I had the pleasure of having Bash pick up my son‘s car and tow it to the shop. With situations like car problems most of the time people have a difficult go of it. Bash was so great and very polite. He went above and beyond and made sure that everything was taken care of. I will definitely be using them again.
Though the driver was polite, he failed to show me the documents that I was signing prior to signing them until I said I needed to see the print. Upon drop off, I was told I was signing because he dropped off the car. I'm later sent an inaccurate bill and because the dispatcher, Amin, either doesn't understand English or is just an unprofessional jerk, he starts yelling at me and threatening to impound my car over $137. Unbelievable.
In response to the owner; I began the review complimenting the driver. At no point did I insult Amin during our call. He started yelling at me because he couldn't answer my questions, then he very clearly threatened to impound my vehicle. Based upon our interaction, he's probably someone who doesn't respect women and feels he's entitled to speak anyway towards us.

To threaten me over $137, when all I requested was clarification of the charges, is insane. If the business is struggling that badly it may be time to close the doors.
United Towing Placerville and the owner A.J. provided timely, professional and affordable service to recover a vehicle for my business that other tow companies wouldn't bother touching. Within a few days time A.J and his awesome team of drivers were able to locate and recover what remained of an SUV that had gone off the road some 600 feet down a steep mountain side. I would absolutely recommend their towing and recovery services to anyone regardless of how complicated your towing needs may be. I l look forward to doing business with them again.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this towing company. After being told a truck would arrive in 1 hr minutes, I ended up waiting over 2 hours with zero updates. When I called for a status check, I was met with rude and dismissive customer service that showed no concern for the delay or my safety. No apology, no explanation—just attitude.
If you’re looking for reliability, respect, or even the bare minimum of professionalism—look elsewhere. I would never recommend this company.
These guys are life savers. I got stuck on a divider. (I didn't see it) and the truck driver, I think it was Andrew was a pro by maneuvering and getting the car back on the street without a single scratch on my vehicle. Thank you guys, you are awesome!
My mom and I got stranded last Sunday on the way to an event. Vincent rescued us while we were stranded on the highway and was incredibly professional and polite from start to finish. He made sure we were safely in the towing vehicle and even gave us some helpful tips on what to do should something happen again in the future. We didn't even wait an hour before being assisted and we couldn't be more grateful for the help. The vehicle was safely delivered to the repair shop and treated with the utmost care. I would absolutely use this towing service again, but I hope I never have to!!!
My tired popped in a parking lot. Joe was quick and went above and beyond to make sure my car was delivered to the repair shop safely! I barely had to wait for him to show up, which was a relief as I’ve had past tows that took three hours to arrive. Highly recommended!
My car wouldn’t start and I needed a tow to my mechanic. I used my Liberty Mutual Roadside app and they said the tow truck would be there in 90-120 minutes. Joey from United Towing showed up in about 30 minutes. He was friendly, handled my steep driveway with ease, and had my car secured and ready to go in no time. Avoid this company at all costs!!! I had my tesla with brand new tires towed on Friday, 12/22 to the Tesla service center. When the car arrived at the service center Tesla sent me pictures of the left read tire that had a gash in the sidewall. I immediately contacted United Towing with pictures of the damage as well as pictures of the Tesla on the tow truck. I already paid $308 for the new tire replacement and United Towing is refusing to reimburse me. Claiming it wasn't their fault!!! When I gave pushback that it was their fault and they need to reimburse me, the guy on the phone started yelling and cussing me out saying, "I'm a cheapskate and he hopes I need service again so he can leave me stranded...... If at all possible, please find another tow company.... This one is horrible....
AAA screwed us with a 4 hour wait at our total eval shop with no updates on a pre scheduled pickup an hour from home. All this after numerous delays and their attempted underbid on our insurance claim (several "accidentally" missing features from our eval). We canceled our tow 30 mins before the shop closed as AAA: "couldn't find a truck, probably till tmw".
United saved us today! They got to us within an hour with updates and little notice. Reasonable price, great driver, great service. UNITED gets our $, AAA gets my A$$.
Amazing service!!! Our car broke down and we were stuck in snow at emigrant gap and they towed us all the way to Verdi, NV. They’re really helpful and welcoming individuals! A.J and his. Crew were amazing! Highly recommended!!!
