Staff is always very helpful and the store has most of the parts I need for minor and intermediate maintenance for my trucks.

Pat at the desk can source any part you need and tell in short order if they cant. Good parts guys are far and few. Nice to see there are still a few.

Went in to buy replacement light bulds. One of staff went over the choices and options. Very helpful

4 stars for having the parts, I took one star off for how condescending the young chap was. Funny how nice they are to the young lady who was visiting at the same time. Kinda raging hormones while watching racing while helping me. Not so good at multitasking as they give themselves credit for, but if I would simply wait until he asked which side it was before I told him, he would listen.

This place is not the cheapest, but this place carries the weird odd parts like bolts. Also they can look for gaskets by comparison. Basically, if you have an odd part, they will have it. I had a custom exhaust flange and no one had the gasket, except these guys. Customer service was by far the best.

Never have a problem, staff is always friendly and helpful, spending the extra dollar for parts is worth it based on quality alone

They have the parts I need usually, many of the workers are off putting, acting like I am wasting their time. Some of the workers are great!

While they won't help install the battery on a vehicle they will let you borrow tools if need comes to must have. I was replacing my battery as I didn't have all the tools required. Upon installing my replacement battery the nut on the bolt to the fastener broke. The employee James went the extra mile to help me out. Going as far as opening a kit and claiming it for store use just so I could have a nut that fit the bolt that busted off. He even helped me get the jammed bolt. The biggest thing was he didn't charge me for the replacement bolt and nut and appeared to be genuinely happy to assist me. I will be coming to store if I need tools or parts again!

Relatively inexpensive as far as auto parts stores go, but more importantly consistently great customer service.

This place is is great! They opened the store and helped customers during a snow storm and while the power was out. Even loaned a couple of tools to replace my daughters alternator in the parking lot.

Excellent staff very helpful. Had what I needed and knew exactly where it was in the store.

Its convenient but they dont have enough staff, half of them are new and dont know much.

Helpful, busy for a Monday. Slightly more expensive than other stores in the area, but closest to me so worth the convenience.

Lamar, at napa was such an amazing help! We had an accidental emergancy with our vehicle and we needed a few parts asap, he was about to close and he got everything we needed fast with no issues! He was a wonderful help! Thank you Lamar!

This location is big enough to stock a broad range of parts. I can usually go there and they have parts in stock for my 78 Jeep as well as 67 mustang. If not and I need it that day they direct me to another location close by who has it. Like most auto parts stores they have guys who know cars, and guys who know how to look stuff up. If you want advice need to get the right guy.

I went here to get some things including tire chains it was a little bit busy however I had a great experience the employees were knowledgeable and helpful and I would definitely recommend checking them out.

The old guy was smoking while standing right in the doorway. I could smell the smoke everywhere in the store. And then some lady employee came in that door and was flirting with one of the customers at the counter. Very unprofessional.

Best auto parts store around. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and most things are in stock or next day pickup.

What you'd expect from a parts store. Some are more friendly and helpful than others but it isn't like people go here for hospitality. We go for parts and they have parts.

Staff is not very friendly or helpful and the prices are pretty outrageous. I do find their store brand parts to be higher quality than competitors.

Well, I brought them a set of premium plug wires which were under a lifetime guarantee, the wires had cracked and broken in 3 different places, the mid to late 20's customer service rep greeted me like he was pissed off to begin with, i asked him to replace the wires and he told me that he wont replace them, that i would haft to come back later and speak with another individual. Keep in mind this guy was not clean cut and seemed like he was either really high or had just woken up. This is not customer service. I went to Autozone off Cameron park drive with another set of plug wires, and had no issue exchanging them, didn't even have a receipt. They just swapped em out and gave me a new receipt. The gentlemen smiled and said have a great day. I wont be taking my business to that Napa Auto Parts again.
