The recent monsoon made it abundantly clear that I needed to replace my windshield wipers. JUNIOR in the Pleasant Hill store figured out that I needed two different sizes, one for the driver’s side and one for the passenger side (who would have known?) and installed them quickly and efficiently. NICE!

Phenomenal customer service by Jacob. Asked me questions to give my comfort with installing the product. Provided instruction about how to install it. Told me about the length of warranty. Excellent training 👏.

Had what I need customer service was very welcoming and unlike other auto store, they do know how to search for parts correctly. Or corresponding parts

Closed ten minutes early when i came into parking lot and turned on panic lights. I was having battery issues on a new battery the day before a holiday.

Pleasant Hill O’Reilly’s has wonderful customer service! Honest regarding product, pricing and installation. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Geoff. Thank you O’Reilly’s for saving the day! So I can continue on moving forward with my plans for the weekend.

This store is a godsend, I went to the the O'Reilly in Willow Pass and asked at check out if I bought the correct cabin filter, they daid yes and I was on my way. It wasn't even a cabin filter. Over here they are always super friendly and even put in the new filter for me when they didn't have to. Easy to say this is where I will be going for any future car needs.

Usually when I come to this store the service is great, employees and very helpful and I have no complaints. WELL, today when I went in looking for a specific tool I asked the group of about 4 employees standing behind the counter if they had the tool I was looking for at which time they all stood there looking dumbfounded, as if I asked had they seen Big Foot. Then one employee replied " well I have never heard of that tool", and I asked "So you don't have it?" and without even checking the system he replies, "No". I usually do not leave reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism and effort to do absolute nothing to provide assistance to me or the other customer in the store at the time is amazing! I am sure there are a entire world of things you have never heard of buddy, that doesn't meant they don't exist!

Wow! After dealing with several mishaps over a battery at Firestone for a week, long story, bad ending that got worse ! Called O'Reilly auto parts pleasant hill. In and out with a new battery installed in 15 minutes. No appointment just walked in. Customer service excellent even though they only had 2 people working. And I also saved 83$. I will never go anyplace again!! Thank you !

These guys who work in here go above and beyond! The young man who helped me had such a positive attitude, was knowledgeable and was so helpful when I came in stressing out over a very dead battery. He not only helped me find an affordable one ; he helped me install it (he did it completely on his own lol) the other gentleman in there had such a positive attitude it turned my grumpy outlook on a stressful situation in to a positive mindset knowing I was in good hands!

They are the best, I was looking for an oil seal and I went to several auto parts and none of them could help me because the part they had was too big or too small for what I needed Until I visited this auto parts and Keira and the manager assistant helped me And well, what was an impossible mission for me, they made it possible After searching for more than an hour, they finally found it Thanks Everyone, they are a great team

Geoffrey at O'Reilly's, Contra Costa Boulevard, Pleasant Hill is a good man. He put a load against the battery in my girlfriend's Miata and said it was good, didn't try to sell us anything unneeded. Then he checked her engine light with his scan tool, discovered she merely had a loose sensor wire. This kind of above and beyond help and service will have us coming to O'Reilly's when we need something. Reasonable prices at that.

Come here instead of auto zone!!! After a few weeks of doing vehicle maintenance it’s a done deal that we will be visiting our local Orileys over the Auto zone down the road. Jose got us situated right away with the information and part we needed, they didn’t have it in stock but he eagerly called around and let us be sure it would be ready for pick up in Martinez (our closest store) for us! Thanks Jose for being professional, knowledgeable, and kind!

Great knowledgeable staff, gives MILITARY DISCOUNTS, great prices! Most of all incredible world-class customer service every time I go in for a purchase or question. They go out of their way to make you feel important.

Stopped by to see if I could find a grill cover for an ancient BMW. Sol could not have been more helpful. Took my info; researched a cover for me and called me back the same day with the info I needed. That's service the way I remember it and hard to come by these days. Kudos to Sol and of course, I will definitely do business at this store again. MANY THANKS.

I stopped in looking for some parts my mechanic recommended and I had the pleasure of being helped by Alexandria. I would say if you need any help go see her! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, but also made sure I was getting the right parts, was transparent on pricing and availability and ordered the part they didn’t have in stock to be delivered the next day all within like 5minutes. It was the easiest experience I’ve had in a store in general for quite some time and I just had to give credit where it was due. Thank you Alexandria, your kindness and knowledgeable service is an asset to our community!

