Called and got quoted 85 dollars when the person claimed that I had to Zelle them 225 dollars. Called the company on the spot and the person I spoke with guaranteed me that my card would only be charged 85 but it was charged 225. I called for a week trying to get help but all I got was rude customer service like spending a long time on hold and being transferred to people after people. I was told every time someone would get back to me but never happened. Don’t do service with this greedy and dishonest business.
They will most likely delete this but I will keep leaving my honest reviews.

Jonathan was SO helpful. I called three people and he was the only one who came and for such a reasonable price. As a young woman It can be super scary calling someone and with cars we typically get overcharged but he was so helpful and explained everything he was doing and I felt super safe and comfortable the whole time. Thank you so much Jonathan!!! I would totally recommend. Came within 20 minutes too.
Guy at 10-4 tow was great! He came on time and finished the job FAST! Good communication from the start and even gave me a heads up of how far out he was. I will use his services again if I have to.
AAA failed me (once again) and never arrived after I blew out a tire and had a frozen lug-nut. Called this company and they were responsive and had great communication, truck arrived in around one hour (after waiting several hours for AAA to no avail). Jonathan was my tow driver and he was excellent, even putting the key into the mechanic drop off slot for me so I could go home.

Don't ask, but lost my keys. I had to have the car towed, both my wife and I were at work, and well, it was a frickin mess. The person at the front desk was amazing and supportive. Ben, the driver kept me updated through the whole process. He was awesome as well! Thanks for making this PITA less so.

Very fair and honest people, not trying to take advantage of people like most of the other tow companies out there. Very competent, professional, easy going and very considerate of peoples time. I highly recommend them. These guys have a perfect 5 stars across their reviews for good reason.
Absolute best tow company i’ve worked with. Had my car stuck at a dealership for a month and they could not fix the car so i had to tow it out of there because the car was stuck in park and the hydraulic suspension had lost all the pressure which made the car very low to the ground. We called Lee at 10-4 tow who got in touch with his tow operator named Guy and he had the car up and out of there in 15 minutes. Numerous other tow companies would not tow the car due to the car being so low. 10-4 tows pricing was very affordable and reasonable compared to other tow company quotes i got. I highly recommend 10-4 tow for any of your towing needs! :)
Guy was amazing! Got my spare tire on in less than 5 minutes and took the time to ensure it was properly inflated before he left. Very professional and prompt, would definitely recommend this service in the future.

He went far above and beyond and was here when I needed him , he was the only one that actually answered and was here in a timely manner , my phone died and he had no way of contacting me , but he still drove and looked for me , if not I would have been stranded with my belongings and keys inside the car , thanks again so much !
