2025 GONA was a great success and we appreciate Camp Sierra for holding our community teens and families comfortably! I highly recommend Camp Sierra for your community and/or family events
It's more of a retreat center that groups can book to use the facilities, with a cook to provide meals if you choose to use the big dining hall. Can do groups 50-150. Smaller groups can also book the few cabins available on Airbnb. It's great for a day trip too! Potholes trail (about 20 min) takes you to some natural swimming holes and rock slides. In camp there is a "swimming hole" that unfortunately at the time of writing has filled in with sand from the above stream mountains. But perfect as a wading pool for Littles and lovely to put a chair in and soak your feet in the cold water, lots of shade. There's also Slippery Slides just down stream from the swimming hole, access from the road a small trail with a little wooden sign. Very serene location between Shaver and Huntington!