Went in for a battery. Geoffrey helped me out great. However, their system gave me the wrong size. I went back to exchange due to their error, Alexandria helped. She was rude and then double charged me for core return. She replied with only negative comments an how I should be able to see her screen and acting as though she was doing me a favor in fixing their screw up and not fixing the double charge.

Very Unknowledgeable about vehicles at this storeTry to tell my wife Before looking at my vehicle on the computer Tried to say that the vehicleThat we have was not made in the year that we were telling him He was wrong And then on top of that They made my wife wait in the store for a half an hour with our daughter while the manager finished a job interview If you do not know about cars you probably should at work at a storeThat sells parts for carsYou can give the wrong person the wrong part 1 day and somebody's going to get hurt

Tyler is a lifesaver! He offered to look at my car when I came in with a question about the bulbs I had purchased there earlier. I waited for him to help out the other customers before coming out to my car. He gave everyone professional, courteous help. He ended up replacing both bulbs for me. I've never received so much help at an auto parts store. Thank you Tyler!!

The Manager, Tyler at this store is amazing. Not only did he help my mom with a super difficult headlight (2010 Accord), but he also read the code for my check engine light for free. I searched many places and the price ranges for this were $70-$200 but Tyler did it for free and super quick. Thank you Tyler!! -Nick

Wow. This shop and staff are amazing. I thought I was going to have to make an appt at the auto shop to replace my headlight. And who has time for that? Decided to see if I could get the part and do it myself. These guys couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Ask for John. 10 stars!

They were extremely. Calles alex a half hour before closong. Him and his co worker helped me out on the fly figuring out my thankfully minor situation. Great store Ill definately be back.

Alejandro was probably, actually undoubtedly the greatest experience maker of any auto related shop I've been too. He was so patient with my many questions and very accommodating to things I was just not sure if; like seeking out my old rewards account thru trying several old phone numbers emails etc. He is incredibly talented in a balanced way, and probably thrives in must things customer centric related! Thank you to him, and the other gentleman that was also there with him, I didn't catch his name but he was exceptional in his own right and together they made a great stress free team! Which, makes or breaks the experience (such as the one I had prior at harbor freight...timothy...pleasant hill...retire already. I've never had someone of that era or any, display such open disgruntled OUT LOUD behavior at the paying customers...disgraceful really...) But OReilly is on point

I had a dead battery. I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable man, named Francisco S. He sold me my battery and changed out my old one with in minutes. He is a great sales guy and mechanic. I highly recommend this location. I had an excellent experience. They're prices are great as well!

Marc Helped me out with two parts that I needed, they didn’t have the parts in stock but he made a quick call and assured me the parts will be in store at 2:30pm well yes they were 2:30pm my parts were there. Also price matched to the competition. Great customer service and fast. Will recommend this store because the attitude, service, and knowledge. Great team!! Thanks

Seems like they have a better USA made selection of filters than the other guys. The assistant manager is a rock star. I think his name is Mitchell. Plus they are quick to take used oil - jugs and all (except the glass wine jug I brought them once - my bad...lol). I also like the free tool loan program. Used it on a brake job on a late model car with great results and put $500 in my pocket over the dealer. Store is clean and always organized. I wait for the oil sales that come around several times a year and stock up.

Always helpful- however there is one guy there that is unfriendly. My car radiator has had issues due to a crack at it's top that has been spewing radiator/coolant fluid on occassion- especially hot days. I always had help, or boxes offered to hold all the things I would buy, from tools, to radiator patch, and coolant- lots and lots of coolant. But there's just this one mid-aged Caucasian guy that- despite saying hello, how's your day and whatnot, in passerby- never responds or just looks at me and grunts. Place almost perfect.

My husband and I needed a new battery for my Mustang. We went to the closest place we could find, as we were far from home. The staff, a man named Justin and a woman named Kaleigha, were so helpful. It was 96 degrees out, so instead of being a good wife I went in the store to buy drinks and watch my husband while I basked in the air conditioning. Kaleigha got me a chair and took the drink I purchased for my husband outside to him! Justin loaned my husband a tool so he could get the battery out of the car. They were both very pleasant and were excellent with the other customers. I'm so glad we went to this place.
