My car was towed by the police dept. When I called to get my fee's, they explained everything to me in detail. When I picked up my car from them, the lady in the office who helped me was nice and friendly. They made the process so easy and timely. It's not their fault my car was towed, so I didn't take it out on them.

I recently had an exceedingly disappointing experience with Civic Center Towing, Transport & Road Service, and I feel compelled to share my encounter to caution potential customers. Their customer service is, quite frankly, the worst I have ever encountered. When I reached out to inform them that I was not the owner of a vehicle they had sent a threatening letter about—despite having properly transferred ownership—they responded with unparalleled rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. Their representatives were dismissive, impolite, and showed absolutely no interest in resolving the misunderstanding. Instead of assisting me or providing any form of support, they chose to treat me with disrespect and indifference. This level of unprofessionalism is not just unacceptable but deeply concerning, as it highlights a fundamental disregard for customer relations and basic decency. The company's failure to handle even the simplest of issues appropriately speaks volumes about their internal operations and priorities. They appear to be more interested in intimidation than in effective communication or problem-solving. Such an approach not only alienates customers but also undermines any trust or goodwill that might have existed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. There are plenty of companies that value their customers and treat them with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Unfortunately, Civic Center Towing, Transport & Road Service is not one of them. Their lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service etiquette is a glaring red flag. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a company that actually cares about its customers.

A woman who works remotely from after hour is the absolute worst. Can’t answer questions without losing her tiny bit of patience and god her intentional loud breathing is just annoying. Haven’t graduated from daddy’s loving support yet? Dont know how customer service works or answering questions while having no information about things piss herself off? Seriously, I can feel your hot breath even through the phone, dont work at any place if you cant work! Jesus its like your head is about to blow off every second you speak.

Stay away from this scammers . They towing the car in the middle of the night without real reason and charge absurd amounts to return the car.They do this to poor people who work hard to have vehicle that somehow also old without any impartiality or empathy. They have some kind of scheme to do this in abusively way . SCAM !!!stay away from this .

This place is a scam if used for roadside service. They charge me $400 per fleetnet call but never actually repair anything. Everytime they go to a service call they advise that the unit "needs to go to a shop for repair" which I always deny because almost anything can be repaired in the field, then I have another vendor sent out that completes that same repair in the field. I have advised fleetnet not to call this business for any repairs in California and I would advise you to do the same.

Very rude person answering the phone. She said I had to be to her office by 6:00 same day and pay $600. I explained I had been in a terrible accident, unable to drive and my car was totalled. They are in the bay area and I'm in the Sacramento area. Can we do this thru the mail. She said no. I also told her this car was stolen and I had reported it to the police my insurance company and DMV. She still was not going to work with me. Now she's trying to slap a Lien on me. I thought when you file a notice of non liability on the vehicle. You were no longer responsible.

In short. They are short tempered and inhuman. My wife and sister went to pick up car around 09:30. They got attended @10:30 imagine having 3 kids at home and waiting on them for so long. And when there is no good t mobile signal service i reached on location and i asked front guy why that much time he started talking rude and told me to go out and then i will process the work. After attending so bad i called police and they are laughing and they locked us down and told why police. Later police came and then we are able to go from there.

Worked with Mario and another fella (cannot pronounce, much less spell his name- from Hungry with a Minnesota accent) both great guys, really helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to get our tractor to safety. Mario stayed with us until he knew we were good to go and (Hungry) was really friendly during the tow. Need more people like them, not only good workers but good people.

the absolute worst experience of my life. they need an entirely new staff of people. these people are rude and disrespectful and one of the tow truck drivers almost hit my car and didnt even blink an eye or even bothered to apologize. i think its best for everyone if they just closed that tow yard down or like i said, hire a completely new staff

I needed a tow and called AAA. Paul came all the way from Richmond at 8:00pm to help me! I can't say enough great things about him!! He was professional, courteous and an all around great guy. Was able to get my large truck an me home safe and sound!! I recommend him very highly and wish they had more stars for me to give Paul!! Thank you!!

Quite frankly thee rudest people I have interacted with. Every question I had was met with defensiveness and attitude. My very presence (as the only customer there) was such a burden to them. Even on the phone, they were rude and impatient.

Called up for an estimate on Towing a simple job. $200 an hour 3 hour minimum to go 15 miles what I paid for Bridge toll I have flexible time not like I was in a rush but I'm not stupid it sounds like somebody didn't want to go to work
