great experience with this company! They were in constant communication with me and came when promised. The tow truck driver even called me in advance with his ETA so I would not be waiting around for him to arrive !They even take care of DMV Paperwork to save me the hassle.
I was so happy that I found them online I needed to get rid of a 1998 Avalon that didn't run and I call several other places and they told me that they were not interested in the car because it was too old and I didn't have the title but thanks to Junk Car Zone they offered me $105 and they came and picked my car up and it was such a blessing and a shot out to Kevin he was so nice and a man of his word THANKS BUDDY!!! This was the most pleasant experience given the circumstances. Kevin fit me into a tight schedule and the tow truck driver went above and beyond to remove my car which was on an upper floor of a parking structure and would not start. I am not sure whether or not I got as much cash as maybe I should have, but I have zero stress!!!!.....THANKS

My daughter’s high mileage car broke down and had too many problems to be worth fixing. We needed it removed. Donation sites were a hassle and would take far too long to remove from the repair shop who needed the space. We made all arrangements and got the car removed and a reasonable scrap value within a couple of business days. Easy process and problem solved.

The tow truck arrived earlier than expected which worked out for me that morning. He was also nice guy to wait extra 10 minutes while he also helped me clear the items in my car out. I was looking online for a place to buy my old vehicle and came across this one. Great communication and helped me by answering all my questions. Came when they said they would be here day and time and they did an awesome job. My van needed to be jumped to turn on so I couldn't get anything out until they started my car because of my vans sliding doors and they waited patiently for me to do so. Highly recommend them.
I'm giving them 5 stars because they were able to work with me and my busy time schedule and not rush me or give me any hassle. Once we got to my car I was getting rid of they were super fast and gave me my cash and went on with no problems.
